I honestly believe the Sausage, Egg, and cheese biscuit I had was absolutely one of the best I have ever had, I normally don't go for Sausage biscuits but they accidentally gave us this instead of the Bacon,Egg,Cheese that we ordered and I can honestly say I am glad they messed it up because it was DELICIOUS. They actually gave us a Bacon,Egg,Cheese one since they were just gonna have to throw the first biscuit away if they took it back to give us the correct one. I would absolutely recommend this Hardee's 50 times over. You want good breakfast this is the place to come.

The fried pickles on our chicken sandwich were good. Maybe not as crispy as we expected for a place famous for fried pickles. Still a nice sandwich. Value for the money was good. I was disgusted because last week on the way to TN we stopped and paid for 2 adult chicken tenders with fries and cokes. They gave us child's meals, 4 nuggets instead of 10. I was forced again to give all $30 of food to my 200 lb husband. Just skip Attalla, I contacted them and they don't care. April 8, 2025

This place is an absolute disaster, and a disgrace to the Arby's name. I did an online order last…read morenight and tonight, and the service is awful. When I got to the restaurant, I had to wait 15 minutes just to ask them if my food was ready, I then waited another 15 minutes before they didn't have the Mac 'n Cheese bites cooked. I asked if my fries and mozzarella sticks would be fresh too, to which I didn't get a response. Another 15 minutes later, and they had the Mac 'n Cheese bites in the bag, along with my mozzarella sticks, and even though the fries had been done, they still didn't give me my food. When I tried to ask any questions the short heavy set girl (in drive thru) gave me an attitude (repeatedly) along with everyone else that was waiting, and the older lady just kept saying that she just got there an hour ago. When I finally got my food, my fries weren't hot, the mozzarella sticks were like warm (and I only got 5 instead of 6), and the Mac 'n Cheese bites were also just like warm, even after I had to wait for them to be cooked! My Rueben was also cold, and had very little meat on it. Last night I waited 15 minutes to once again ask if my online order was ready and I still had to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my food. What's the point of ordering online ahead of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes at the store? I thought last night was an anomaly, but after tonight's far worse service, I suspect this is their normal service.

They had apparently run out of containers and put each individual item in sandwich boxes. It was all cold despite being asked to pull up and wait. Ordered tea half sweet half unsweetened, why, no one listens. It's gotten to the point with the cost involved that places like zaxby's should be better. But they are not. I know it's not the best job, but it's just as hard to do a good job as it is to do badly. And last night was bad! The food was not good at all. Buffalo wings smelled funny. The fries were obviously old. And the Texas toast was crushed flat and spongy. It was a total failure and a learning experience for me. Never again

The order showed up with a double cheeseburger and fries, a fried pickle burger, kids' tenders with onion rings, and a salad. Credit where it's due--the cheeseburger was solid, the fries were hot, and the kid who ordered the fried pickle burger attacked it with the enthusiasm of a Labrador finding an unattended steak. The little one cleaned her plate too, so the tenders passed the toughest food critics in America. The salad, however, looked like someone whispered the word "vegetables" over a bowl of lettuce and tossed in a little shredded cheese for moral support. It wasn't bad--it just wasn't much of a salad. Then came the part that made me wonder if common sense had taken the night off. French fries arrived without ketchup. That's not an oversight; that's a misdemeanor in at least twelve Southern states. A burger without mayo is enough to have St. Peter squinting suspiciously at your résumé. But the real masterpiece? They sent a salad...and not one plastic fork. Now, I don't know who they think orders salads through DoorDash. Maybe they assume we're all carrying silverware in the glove compartment next to the jumper cables. Perhaps they envision us spearing lettuce with a pocketknife like Daniel Boone. The food itself was mostly good, and I'd order again. But somewhere between the kitchen and the delivery bag, somebody forgot that people generally need utensils to eat a salad and condiments to enjoy fries. Those little details are the difference between "pretty good" and "I'll be back tomorrow."
