    Ribeye with loaded baked potato.

First time here and our food was phenomenal. We ordered the tuna dip which is delicious, two ribeyes which were perfection. My husband ordered the rice as a side which is spicy, but so good. Our waiter was very attentive, great service! I highly recommend!

The food was outstanding, steaks were cooked just right and the service was great. We will definitely be returning to Big Mike's again.

The baked potato was overly baked, the steak had a burnt taste, the sweet tea had a Smokey flavor. This place was not for us.

The server Benjamin F was trying but seemed like they needed more help. It was slow and had to keep waiting for everyone's meal. Never fear, these folks hustle!! and our wait was less than 2 minutes. Our server, Hope, was excellent: prompt, courteous, informative, and patient. (5 stars for her) A warm loaf of bread tided us over until our mains arrived. Clunky steak knife for cutting and buttering...not so welcome. Mains were tender, succulent, flavorful beef filets cooked exactly as we ordered. Our sides: rice pilaf (ok), sweet potato (yummy - with brown sugar on the side), tender asparagus (nice cook with buttery/lemon finish), and (star of my dinner show) were fried Brussels sprouts with sweet glaze (amazing!!!) Half star off for cutlery. Very large steak knife is not the best utensil for buttering, let alone cutting the bread. Two large forks - simply not needed; one would suffice. All-in-all one of the best dinners we've had in a while.
