They were out of a couple of the sides like cole slaw. They were also out of pulled pork and Diet Coke. Call in wings we're going out the door. Service was a tad slow but I think they were new and overwhelmed. They also have blue crabs and oxtails on certain dates I used cash but they charge 5% for using a card. I understand that. The ribs were delicious and the beans flavorful but cold. The potato salad was like your momma would make and the fried okra was hot and good. So I had to check it out. There are three separate seating areas. Plenty of tables and booths. It's like a lot of other buffets: you seat yourself and serve yourself everything except your drink. You pay at the register when you leave ($15). You can get food to go as well and they will weigh your container. The buffet itself is pretty small but has everything you'd want: grilled chicken, fried chicken, fish, chicken dumplings, mashed potatoes, beans, corn bread, etc. There is a separate salad buffet and dessert buffet. Service was friendly and efficient. Paying was quick and easy. Bathrooms were clean. And did I mention the fried chicken was perfect and the cobbler outstanding?
