My sister went to stand in line to ask the counter attendant for some assistance. After a minute or so another attendant came from the back room to get himself a soda. My sister then asked him if something was wrong with the cappuccino machine. He said "shouldn't be" we then proceeded to explain to him it was dispensing and there was lights flashing. He then proceeded to push a button and it still wasn't working. At this time to counter attendant shouts over to him that their relief was going to be late. Male attendant then says "do you mind if I am first to go? I have people meeting me at my house." Counter attendant gets angry and says "well I need to go to the hospital" Counter attendant and the other attendant then begin shouting at each other and arguing about who should get to go first. Both completely ignoring us as customers and our attempt to seek assistance. After two minutes or so my sister and I proceed to leave the store while to two attendants are still arguing with each other from across the store. I am extremely unimpressed with the level of service but more importantly the blatant disrespect for not just each other as coworkers but the customers in store. For being a staple of such a small town, I would expect a little bit more hospitality and care. Please do better.

The idea with this shop is that every flavor can be tweaked, added to, improved with macerating the item on herbs and spices, or aging it somehow. This shop has applied this principle to liquor, salts, oils, vinegar, and other cooking ingredients. They have a good selection of liquor, but none of it is the typical brands that you see in your local liquor store. Instead, they've done things like aged the whiskey on Madagascar cinnamon to make their own version of Fireball, or added vanilla to the bourbon. They hand bottle all of their spirits, and have them in beautiful displays. They have cooking oils, which smell divine. You can get spices here, but they're mostly spice blends, and not the original ingredients. You can get your own saffron back home- they have their own regional blends. The clerks are quick to help, answer all the questions, and even pour samples! You can tell that they're really into what they do here. They seem to genuinely enjoy playing with liquor and oils and vinegar all day! I would too! The prices are higher than if you just went to The Liquor Barn back home, but this is hand crafted, highest quality infusions and tinctures, and you can tell each bottle is painstakingly made individually. The bottles are hand-lettered, and simply beautiful alone. If you're just looking for a flask of rye whiskey to down outside the Million Dollar Cowboy Saloon, this isn't the place to go. If you're looking for hand crafted, lovingly made herbal concoctions- this is it.
