With that said, let's talk about service! Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I'm talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie. As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what... she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A. To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. My Chicken Strips tasted 'farm to table' fresh and were perfectly seasoned and fried. Though Chik-Fil-A food is always good, this was a different kind of good. LoL! Great Service. Drive through was short time of a wait. Kind employees with their demeanor and they care about what we need! Food was almost all correct. Stopped at this one off of I20 for breakfast. We went through the drive thru. The girl that took our order was very nice. Drive thru line moved fast. All of our food was hot and really good. So, why only 3 stars? Well, i was checking our order just as we were getting back on the highway and realized they missed two of our items! So annoying. We had to go a couple of miles out of our way to turn around and go back. My husband was not happy and of course we lost time on the road which is the worst. We called to tell them that we were coming back. Our food was waiting and was hot. We've stopped by this location several times when heading to Atlanta. We usually stop for gas (right next door), and either order via drive-thru or occasionally (depending on time), eat inside. Both ways, service is impeccable and food is keeping with CFA standard. The problem with this location is getting in/out of the parking lot. Lots of traffic and distracted drivers. read more

This Chick -Fil-A is right off the highway positioned with a convenient drive up station. Staff are always on duty ready to accurately take your order and get you out as fast as possible. Here is where I went wrong. I walked inside on the early morning drive and failed to ask if they can handle some specific details on that order. The specific details that would have been addressed are "can you make my sandwich with a fried egg and can you toast the English muffin as brown as the Crayola color crayons? Instead I just asked for an egg and cheese on an English muffin thinking that most people enjoy their muffins TOASTED. When I got the order, the sandwich was a wrapped like a x-mas gift and I anticipated opening in just a few more exists. And just as my spider sensing began to tinkle the English muffin was as fresh baked and UNTOASTED as my imagination did. It want to imagine. So the question is does Chick-Fil-A own a toaster. lol I'm mean seriously they rank in all other areas as top choice. But as the photo displayed the sandwich was dry-moist, sweaty in foiled wrapper and untoasted. The toasted bread builds integrity between the relationship between the bread and the flavor!! I ordered it a week ago and received a DUSTING. Along w less than 1 strawberry cut up. Someone emailed me after providing feedback on my experience. They replaced the meal. Picked up last night explained it was free and written in "the book". I got home with it. No blue cheese. A few shreds of Cheddar. I literally explained I wanted the regular amount of BLUE CHEESE. I did not eat it as it was intentional and likely spit on or worse!! I will never go back to this location. They hire rude, unfriendly and ignorant employees. BLUE CHEESE. SHREDDED CHEDDAR??? I was upset because I didn't think I would eat anything. but I decided to get a frosted coffee and a side of fries. I was kinda upset when I went to order but the cashier I had was so so nice. She said everything with a smile on her face and engaged me in conversation which was very nice. Chic Fil A is a good fast food chain. I eat here regularly, so I am not making a review based on a one time experience. Chic Fil A's greatest success is that it has built a cult-like following among conservative Christians for being closed on Sundays, hiring mostly white employees who are dedicated to the organization and organizational advancement, and taking stands for causes such as adoption, families, and being openly anti-gay. Chic-Fil-A invests millions of dollars in worthwhile causes such as camps for at-risk youths, marriage conferences, and the like. It also markets these efforts successfully to its customers. As one who loves Chic Fil A, here are my critiques that go beyond the political and social agendas of the organization and the people who support it.... 1. The place has great service. It is not because Chic Fil A is so much better than McDonald's, but because Chic Fil A is not adding condiments or toppings to hardly anything it serves. Thus, it is faster! If you want extra cheese on something at Chic Fil A, you will wait just like you will anywhere else. Beyond that, the employees are often family members or a part of a larger investment in the oranization. This fact really helps on the service front! 2. The Chicken biscuits are often a bit too salty or peppery tasting, as if they have been preserved. The biscuits themselves are only OK when you compare them to Hardee's or Jack's. A plus here is that they are not as buttery, and you can request that butter not be added to your biscuit. 3. The nuggets and strips are often very greasy. There is a fair amount of inconsistency in level of greasiness, depending on the restaurant. 4. The wraps are good, but order them for lunch, not dinner. I recently had a wrap at dinner (I got "the last one" for the day) that was downright terrible. I found myself thinking "Chic Fil A is such a great organization, it would be innapropriate for me to complain." 5. The salads are bland, but kudos to Chic Fil A for not trying to jazz them up too much. As everything else on their menu has moved from healthy to more fried items, heavier sauces (the Chic Fil A sauce is delicious), and fatty milkshakes (also delicious), the salads do provide for a healthier option. All in all, Chic Fil A could improve. I would give it 3 and a half stars. It is better than most fast food places. read more

I visit Chic-Fil-A across the country and love it!! I visited the oxford, AL location today and was very disappointed. Shortly after I paid I was trying to find a place to sit. The tables were a dirty, sticky mess. I asked the ladies at the counter if I could have a rag to wipe the tables down. Someone eventually came out and wiped my one table down. I say down and sat right in ketchup! Why weren't the chairs wiped down at the same time. As I sat here I observed an old, sticky spill of something like soda... Quite large, sit on the floor for over a hour before I gathered my children and left. This is gross and unacceptable! read more

This is a quality fast food restruant as most Chick-fel-A chains are. This one in particular has always been clean when I eat there. The window service is usually fast but be warned they get very busy at lunch time and for good reason. It may take a few extra minutes because there are so many people eating there not because of slow service. They are also closed on Sunday. read more
