Every time i go to Braum's they never fix my food right. The burger's are horrible! I ask for them to toast my buns on all 4 sides & they say yes ok. & never do it. The only reason I go to Braum's is because my patient loves their burgers. & it's sad to say, but I use to love Braum's when I lived in Amarillo & was in high school. lol what a shame! A burger is not a burger if the buns are not toasted on all 4 sides. & a lil greasy. Please do better because it's a hot mess up there! read more

The service was great and the food tasted very good. we even got some bread at the store, but when it came to dessert, I got an ice cream cone, and they didn't have vanilla ice cream. Like how do you sell so much ice-cream but no vanilla ice cream like that's the original flavor, the best flavor but doesn't have it it's basically a death sentence. read more

Stopped to get ice cream-hoping for a seasonal flavor like pumpkin. No dice. So I opted for the Sopapilla Cheesecake flavor but girl says it has nuts! In sopapilla cheesecske ice cream? So I order another that did have nuts that they didn't tell me had nuts. So I get another that wasn't very good. Then on the way out I look at the market section at the ingredients in the sopapilla cheesecake ice cream and there are NO NUTS! Don't stop-keep going. read more

The worst customer service! I've forgiven wrong orders before, but to tell me... if I want to add a drink you have to drive all the way around again (when there isn't anyone even behind me) is ridiculous!
