Great server (Keyago)...cheerful, friendly, respectful, efficient - even though he was "slammed" with orders. Food was very good ....but a point lost on delivering mixed wings instead of all flats for part of our order. Sauce flavors were spot on. Yes, we'll likely return in a few months on one of our forays into the south. read more

We have visited the Prattville BWW location a few times, and our overall impression is that it's...okay. The service has been good every time and the staff friendly. The 2 main issues we have are: 1) The place is LOUD 2) The overall food quality is just ok. We'll probably give it a few months, then try again. If so, I will update the review appropriately. read more

Read the reviews trashing this place, was conveniently close to the Prattville hotel, so we took a chance, it was .. Good. V cool sweet inviting waitstaff and bartender; Enjoyable atmosphere... Gots practically every beer on menu/tap known to woman. They do Care; crappy reviews must be from the plethora of loud boys :/ Food came out v timely and conveniently. Their top tier hot sauce level, Carolina Reaper, is No Joke. It mind-bending and intense; Now I know. Side salad alright. Chicken wrap was great. read more

There was an ant in my food. Also fries always come out like they have been sitting for hours. And wings are small and look dehydrated. Actually the worst Bdubs I've ever been too. :( read more

I can truly say my visit and service was top of the line ! I live in Montgomery , and me and family travel to prattville location just to eat because my kids love this place ! I got to shout of a young lady name Haley Pierson , she was very sweet , humble and helpful during our visit . She definitely loves her job and we can truly tell . My family will definitely be back soon ! Keep up the good work prattville team ! read more

Just stopping in to grab a bite of lunch. It was around 1 o'clock, so hopefully the lunch rush had died down. We stood waiting to be seated for about five minutes and we could see really no one. I only saw one waiter in the whole area to our right. After being told to sit anywhere, she was quick to grab our drinks and menu. After she helped me out with some flavors, we ordered an appetizer and our meal, unfortunately the appetizer came out as the same time our meal did, which was disappointing. The food overall was really good. Not very many people in there. Not sure what's going on with this location. We had an overall good time. read more

Overall, I really like BWWs. But this location is problematic. The issue lies with the service...frankly, it very poor. Slow... unbelievable slow!. Workers, and I mean nearly everyone I observed, seemed to be more interested in BSing with one another, than providing good customer service. This review is based on three visits over the last couple years. Each time, hoping to see if the service "wasn't" going to be an issue. Unfortunately, it hadn't. In my experience, that points to a problem with management. The food is consistent with other chain locations..and the only thing that keeps this review from being one star. But the service here, definitely needs attention. Hopefully, you have a better experience (and hopefully quicker service). Good luck. read more

Do not eat here. This place has terrible service, terrible food. When we walked in, we waited for someone to come to the hostess stand for 7 minutes before getting sat. When we did get sat, it was at a dirty table that they had to come back and clean (the restaurant was not busy), and then proceeded to wait for our waitress. The waitress forgot that we didn't order food, which explains why she never came back to our table.. when we did get to put our order in, the order was wrong. We ordered guacamole that came out as smash avocado.. they didn't even bother adding salt to it.. literally a bowl of avocado. We proceeded to watch the hostess eat wings, drink her tropical smoothie, and play on her phone the entire time. Both her and our waitress kept their ear buds in the entire time, which probably explains why they were only half paying attention. Just terrible, not worth the time or effort. read more

Easily the worst Bdubs I've gone to. To start with, I placed my order at 10:30 PM for pickup at 10:50 PM. I arrived at 10:45PM and waited until 11:20PM for the food. I ordered one SALAD, that's it. And the late salad order ended up missing items. No croutons, no green onions, I don't taste any honey bbq sauce, a sprinkle of ranch on the top. I'm never touching this place again with a 10 foot pole. read more

My food was cold when it came out, so was my wife's. Service was terrible, I've never been so unhappy whilst eating food! I would most definitely recommend never going to this location again, I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings occasionally but this place was the worst one yet out of 40 different states that I've been too. I feel like that should speak measures of this place alone. read more

Wings were excellent. And that was all. Appetizer didn't come out first, came with meal. And we waited 30mins for our food at lunchtime with a mostly empty space. Server failed to reappear after taking our order, so we couldn't check on the appetizer status, and disappeared after delivering our food, so we had to flag down someone else for refills. Fries were lukewarm. Burger bun looked dry. Carpets were sticky and the ketchup bottle was dirty. read more

I came in on a Sunday night around 6:00. Chose to sit a the bar. There were a number of open seats. The bartender came after a few minutes - I admitted to myself early that they were understaffed. I ordered a tall Coors Light and a menu. Enjoyed my beer and then ordered 6 Nashville Hot wings. I also ordered 6 boneless wings with Desert Heat dry rub. This came with celery, carrots, and blue cheese. I got my second beer quick. the food, however, took over 30 minutes and they were not busy. Nice bartender. I forgot her name. The place was clean. read more

