Not a good experience, poor customer service and mediocre pizza! Oh yeah waiting times for food! We waited awhile for our pizza (dining in) however it was found boxed up and sitting on the counter, so needless to say it was cold! More than likely will not return to this location. read more

I don't know where these other people are eating but it must not be the one in Murphy. One said something about delivery but they do not have delivery nor Uber Eats. Our pizza has never been late and we go through the drive-thru once a week. I never ate inside so I cannot comment on that. Their pizza's are always good. read more

Placed order and paid through Uber Eats. Watched and waited as my order was being prepared for over an hour. Right at 10pm received a notification stating my order was canceled and no way to call store because now they are closed. Very poor customer service and I'll never order from there again. I'm starving and now have to wait until morning. read more

If you plan on dining in I will warn you it is freezing cold inside- the AC is on full blast. We were literally shaking while waiting for our pizza to bake. The salad bar was good. Fresh, crisp lettuce, pears, cottage cheese and cucumbers, onions and broccoli. The pizza was good but could have used more cheese. read more

It's ok. If you order anything to pick up, they do have a drive-thru, which is a nice option. You can also dine in. It does tend to take a while to receive your order, even when you call ahead. I mean, it's not the worst pizza place I've visited, but it certainly isn't the best either. read more

We stopped here while on vacation and it was very noisy with very loud over head music and the screaming kids! There was only one waitress and a full house but she knew how to do her job and she was great. The service was also fast. That is why I gave it three stars. read more

My wife an I walked in seen that it was mildly busy with 5 or 6 open tables i was holding my daughter who is 3 months old sitting in her car seat, the hostess walked over an said it will be a 20 minute wait they had open booths an expected me to hold my daughter standing up for twenty minutes. read more

I'm not one to visit a pizza hut, much less review it. However, after a long day outdoors, we needed something filling that wouldn't judge us for being a little sweaty and under dressed. I was blown away and the staff here. Our server, Beth, was just a joy. I watched waiting for our pizzas to come and was so impressed by how personable, efficient, and just happy the entire staff all was. They were holding down a crowd of people all while keeping up with those pesky reoccurring tasks like filling the salad bar and condiments on tables. If I am ever back in the area, I would come back just because of how impressed I was with the wait staff. read more

Just stopped in to pick up a sandwich to go tonight. Less than 15 people sitting down to eat in the restaurant. There were 3 people in line to pick up to go orders. One of them commented that the people working were too busy to mess with me........ and he was right. I stood at the counter for 10 mins. while several employees seemed to be going around in circles. One was on the restaurant phone obviously with a personal call. She wasn't happy about how long she was having to work for some reason and was very loud about her feelings. One girl was working the drive thru, but I am not sure what all of the others were doing. I tried to get someone's attention so they could get my order, but no one would even make eye contact with me. After 10 mins, I turned to the man who had said they couldn't mess with me. Eaten here many times. The food is ok. However my last visit I noticed a sign that said no concealed hanguns on the door. It's their right to post this as is it's my right to carry as a licensed ccl holder. Will never spend another dollar there knowing I cannot defend myself if needed. read more
