Buyer Beware*** I'm amazed at how poorly run some places can be. You can point the finger at many things here but I have to say it is poorly trained and incompetent staff at this restaurant. We spent almost $50 today on food and the only two things that weren't messed up in some way were one of the soft drinks and our tator tots order. Anything that required actual skill and thought must have been above their level and capability. Some of the issues included 2 wraps made incorrectly with one not even being "wrapped" in the papersleeve. It went everywhere when being pulled out of the sack. A footlong hot dog that somehow became a plain hotdog without a bun or anything. No fry sauce for anything. There were many other issues I won't cover but each is a problem when you don't get the promised item being purchased. There appeared to Simply be no effort and no caring about doing a good job. I have been surprised when I see the bad reviews at the Rigby location but now I understand. We don't come here very often (just lucky that way I guess) but I won't ever stop again if they are even remotely busy. I'm sure that must have complicated things today more than they could deal with. I'm jealous of the two cars that drove away before getting their food after such a long wait in line this afternoon. A few last suggestions to the owners if they happen to care enough to read the reviews to wonder why they are viewed so poorly. Train, train and retrain. The only reason you are busy at this point is from the lack of choices in town. Please consider upgrading your drive thru speaker system so that the public and your staff can understand what is being said at the time of order. Lastly, Arctic Circle corporate, please let them know that their business as usual attitude is not a fair reflection on the company as a whole and needs to improve. Nobody was wearing masks here, and the food they served was super janky. It looked bad and didn't taste great. We went to another Arctic Circle establishment in Salt Lake City 10 days ago and the food was great, they were wearing masks and were super respectful. We thought we'd have the same experience, but we did not. Also forgot to mention the drive through lady was really cranky. Overall not great experience. Highly disappointed. Every table was dirty. Asked the 4 employees that were standing if they had a cleaning person. They all looked at each other and one went out and wiped 2 of the tables, barely. This is Covid and you can't wipe tables? Soda machine says no refills or outside cups. Employee from grill without a mask comes and refills his cup with a personal cup. Ummm? As a wait and wait I realized no one working the grill had mask or any protection on. I received my meal and it went directly in the trash. read more

Have always had great experience at this location so I was surprised by all the low stars. Literally everytime ive come the customer service has been so freaking nice. Always get my order right and always so friendly. I've never had to wait terribly long either maybe 10 minutes max and I've started all the way clear in the back but they seem to always get everyone through fast and I love it. We don't get much of the food we're here for the Icecream and shakes and they are the best. My kids love the flavor burst cones I love the shakes. read more

I wanted a lime Rickey so much I decided it give it another try. We walked in and both employees gave us a nasty look. One walked away and the other turned his head and proceeded to take the fly swatter laying on the counter and flip it up and down. He never acknowledged us, he wouldn't even look at us. Only playing with the fly swatter on the counter in front of the kitchen where the food comes out. He had black shaggy hair, no hair net, hat, mask, shirt and pants were way too big and ghetto! We were the only customers at the counter and no one ever greeted us or asked to take our order after standing there waiting. We then noticed how dirty and cluttered the counters were in the kitchen, flys hangin out and the nasty fly swatter. I said heck no..... let's go, I started to walk away thinking they would ask to help us..... and nothing! I understand with the pandemic it's hard to find GOOD help. As a business owner believe me I know, But it's the owners job to pull extra weight, do more than usual and do more employee training. If this was my business I would be devastated. My 1 year old granddaughter puts more effort in life then these two employees. The place is a dive and a dirty one at that! read more

Do you have 55 minutes to sit through the drive thru? Well then I don't recommend this place. I just ordered 3 courtesy cones and a small root beer and I have been sitting here for almost an hour. I would have left earlier but my kids were cranky and I just needed the small amount of ice cream to motivate them to sit in the car a little longer. I'm a drive-thru kind of gal! This is a great pit stop on my way to Wyoming and I frequent the treat menu often. Can't beat a Reese's Shake with some salty fries! Go ahead and try the fish basket too...another favorite, especially the great price! read more

Pretty standard food wise as any Arctic Circle goes, its good. Its just always hard to see any establishments care and upkeep being focused exclusively on the structure itself and the pretty landscaping while their parking-lot suffers the appearance of uncaring and neglect. It makes no sense when considering the largest surface area there is, representing 'any' business.. is their parking lot. read more

If there was a negative star I would have given one for this joke of a restaurant. It's dirty the Manager was more worried about yelling at and belittling a new employee for not doing orders correctly that she messed up every single order she put together while we were there. My brother and I went through the drive thru and we ordered 4 meals. They had us pull forward to wait for our order to be ready and it would take 5 to 10 minutes more but it was almost 20 minutes and they didn't give us the full order. We ordered a strawberry shake and didn't even put it on the ticket and then got irritated when confronted about it. I now see why it has 2 and a half stars but I feel like it deserves one. read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru tonight for shakes. There was only one car in front of us and they had ordered a couple of shakes too. We ended up having to wait in line for 20 minutes. When we finally got up to the window, they hadn't even started our shakes yet and employees were just standing around. We finally got our shakes and mine had hardly any toppings in it. Food is great! Staff is inept, rude,inconsiderate & untrained! I called ahead & ordered a taco salad because I was very hungry & didn't want to wait. I was told 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later & went inside; one person in line ahead of me. When she was done ordering an employee jumped in line ahead of me and took 8 minutes to order food for her & her SO. No apology or excuse me, nothing. My food is waiting on the counter...... FINALLY! I get my turn & I tell the cashier that I had an order to go & she asked what I wanted on it. When she was able to understand what I was telling her she gave me my total & I offered her my debit card she didn't take it & handed me a receipt that she wanted me to sign; I asked her what she was doing she said," sign this". ARGHHHHHHH!!! I asked her how she ran my card & her response was,"I don't know." Management definitely needs to spend more time training in basics & etiquette. read more
