Their response was to download their app and I'd get a free milk shake, which when I downloaded the app, could not find the free milk shake on it. So they use customer complaints to get people to download their app, which is no customer service at all. There is another Sonic in our town and I'm going to drive the extra mile to go to that one to see if we can get consistency in the cooling of our food and a little more soda in our cups.
