I had two different visits here. Both of them were very good. My first experience was by using the app for curbside pickup. That went perfectly fine. The second experience was actually dining in. That was a very good experience. It had the usual Chick-fil-A flawless experience you come to expect. The staff was spot on with their service. Our order was taken promptly and our food came out quickly. Talk about delicious food too. We went for breakfast on these visits. I couldn't of had a better meal from here. I'm usually not one to go here very often, but the great experience I had from the accomodating staff makes me want to start going more. I was looking for a gift for a friend who loves Chick-fil-A. Even though I went in at a very busy time, the cashier who helped me, Kale, happily answered my questions about what Christmastime gifts they offered that I could get for my friend. Other staff members helped by answering questions, and while they checked their stock, Kale took the time to have a conversation with me about the holidays. Even though it was just small talk, he was very upbeat and friendly. This location has the smallest and most pitiful filets I swear they give you a glorified chicken nugget. I have given them several chances thinking that not all filets are created equal but at this point I'm convinced they just cut them smaller on purpose. This place was so crowded! We came here because we needed a break from driving. According to my GPS, this area had it all for a great pit stop, plenty of restaurants, parking, and a Kohl's. I'm not a fan of Chick Fil A as I've never been impressed with their chicken sandwiches. But, after having one too many Big Mac's, I needed something else. Their chicken club sandwich was okay. It was neither bad or something that I would drive 1000 miles for. For the record, the drive from Southern California to this Chick-fil-A was only 880 miles. The waffle fries were typical. Not my favorite French fry. Service was good. I like it that Chick-Fil-A brings your food to you. They did the job and saved me from a Big Mac. It was a good pit stop for me. 3 stars. read more

We go to chick fil a often so when we were out of town we found one nearby. This particular chick fil a has four drive thru lines so there wasn't much of a wait. We pulled up to get our food and they brought it to us early so we waited in line to get through and find a place to eat. When we opened our bag my 8 count chicken nugget meal only had six nuggets. Upon further looking we realized we didn't have any straws for our drinks. And to top it off we weren't given any chick fil a sauce like we asked upon ordering. Which is a huge part of why we go to chick fil a right? Not sure where the disconnect was either with those taking orders or the neglect by those cooking the food. Food: it was so yummy! I love going to chick fil a! It was nice and hot, nothing was soggy, always delicious. (For fast food of course) Price: the price seems pretty fair, could be a little lower though especially since they don't give you a lot of fries. Service: the service is always amazing! I'm always so impressed with how kind they are. Everyone there deserves a raise!!! Speediness: the food comes out so fast, before we even sat down. I'm always impressed. Cleanliness: they're always wiping down the tables with these sanitizing wipes which is awesome. HOWEVER: the seats were pretty nasty. First of all, I love Chick-fil-A. Recently we went through the drive through, got home and we were missing one meal out of 3. In addition, one drink was wrong (unsweetened tea when we ordered 1/2 unsweetened and 1/2 sweet), the wrong sauces (no ranch, instead 2 BBQ and no honey mustard). My sister-in-law went back to get my 8-piece meal and the correct sauces while her dinner got cold. We also went late (at 8pm), so they weren't busy. Driving thru Idaho Falls, on our way to Yellowstone and I am staaaaaaarving. Since we don't have a Chick-fil-a anywhere in Hawaii, of course we had to try this place out! Service: Super friendly staff here! It was a little crowded inside (drive thru was way worse) but the line moves fast and the people taking your order are very friendly. Food: I got the grilled nuggets with the siracha sauce. First of all, this was the first time I had ever seen grilled nuggets so I was pretty stoked! It was delicious and if you're looking for something fast and healthy and are desperate get some meal prep food, I would stop here. The cool chicken wrap was good too. The flax seed wrap they use is really good, way better than a regular tortilla and def tastes like it should be on the healthy side! Kids meal came with a drink, waffle fries, and my son opted for the breaded nuggets which he really liked. Might have to stop here again on the way back. Pros: Fresh food served quickly, clean interior, easy to understand menu, top quality food and unmatched customer service. Cons: Always busy and slightly loud inside for sit in meal. I am not a fan of fast food. I appreciate the convenience but cannot stand the food. In fact, after eating at almost any fast food establishment I usually want to vomit at the thought of what I just consumed. I approached this place with the same attitude. It is hard to admit, but I was wrong. Yes, the food is fast, but it is REAL. Go to any other fast food restaurant and order chicken nuggets, then break them apart. It is a deep fried paste. Not here though. Real meat, that you can peel apart. Meat quality aside, the food is always served fast - almost too fast considering how delicious it is, the fact it does not taste like fast food and that it is real food. I have approached the drive