The burger was well cooked and the bacon was crispy on my burger. The only kicker, they were out of ketchup at the counter I let one the employees know and asked if I could get a few packets I only got 2, I brushed it off hoping it would be refilled at the counter and it never was. They weren't very busy either. We were very satisfied with our meals here, and wish we had more people like James behind the counter.
