I called for pizza after driving all day. The person that took my order was confusing and confused. She took my order and I started worrying whether she actually took the order. She said it will be delivered with 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I asked the hubgrub driver for an update and he said "still waiting for your order". So I called and a lady answered. Came with half the order, went back to the store to get the rest of it. The other pizza had not even been started when they called me about 20 minutes later. I don't like to put my card online so I went on online and located the store across the street from us and I saw a good deal for two medium five topping pizzas for 20 bucks. Only I called them to order and he said I don't have a button for that. And I said I'm looking at the deal right here and it gives me the option of calling, delivering or going in and picking it up. Well, that must be the online deal. I don't have a button for it.. and I said I'm looking at your online website right now and it has a telephone and a delivery and a pick up option for that particular deal. So I said to him, so I can't get the deal then? Nope. So I asked him how much a medium five topping pizza would be and he said that's gonna be about $21 I said for a little medium five topping pizza no wonder they're running a special. And I said I guess I'll have to go to Domino's cause they're running some pretty good deals right now. Then he said OK! Click. Well my husband wanted Pizza Hut still. So he ordered it online with his card. We usually make Pizza Hut, but have never had it here in Alabama.. It was almost cold, like it had been sitting there forever.. there was no taste to it. It was like cardboard and I couldn't even see the sauce on it much less taste tasted. We asked for extra cheese on one and there was no difference between the two pizzas and the other one was extra mushrooms and that was hardly extra mushrooms and they forgot the Romano cheese Parmesan shaker which ruined the whole deal slam shut, I'll never order from that store again and it's a combination between cheaply made pizzas and not very good. Customer service at all.. I'm not gonna say he was flat out rude, but he didn't apologize for not being able to give me that deal or even try to find a way to work around it considering we are long time Pizza Hut fans. Bottom line is as we were right we looked right at the options to call them delivery or pick up and it was the same deal. About the only good things I can say is the location is great and clean, and the pizza was ready fast. Unfortunately, it was about the worst pizza I've had. Seriously, Little Caesars beat them by a mile. It just wasn't good. The toppings were fresh so it must have been the sauce. I requested deep dish and it wasn't. We ordered at 4 pm and the pizza arrived exactly at the time the app said it would 4:45.
