Visited Saturday 10/28/2023 and was very impressed. My Elderly mother and i both got the 8 pc Shrimp with Seasoned fries.....it was so hot right out of the fryer!!! Very,Very Good! Facility appears to have been a Ruby Tuesday at one time and the conversion looks very nice. Very Clean and organized! Great Job!

Ordered Shrimp with the head on... got home the shrimp was so mushy you can't even peel the shell from the shrimp.. I called up there they remade it.. I get home it's still mushy. The only time shrimp is mushy is when it's dead before cooked the enzymes begin to break down the meat and when cooked it mushy like mashed potatoes..

"Well, if you want to wait, I can seat a table in the main dining hall at a much smaller table," the hostess said after asking. There goes the first item. I had boasted to my guest about how the restaurant was decorated. Then came the seating. No server, no server. Finally, STOPPED two of the many servers rushing past just to ask for water. The first server told us it was not her area. The second server rushed through, saying, "Yes, I will get you drinks." We asked if wine or cocktails were available; the response was that she would need to get an "adult to help." No adult ever came to help. No information/greeting of any type to welcome or on how to proceed with getting the food. Now for the $40 food. The appetizer of boiled shrimp tasted mushy, as it had just been poured from a container of water. Buffet: Did not know it would be an almost attempt at a country-type food buffet. Failed at that attempt, and not what would be expected from a fine dining restaurant. Black-eyed peas tasted like they had just been poured from a can, with no flavor. Dressing and mashed potatoes were good, and BBQ ribs were good. The ham had a large bone and gristle, the turkey was thick but dry, and the grease was starchy and had no flavor. The dessert was good, but we did not believe it was made at the restaurant; we ate some from Costco, and it tasted and looked the same. Very rushed and chaotic atmosphere. Staff running past 5-foot aisle along the back of our table and not once looking our way, without us waving them down to help. Used plates on the table were picked up much faster at other buffet restaurants. Maybe just a bad day for their business, but the customers paid for the fiasco. Not sure we will return; it was very disappointing and embarrassing for me to have guided my guest to the restaurant. Made me look and feel embarrassed. Do not believe this is the fine dining restaurant the Mashburns had intended. Classic on Noble Street in Anniston, Alabama, is closing permanently at the end of 2025 after 30 years in business. Owners Cathy and David Mashburn announced the decision on October 30, 2025

Let me start by saying that this was my second visit to this location after refusing to go back for…read moreanother try. I first visit to the Oxford Red Lobster a few months ago and it was a disaster! After posting my review from our first trip, the management team reached out to me and after some communications with them, we decided to give this location one more try. I'm so glad we did. We visited this location on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and was immediately greeted and seated. There was about 4 other tables being used by customers upon our arrival. Our server, Vanessa S, took our drink order while we looked over the menu. I gotta say we were less than enthused to try the food here again, but we went ahead ordered. I ordered the same thing I had a few months earlier, the Admiral Platter with the roasted brussels spouts and baked potato and we also ordered the Parmesan Chicken with a salad and mashed potato. It was about 45 minutes (42:43) from the time we were seated to the time our orders arrived. Let me just say,,,, WOW!!! The difference between our first visit and our second visit was night and day! Our food was AWESOME!! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not just Vanessa, but several servers stopped by the check on us numerous times during our visit. We could not be more pleased with the service, food, and total experience of this visit to Red Lobster. The restaurant could still use some updating and cleaning, but all in all, our experience was good. One thing I did notice, the TV at the bar seem to be a gathering place for all the workers when they are not attending to customers. I did see a customer across from where we were seated having to flag a servers attention for something. It seems that the management is trying to turn this location around for the better. Even the food tasted totally different (for the good) since our last visit. We have put this location back on our list to visit the next time we are in the area. Keep up the good work folks!

You get two pieces of salmon and it was nice and flaky, I love that you don't have to choose between noodles and rice at Yume because they give you both! The veggies were okay. They were a bit soggy because of the way they were all steamed under a bowl for a while. I actually look forward to the slight crunch of hibachi vegetables. Our chef was also a little heavy handed with the terayaki, but overall we enjoyed the food. Atmosphere: Fun. Hibachi is always entertaining. Our chef was great with his fire tricks. Good choice for a celebration. Price: Typical for hibachi spots. $25-$45pp. 18% gratuity automatically added for groups of six or more, which is also pretty standard. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be back to try some of the sushi!

The Combo Fried Rice I order was delicious. It could have used a little more seasoning; perhaps with dark soy sauce and garlic. But as is, it is worth ordering again. The Basil Chicken, although delicious, was heavy on the brown sauce that was loaded with corn starch. It wouldn't have been a problem had the sauce been a flavor bomb, but unfortunately it was not. I ordered spice level 4, but what I received was not even close to level 4 spicy. In fact, it wasn't spicy at all. The dining room looks very comfortable and inviting. There is also a bar inside which was unattended and empty. The customer service was very good. The hostess was kind and helpful. I'll visit again when in the area.
