Great food, great location, amazing staff. Will come again. Located in the historic train station downtown Oxford.

I'm a Pizza Hut fan but this location is hit-or-miss at best. I've had the worst customer service I…read morethink I have ever had but also some really good pizzas. (I'm a sucker for their Pan pizza and have been since I was a kiddo! Sue me.) Just know you may want to suffocate someone with your incorrectly made pizza they DO NOT want to re-make or you will be in carbohydrate bliss. Good luck!

By far the worst experience at a Pizza Hut I've ever had. We had a very basic order: One large pan…read morepepperoni. The app said our pizza would be ready about 630. We got there right at 630, and per the order board on the wall...it was ready. There were 3 or 4 other people waiting in the lobby when I got there. A guy came up, and asked someone their order, then walked away. Nobody saw him again for maybe 10 minutes. Finally, he came back and asked me for my name, I told him, and then he went back to supposedly get my pizza. Apparently not, though. He then starts bringing out orders and taking them to people waiting outside in their cars, and then he'd come back in, go in the back and do who knows what, because it sure wasn't taking care of customers waiting in the lobby, by which this time there was 8 or 10 people. Then finally a lady comes to the front, and asks my name. I've been waiting in the lobby about 20 minutes at this time. She then goes to look for my pizza, comes back without it, and asks me my name again. She goes back again, and maybe another 10 minutes later she comes back and says that while the pizza is in the system as being ready, they can't find it. THEY LOST THE PIZZA!!! Which is not surprising because there were boxes and boxes of finished pizzas stacked up, not even in the warmer ovens. If I didn't know better I would've thought it was an episode of Hoarders: Pizza Hut Edition. I told her to just refund my money at that point, and we would just go somewhere else. I had already waited over 30 minutes after my pizza was ready, had no pizza to show for it. It was beyond ridiculous. Then she couldn't figured out how to credit back my AmEx card, so she had to give me a cash refund. I relayed this story to my 18-year-old son who works at a Pizza Hut in my home state, and he was appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that we received. After all that, we went back to our hotel, ordered Domino's and had our pizza in about 25 minutes. Now, it was a Saturday night and they were busy, I get that. But busy is not an excuse for utter incompetence.
