The dinners were served with biscuits that were so hard they could not be eaten while the chicken tenders and fried chicken had been keep on the warmer too long. The pies served were incorrect, strawberry instead of apple (the pies were not marked, and the manager told the employee preparing the order the pies were apple). When I informed the front counter of the mistake, the person at the counter said those were the last to two pies that were cooked. I asked for a refund on the pies, and the employee had to get her manager. The manager did begrudgingly offer to cook two pies, but since we had finished eating, we declined. The manager then went to the back and returned with the cost of the pies, but not the taxes that were charged. So basically, taxes were paid on items that were not received (it's not the money amount but rather the principle of being charged for something that was not received). We were the only two eating in the dining area, and the TV was so loud that conversation was impossible. This has been our go to fast food restaurant in the area for several years, but no longer. Management can make or break a place!
