We had never been, and the food specialist expertly recommended a pepper Jack cheeseburger. It was most excellent. Ketchup was readily available in high quantity. Ms. Cheryl tended to our needs as she walked around the restaurant. For dessert, we got two concretes. There were so many options (a little overwhelming) but gave plenty of room to return again and again and have a new food experience!

The food took about 10 to 15 minutes to be ready. The quality of the food was not there for me. I tried the 8 piece nuggets and fries. I got less than 8 pieces, and the fries were not consistent with flavor. It was some orange seasoning over them, and It was salty. I also got the apple pie, and it was tart instead of a sweet. I would recommend to name them or let the signage state it's tart. The pancakes were buttery and well liked with syrup. The grits were a bit water to my liking.

The last two visits to this location have been lacking. Both instances stem from poor management…read more On our last visit, we ordered at 7:45 pm -- two dinners, two drinks, and two apple pies. The dinners were served with biscuits that were so hard they could not be eaten while the chicken tenders and fried chicken had been keep on the warmer too long. The pies served were incorrect, strawberry instead of apple (the pies were not marked, and the manager told the employee preparing the order the pies were apple). When I informed the front counter of the mistake, the person at the counter said those were the last to two pies that were cooked. I asked for a refund on the pies, and the employee had to get her manager. The manager did begrudgingly offer to cook two pies, but since we had finished eating, we declined. The manager then went to the back and returned with the cost of the pies, but not the taxes that were charged. So basically, taxes were paid on items that were not received (it's not the money amount but rather the principle of being charged for something that was not received). We were the only two eating in the dining area, and the TV was so loud that conversation was impossible. This has been our go to fast food restaurant in the area for several years, but no longer. Management can make or break a place!

But they killed my sweet memories. The chicken and fish combo was small two pieces each. The chicken fingers were decent but the catfish was hor-ri-ble! It smelled like fish before I could put it in my mouth so I couldn't eat it. The coleslaw tasted like kfc coleslaw and the hush puppies were too dense and dry. The sweet tea was great though.

With that said, let's talk about service! Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I'm talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie. As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what... she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A. To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. My Chicken Strips tasted 'farm to table' fresh and were perfectly seasoned and fried. Though Chik-Fil-A food is always good, this was a different kind of good. LoL! Great Service. Fresh Fries, Fresh Strips, and Polynesian Sauce! What better way to spend your Saturday??? The gentleman who was working the dining area was awesome as well. He welcomed us in, thanked us for dining, and gave us after dinner mints. Yes! There were mints too. LoL!!! For the record, if Fine Dining Fast Food was a thing, this would be it. The location is spotless. The ambiance is vibrant and the staff at the registers are efficient and conscious of one's time... To whomever hired Gracie, you deserve a Gold Star. To whomever set the standards for service expectations at this location, you deserve a service deliverable award. And, to Gracie... You deserve a million Thank You' and a Happy Customer Bonus!! If in the area and hungry stop in and enjoy the experience. If you see Gracie at the register, make sure to get in her line.
