This Pizza Hut is the only one that has inside dining room of three major cities in my area! Prattville, Millbrook, neither allow dining only carry out or delivery. I ordered a pizza north of me because I was going to be passing through the town on a long trip and this physical location is incredibly filthy. Filthy. The front door, the entrance area: sticky, several dead flies, fingerprints, dirt build up- (you name it). Then I looked past the cash register and it was just as awful! I didn't know if I should trust my food/ health to this place. The clerk was not friendly, and on her cell phone before and after our transaction. I would have been cleaning around me as an employee. I washed my hands after paying and the adjacent restroom was gross. I took a picture of their various size slices. Per "COVID rules"- they don't supply plates/utensils either. Someone Please Train these employees and have some accountability. read more

Twice I (foolishly) have ordered delivery from these people in the last month. On the first occasion, my order was delivered the wrong address and turned away. I was assured the charge would be removed. A week later, I contacted them again and was emailed by a regional manager promising me a "credit" for dine-in or take-out ONLY for the money I was out. This "credit" has yet to manifest itself. Tonight I placed another order with the delivery service. Two hours later it arrived, cold and not what I ordered. Pizza Hut is a good product, but very poorly run in general and this location is a prime example. I highly recommend finding your pizza elsewhere. read more

We also ordered cheese sticks and they put no marinara sauce in the box. Last order I made for delivery to my office which was only four blocks away it took them over 1 hour to get to my office. Then the order was all wrong and the food was cold. I wrote the corporate office who also contacted me personally and I told them that they were not friendly and probably not worth going back to. They said they were going to send me three free pizza coupons on them. I asked any pizza and they said any pizza. I got the coupons and a letter and it did state have a pizza on us. So Weeks later while I am getting lunch for my office, I was going to get one pizza and pay for more food as well. When I called to make the order so I could pick it up the lady that answered the phone stated she had never heard of such a coupon and before she placed any order she would need to see the coupon. So I get in my truck and go around the corner to show her the letter and coupons. She stated it is for one toping only. I said no it is for one any pizza I want depending on what crust was available. She went to the manager and older man and then she came back and said it is for only one topping but we will let this one slide. I told her that I had other coupons for another day and do not want to have to go through all this again. If this was just for one topping to have the manager sign this letter that clearly does not state that and that it was for one topping only with his signature. He came to the front visibly upset and said what is this pointing to the letter. I told him that was the letter that came with the coupons. He wrote across my copy of the letter as one topping only and his signature and walked off. So I left and went to Dominos. What shocked me was not that fact I was treated like a problem customer was that the manager did not bother to ask about the last issue and how they could do better. He did not even apologies for the last issue and try to make this experience a better one. He did not even act like he cared about my having my business. I have managed many businesses in my life and he handled this experience all wrong. He was trying to punish me for the coupons I received. The first time we ordered pizza we waited almost two hours and it arrived cold. When we refused it and wanted a warm one they told us it was too late. The store had over 30 minutes left before closing. We have ordered three times since and while the orders were on time, two of those times they double charged us. The last time they did not refund the amount. Two of the times the pizza order was wrong and the subs ran short on toppings including meat. Pizza Hut is pretty good. You can get 2 or more pizzas for $5 each if they only have 1 topping. The tables are sticky but if you do the survey on your receipt you can get free cheese bread, but personally papa johns is better. read more

So, I had a hankering for some wings at lunch and called the new number 358-1201 (711A E Main St.). It rang awhile before getting the auto message about specials etc. I press 2 to place my order and the operator asks where do I want to pick up my order. I'm like, ok, well you are located next to Winn Dixie now, right? There's a lot of noise in the background and after a hold and a lot of continuous background noise, the operator asks what "snate". I said pardon me? Operator: What State? I say, "Alabama", Operator: Spell Winn Dixie. I say, "Nevermind" and hangup the phone. Now I realize that my call was autoforwarded to some kind of call center to take my order (what a fiasco that would have been). Because now I decide I'll place my order at the store. When I get there I am told they are out of traditional wings because "the truck didn't come in". Wow. Place your bets on how long Pizza Hut hangs around as a corporation. I think Pizza Hut is pushing to have only online ordering as I have rarely successfully placed a telephone order at any Pizza Hut in the Southeast! (So what did I do for lunch?
