I've been to this establishment soldem times. The food isn't the best but isn't the worst either. The past two times I've been to this place, the customer service has been completely terrible. I'll explain my sides of the story. Around two months ago I was going to go through the drive through after getting an eye appointment done. It wasn't busy so I got to get my order taken pretty quickly. The woman over the speaker was very clearly not in a good mood, as she just questioned "What do you want." I didn't think much about it and asked for a second to look at the menu, she never replied so I assumed she was waiting for me to choose what I wanted. My entire family wanted something to eat, hence I wasn't home to cook. I started by ordering mine and my husbands meals, between everything I stated that I wanted, she'd replied "Anything else?". After ordering four meals and being constantly asked anything else with a snarky tone, I asked her if she was in a hurry. She replied "Obviously b****, It's a drive through." I ended up speaking with a manager which didn't seem embarrassed of her employees actions and slammed the door when walking away. The second interesting experience was today, I went through the drive through with my sister. Long story short, they weren't kind and forgot half of my food. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because when I go inside, It's clean and seems well taken care of. This place could benefit from new employees and management. read more

Went to the drive thru to pick up a crossandwich for breakfast. The lady provided fast service with a smile. The crossandwich was average. The sweet tea was actually very good as I can't stand Burger king coffee in general. read more

For a couple years now almost every Wednesday night and Sunday my church and our families would visit Burger King and sit around and have ourselves a meal. The workers knew us so well that they could remember our orders and often came and checked in on our meal. The workers were remarkable and I couldn't ask for better service until one day they switched managers and workers. I am not aware of when the change was made but as I visited the fast food restaurant today, I was very displeased. I am normally away because of college and don't get to visit much but when I do, I expect to be talked to like a customer. I can get discounts with my college I.D in certain places and Burger King is one of them and when I asked the girl at the counter she was very rude and walked away from me, while laughing at me asking. Maybe there they won't allow the student discount, but her actions were very childish as well as the workers surrounding her. As they all continued to stare at me and do nothing but stand there rather than do their job, I paid for my meal and continued on my way. This Burger King will not expect to see me back, I will choose another place to eat with my family. read more