thru line a few times with apprehension as it stretched through the parking lot and into another parking lot, but somehow it moved quickly. It is no secret that they are known for customer service and manners, but one of the most understated characteristics that makes this place work is the amazing teamwork at play with the entire staff. It is that teamwork that prevents confusion, mistakes on orders and a happy staff all around...at least from what I noticed. Each time I have gone into the restaurant, I see store management working alongside everyone else, down to wiping a table. Again, teamwork. With a full restaurant last time I visited, I anticipated a bit of a wait upon ordering the meal. I was given a marker tied to my order. Before I could put a straw in the drink they filled for me and sit down, the food was already on my table waiting. It is almost faster than fast food somehow. The only downside to this restaurant is the size of the place is actually a little small - could be larger in my opinion based on how continually busy they are. And second, because it is always so busy no matter the time of day, it is a little loud inside. If you do not want to put up with the crowd, hit the drive thru. If you have a little one, the kids meal is both healthy and very thoughtful. Applesauce is served in a squeeze pouch, so less messes and no utensils needed. The milk comes in a small container, easy enough for a small child to drink without making a big mess. I strongly recommend the lemonade to drink. You can get soda anywhere else, but not lemonade quite as nice as what they offer. The cheap sandwich (#2 meal I think) is amazing. On paper, a pickle and piece of chicken between two buns with no pre existing condiments sounds, well, boring. But it is delicious by itself. They sauce selection is large, but the chick-fil-a sauce is by far the best tasting of the entire lineup. read more

5 stars for the food, all the way. I also used to work for Chik-fil-A back in California, so I know that the way they make the food is excellent. 3 stars for the facility and craziness. Chik-fil-A is popular and freaking delicious. The Ammon area has given them a great location, next to tons of shopping stores. This facility would have been five stars if they didn't have a kids area. First of all, the kids area is very very VERY small. Two benches inside that also act as shoes storage for the kids. One slide, and a few wall activities. The door is so heavy that if you are sitting next to it, and you don't even have kids with you, you will be on door-monitor duty. There is not a lot of seating. So don't freak out if you bring a group of 4+ ppl, and all seats are taken. Anywho, I was basically on door-monitor duty. Every time I opened the door, it swelled like BO, chicken, and salty tears. I get that McDonalds does really well with their play area, but it's WAY bigger, and you can eat inside of it. Maybe they should have created an extra building and connected it for the play area, because the current is a freaking mess and battle zone. Although this review is also the same time as Chik-fil-A's second lunch rush (1:30pm-3pm), I'm not sure if it would be different at any other time. Again, 5 for food ALL THE WAY, and it's service. After driving for many hours I stopped here for delicious spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, waffle fries, lemonade, and friendly service. Downloaded the Chick fil a app before my trip. I asked the cashier how the app/ points work so she asked me to opened it on my phone and scanned it at the register before I paid to get reward points. I ate here a few days later...this time using the drive thru again using my app before paying. It was a Saturday night and inside was packed. Drive thru went quick. I am a door dash driver, and I went to pick up my order today at this location. I understand that Chick-fil-A does not start making the order until we arrive. I understand that that makes the product fresher. What I don't understand is why they would make the driver stand in line behind 20 people to get to the register before they can start making the order. I was told by the manager there that that was the owners decision to do it that way. I'm supposing the owner doesn't really care about costing other people money or making their customers wait for a called in delivery order. I deliver in many cities and this is the only Chick-fil-A that does this. For ownership, I will never except another delivery here nor would I call in a delivery to this place. For several years I have been hearing out-of-staters tell me how great Chick-Fil-A is, despite never trying it for myself. I have had Chick-Fil-A once before trying the Ammon location, although it was only soup. The sandwiches are fried to perfection, and have a nice tender taste to them. I have visited this restaurant several times and it's been consistently good every time. Even better, they don't use different types of chicken (like other fast food restaurants) for different types of dishes, so the nuggets taste the same as the sandwiches. I especially love the Deluxe Chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato that makes the sandwich even better. If the chicken wasn't a good enough reason to keep me coming back, I would come back just for the waffle fries. They are fried in canola oil, and are fried to golden brown perfection. Just enough to be crispy on the edges, yet soft in the middle. As I've visited Chick-Fil-A since it moved in about six months ago, I've found it to have awesome chicken sandwiches at great prices, with excellent fries. What more could you want out of a fast food restaurant? read more