The food, service and drinks here were awful! First , the server was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had with the lack of help. It took over almost an hour to receive our drinks. Once we received those, they were super sour (strawberry margarita) which I sent back for another drink. The food was nasty and cold. As you can see in the pictures the mild wings on both trays are clearly just seasoned salt sprinkled on top of the chicken. The food was sitting in the window for a while before being brought out to us. There's clearly no management in place to help run the establishment. Our experience was very disappointing and this was once a "go to" spot for us. read more

We stopped here to watch The Steelers/Falcons game on the way back from the beach. Their location is great, right off of interstate 65, which makes it very convenient for travellers. There were plenty of TVs so we had no problem seeing our game. Even though it was a Sunday, we had no trouble getting a table and were seated immediately. Also, our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. Regarding the food, my husband loved the mango haberno wings and the sweet BBQ wings. I'm not a wings fan, but I enjoyed the chicken soft tacos minus the ranch sauce. There were three tacos. I ate two and shared a side of onion rings with my husband. This was plenty of food for me, and I had a taco to take home for lunch the next day. My husband ordered 18 wings ate half and also had food for the next day. My only complaint was that I wish they served Coke products instead of Pepsi and that the air conditioner works a little too well. We were freezing. read more

Let me start off by saying the service was excellent and deserves 5 stars. I don't eat meat but decided to take one for the team since my boyfriend and his son wanted BWW. When we walked in the hostess offered his 10 year old a tablet to play while dining which he accepted, I thought that was a cool touch to the dining experience to keep the kids entertained. The play offs were on the night we dined and there were plenty of televisions so you could see the game anywhere you sat or if you don't like sports there was a screen for trivia which I will also give 5 stars. The young man that waited on our table was very attentive and helpful. My boyfriend and his son both ordered wings and fries. There was a lack of selections on the menu that didn't contain meat hints the name buffalo wild wings so I chose to get the crispy jumbo shrimp and a side salad. That night the house salad was a winner. My shrimp were definitely crispy but not at all jumbo they were more like popcorn shrimp with a lot of breading. They use the same sauces for the wings as they do the popcorn shrimp, the sauce I chose was horrible so I asked to try 2 others and those were a tad less distasteful but still not good. My boyfriend and his son enjoyed their wings but didn't seem to eat their fries at all. The prices do not justify the kiddy portions and mediocre food. Overall, this is a great place If you are looking to watch the game, have a few drinks and everywhere else is full. I'm not a fan of chains and this is now my least favorite. The food I would give 2 stars since I got shrimp at a wing spot my expectations were not high but they fell way below even that. read more

I must say one of the worst batch of wings i've had. Sat at a high top and received no service for at least 10 minutes, enough time for us to use the silly scan order system.....sorry we are not 20 somethings. When the wings arrived I was honestly shocked by the poor quality. Simply said we will not return and you should spend your hard earned money at a locally owned business that cares. read more

I have read several reviews of this place that were less than favourable. I am surprised that many people seem to expect so much from this place. Buffalo Wild Wings is the epitome of a sports bar. All I expect is some wings and beer while watching my favorite team on one of a hundred TV screens. My expectations are low because I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings around the Southeast and they are all the same, wings and beer. Anything else off the menu is not their forte, they do wings. Their wings come with a myriad of flavourings that range from sweet to too hot to enjoy. My favorite is to get the 18 wings platter, half Mango Habanero and half Sweet BBQ. Oh yes, and of course a beer. Then leave me alone to watch my game. My only laments are that they used to give you 20 wings on the platter, and that they do not have a good selection of craft beer. read more

The food was okay. I placed an order at 8:35 that had a 9:00 pick-up time. I arrived at 9:05 and was told it would be a "few" more minutes. I didn't get my food until 9:35. Not once to did a manger stop by or at least someone tell me the kitchen was running 30 minutes behind for me to cancel my order. I originally came here because I won a BWW gift card at a contest. I came around 7:30 with a 25 mins wait which isn't a problem they're always gonna be packed on a Thursday. Once we got sat in our table though we pretty much got forgotten frfr. We waited another 20 sum min for the server to ask for our drinks then another 10 min for her to come back and ask what we wanted. I noticed she wasn't holding a note pad so I kind of expected for her to make a mistake. She made a couple. I ordered 2 different kind of wings ( Nash hot and honey garlic)but she got that right my friend ordered "Hand Breaded" tenders with some fries and my other friend ordered 2 different flavors to( spicy garlic and garlic parm). So after the 30 min wait for the food I got my plate which was 100% right and exactly what I ordered. My first friend somehow got naked tenders and my second got another flavor she didn't order which was honey garlic and not spicy garlic another problem was she forgot the ranch. Then we sent back the tenders that costed us another 20 min wait and also got the garlic parm my friend ordered. Yet another problem comes up my friend ordered the 15 piece but literally got 5 PIECES like cmon now. Then the chicken tenders were fresh but to fresh they weren't cooked well at all.And the last and biggest problem the literal reason I came here my gift card that I know 100% was activated before didn't work(somehow an error came up?) With this combined with almost only 1 refill in the entire time I'll have to say that this is NOT a go to wing place to stop at and I'd much rather suggest going to wing town. Little Disclaimer the place was PACKED so I don't entirely 100% put all the blame on our waitress it's just that this whole experience as a whole was terrible and the reason why I put the time of waiting as a big problem was because prior to this we were fasting so the waits didn't help the service. read more

The worst service!!! Do not go!!! It took a half in an hour before the server got our drinks!!! Under staffed and subpar food!

