For a subway, I have been impressed. Always high school kids working, but they are nice, and helpful, and quick.

I am absolutely blown away by the service I had. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, greeting me right when I walked in! Astro and Tessa are amazing and I haven't had this good of service here at this Subway for a long time. I literally am writing this review from the parking lot because people need to know just how exceptional it was. A few years ago, we had such awful service here we vowed never to come back. I went in at 7:22pm and they were out of meatballs again ! They have everything put away like they are about to close . When I asked about the meatballs she said "ya we always run out this time of the night " Than maybe you should make more !!!! She didn't even offer to cook some. This subway is the worst the only reason I keep going in there is because my toddler loves the meatballs and there aren't very many other fast food options in this area . They seriously need a new manager I have complained every time I go in and nothing is done . Whoever owns this restaurant should be embarrassed to have such a horrible store with managers and employees that don't give a shit ! read more

The worst Subway sandwich I've ever had in my life. The bread was stale and hard and the tuna was dry. Gross!

I went there for dinner Saturday night and got a tuna sub. I should have taken the hint when there was not one car in their parking lot. But I ate the sub and became very sick early the next morning and was so sick all day Sunday. Hey Subway, change your tuna once in awhile! I wonder how old it was? You'll never see me darkening their doorway again. read more

I was not happy with the food however the employees there were very nice. The sandwich I got was the worst subway sandwich I have ever had, I got cookies that I think were 7 days old, and tried the new churro and after one bite I threw it away because it was so stale. Will definitely never be back and I highly do not recommend. read more

Re Rigby subway is awful I went into subway trying to order some food and I realized they were busy so me and my daughter waited and waited and waited. I am complaining about service not one of the employees acknowledged we were even in the restraunt they did not look at us or say anything to us. 15 mins go by still they did not acknowledge us. Finally at 7:50 we left the restraunt and had to go somewhere else because I could not keep waiting until they may or may not have served me. Because of this I will not be going to Rigby subway anytime in the near future. I just think it's rude to treat a customer like they are not even there. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Had to repeat the order 3 separate times. They were too busy doing side work to make are order. Still waiting, it's been 20 minutes for one sandwich and kiss meal. Out of what we wanted. Nick and Ashland neither one cared enough to even apologize. Won't go back. I'm very disappointed in this Subway. I feel like the employees don't listen and rush through trying to make the sandwiches. I specifically asked for Mayo and honey mustard. I watched as she put regular mustard on my sandwich and said I asked for honey mustard. She ignored me. I then said I don't like mustard. She continued to ignore me and wrap up my sandwich. I became very irritated and told her what I wanted on my last sandwich. When I went to pay I asked if she heard me say honey mustard. She tells me no I never heard you say that. I told her I don't like mustard. She then says that she is sorry, but didn't fix it. I finished paying and she tells me to have a nice night. I told her I wouldn't, because now I had to go eat a sandwich that I don't like. I'm completely irritated that she didn't even try to fix it. I'm paying for the sandwich, therefore I should get what I ordered. So rude!!!!! I don't come to this Subway often, and probably won't be back. read more

This Subway is one of the best places to eat in Rigby. Always high-quality food, nice customer service, and a variety of toppings for your sub. I had gone to this Subway this past week and there was an employee-in-training making my sub. Of course, someone was supervising her, and it made for an incredible experience. Our experiences at this location have been underwhelming. Went through the drive thru this evening and two out of three sandwiches were wrong enough that my kids wouldn't eat them. This is not the first time we've had issues with the drive thru, so if you're going to eat there I'd definitely go inside to place your order. The bread was burned, the sandwich was cold in the middle, it just seriously was the worst subway sandwich I've ever eaten.

Stopped to grab a quick lunch for my family. Manager was more concerned with female staff then making food. Subway isn't know for being high quality food but this subway is the worst in the area. They cut ever corner they can on there portions my $8 sandwich had four slices of meat. Anyone that reads this the feista ole across the street is five times better for your money read more

Been here waiting at the drive through for 30 minutes now... only ordered 3 sandwiches. Asked for one of them to be toasted, when we got it, it was freezing cold. Terrible terrible service. So much for a quick stop for food. read more

I was on the way back from Yellowstone and I happened to stop by this place. I didn't get to see their names (I didn't realize they had name tags) but all of the employees were very kind, and especially the young looking white boy, he made my day. Although they didn't have as many choices as the one in my town, they gave me alternative choices instead of just saying "sorry we don't have them" and staring at me. Unfriendly and very unprofessional. I had some coupons to use on 6" subs. So I went in with my kids to use them. The coupons read 1 coupon per qualified item. They DO NOT say 1 coupon per purchase or 1 coupon per visit. So in reading these coupons I should be able to get 3-6" subs and use 3 coupons. The cashier told me no and said only one coupon per customer. I read the coupon to them and it states "1 coupon per qualified item". The cashier told me that if I need to use a coupon then maybe I should be eating out. I left not paying for any of our sandwiches. I WILL NOT be going back to this subway location. read more

Excellent service. The only problem is they didn't open at exactly at 8:00. I stood outside on a cold January morning waiting for my sandwich. It all started a day before on January 11. My friends and I had the idea to head to Island Park for a boy's weekend riding snowmobile. We left Idaho falls at 7:00 sharp. He got on the road for an hour and half ride. We were about to ride to Rigby when we saw a Subway and we decided we needed to stop. When we pulled off the exit we stopped at Maverick cause I need a snack and caffeine. We roll upto Subway at 7:53 am. We waited and waited for the women to open up. At 8:02 I walked to the door to see if it was open. It was not. I knock on the door and the lady headed to the right side away from my sight. I head back to the truck to my disappointed friends. We start the truck and begin to pull out when all of a sudden... The open sign turns on! Subway was open. We went in grabbed it subs and headed on our way. Other than that short story it wasn't bad. I love Subway. read more
