I asked for a to go box for my pizza and she gave me a box for my desert instead of my pizza.the pizza was very greasy.They gave us the wrong type of wings and we wanted to get bone in and we got boneless.naomie was talking very low and you could not hear her. I've ordered twice from this pizza hut the past week. Once on the 7th and once on the 10th. The first time, the food was delivered in a timely manner, but our driver forgot our 2 liter drink. We called and asked if someone could bring it by, the driver returned with an attitude this time. Then I found out our wings we SUPPOSE to come with a complimentary sauce, instead of disclosing that, when I asked for ranch, they took it upon themselves to charge me for it, I didn't get the complimentary ranch either. ** The GM has reached out to me since this incident and after taking the satisfactory survey. Parking is not the best. Employees park in random places not marked by parking lines which block traffic especially near the drive through. Construction equipment is blocking several spots and blocks the path to go around. Had to back up when I realized the path was blocked at the end. Parking lot/spaces are to small for 90degree spots and should be larger or at least angled parking. Now the food is good and the pizza has been made perfectly each time I have ordered. Wing sizes are small for the price paid, but they are cooked well. Did not have any lemons or limes available for select beverages. This isn't your ordinary Pizza Hut. They invented the "Sub-Lovers" Pizza. It is the only pizza I have ever had like it. It is a pizza (thin crust is best) that has most of what you would put on a submarine sandwich with GREAT Italian Dressing! I recommend getting the dressing on the side so you can dress it up to taste! I believe it has salami, Canadian bacon, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. You can't really reheat it very well because of the tomatoes and lettuce, but it is great cold. IMHO. You have to "ASK" for this pizza because I don't think it is on the menu. I think it is great, I hope you do also. Everything else from what I can tell is standard Pizza Hut, but you have to try the Sub-Lovers Pizza. Enjoy! read more

I tried to call in a delivery order to this place today. I was hung up on twice and when I called back for the third time was put on hold for 7 mins before I decided to just hang up and call another place. The people who answered the phone were practically screaming and I had to repeat my phone number several times before I was hung up on. Either they need to re-train their staff on proper phone etiquette or at least teach them how to use a phone. Needless to say I will be giving someone else my business for now on. read more

This is such a middle aged mom thing to do but it needs to be known: Plainview Pizza hut has good food which is the only reason i keep going back because frankly the service is terrible. Almost every time I go they get multiple things wrong with my order, for instance i'll order four extra marinara sauces and get one. what??? also tonight i waited for 45 minutes for breadsticks and had to walk up to the window like a weirdo to get them because they weren't bringing them out. This location of Pizza Hut will not honor the $10 deal offered on television. I order a pepperoni lovers and was charged a little over 14 dollars. I hate this place.... it seems that every time we go there's a new problem. Sometimes the lunch buffet has one pizza.... other times the waitress is terrible... another time they gave us out of date dressing that cam out in clumps.... another time their computers werent working and we all had credit cards and some dumpy little young "manager" (come to find out he wasn't just some wierdo on a power trip) was completely rude to us like we had done something to their computer system.... just stay away.
