Tonight out of lack of options I took a leap of faith. And to my surprise... The order had issues like forgotten food. Their solution. Provide me a credit for the amount of the missing food to be used on a future order because a credit card refund wasn't possible. ??? If I wanted credit to use at another date I'd buy a gift card right? I'm not looking for a handout. If you mess up as a business you try to make things right. First an apology? None given. Second maybe some token to show they care? Not necessary but would have helped things. If you give me my money as a credit and I have paid for extras like additional salad dressing when you don't bring the salad, how is that fair? I paid for the food and left a great tip. I did my part.
