Whether it be Grubhub or now Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Once I retrieved my order from Danilo, it was so hard to not smell it inside of the elevator headed up to my hotel room. It made me smile knowing that I just put pineapple on a Margherita pizza which is just not normal, tehehe. Even with the addition of pineapple, the pizza looked wonderful once I opened its box. I must say that the hint of cracked black pepper gave it a very nice touch appearance wise. Along with that, the pizza was topped with a combination of fresh cut basil, tomato and extra virgin olive oil with fresh mozzarella. I used their online contact form to report this issue on the day this happened (5/25). It's now June 21st and I have never received a response. A new owner assumed the business in 2023 and apparently has no concern for customer service. I'm done with this place.