I've been coming to this location for two years now. But I will not be returning any time soon. Probably will be better off visiting any location in Montgomery. First off, there were FEATHERS on my traditional wings! I really wish I took a picture to be able to prove this. Also, my party of 7 received all our celery/carrots on one plate for us to share. It was the first time I've been served sides to share with the whole group. Payment was done via mobile, and the waitress got some numbers wrong so the whole process took longer than necessary. Why are they doing this type of payment? I honestly am not comfortable giving my number to the restaurant I'm dining in, but didn't have cash on me. Terrible dining experience, would not visit again. read more

I really, really want to like Buffalo Wild Wings, and I guess that's why I keep making the mistake of trying it. Well, no more. I've ordered from this location twice, for delivery via Waitr (which is awesome, by the way). Unfortunately, these wings are an absolute salt bomb. Let's walk through a few flavors: Parmesan Garlic? Nope. Salt. Honey Bourbon Mustard? Nope. Still mostly salt. Chipotle Dry Rub? Salt. Jerk Chicken? It's salt! It's particularly sad since their boneless wings are a near-ideal balance of chicken to breading. They don't skimp on chicken content like other places do. They could be great, but instead they're using so much salt the ocean will soon become freshwater. It's absolutely insane. Oddly, the only thing I've had from here that doesn't seem to be over-salted is the french fries. I'd really love the chance to have some great wings delivered to my house. Sadly, B-Dubs just isn't it. read more

The food was good but the service was awful, our waiter went in the back and didn't come out for 20 minutes do not recommend coming here

Ordered online time to be ready was 7:10pm . First contact with anyone on the store to get my food was 7:22 ... since I have time to observe the store two servers are hard at work, but in the back you can see people standing around.. floor not very clean table however are bussed. Order handed to me at 7:25 .. Food review( checked in parking lot about 3 min after received food ) Order 5 chicken tender with fries Fries stale and Luke warm / chicken cooked Street tacos Luke warm presentation sucks This is the second time here . Will not be back. It's is obvious that the two servers up front care and are working ... I did not see them neglect the dine in customers. However, for a take away order as stated it took a long time to get the person who should be up front to come out to the pickup area ... when she did come out she came from the kitchen ( people standing around ) I should mention there was no host to meet at the front rather a sign that says we will be with you shortly. Manager or District manager may want to go by at night to evaluate production efforts of the store. read more

My husband wanted to go here for his birthday, and was extremely excited for the selection of food he found on the menu when looking online. Let's just say, you can't believe everything you see on line. We understand that Covid has changed a lot of things when it comes to the restaurant industry, but the menu was seriously nothing like we expected. The food choices was a fraction of what he found. (I forgot to take a picture of the two sided menu ). We decided maybe the selection was reduced so they could focus on their best sellers, which would have been great, if that had been the case. I had the pulled port tacos and he had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Mine was 80% bbq sauce and that was the only flavor I got. It was seriously had to eat knowing I was going to be drinking most of it due to it being the sauce. My husband was not happy with his sandwich, stating the flavor was no where near what he expected. He got the check and paid. Our two plates plus one beer, with a military discount cost is pennies away from $30. When I got home I actually looked at the check and the waitress charged us twice for one beer. That was his fault for not looking at the bill before paying, but that was another $7 wasted. Needless to say, we will not be back and it gave my husband a very bad ending to his day. read more

Monday March 19 2018 here's a couple of things I took away from BWW's 1. Street Tacos 2. Small traditional all drums, extra crispy, naked w/ crimson crush & spicy garlic on the side blue cheese with celery to go 3. Impressed by BWW's tag team lady champs "Katie & Sadie" 4. None of the crew knew "Purple Rain" was a movie A handicap match is any match where one wrestler or team of wrestlers face off against a team of wrestlers with numerical superiority such as two against one, three against two etc. & that's what I watched as Bdubs wasn't very busy until late in the evening. The weather was expecting to be bad so most of Prattville was boarded up. Being watchful of labor cost, most of the Bdubs staff had taken off after they had achieved their assignments. With just a skeleton crew, I watched a "handicap match" featuring Katie & Sadie. Customers kept piling in on & around the bar counter. The champs were extremely out numbered but they made sure that every customer was well taken care of. Katie & Sadie are also good in single matches as I've seen them working hard to make sure they give great customer service. I feel blessed just being a witness of their work. read more
