On days like today I make me wonder why Yelp doesn't allow 0 star reviews? And, when was the last time I got a tetanus shot? I get that the next closest McDonald's is 19 miles away, but seriously, just go the extra distance. This place needs a health inspection visit. There is no surface in this lobby that has been cleaned recently. The soda machine overflow trough is full oof garbage, obviously doesn't drain. I didn't want to touch the lids dispenser. Tables, chairs, counters, trash cans are all dirty. The bathrooms are beyond belief. Literally walking in urine, mirrors so filthy you can't see yourself clearly. This is probably one of the lowest rated restaurants for a reason. Went inside to use the bathroom and a bloody sink is being used by this homeless guy. The window was cracked looking like a bullet hole. I ordered a coke and this women called me a fatso because I ordered 2 black coffees with 3 scoops sugar. I am so embarrassed for the owner and manager of this McDonald's. On July 8th the afternoon employee was telling customers the drive through was closed and they were "out" of most food but they could come inside to order. It smelt like illegal substance and the restaurant visually very gross from the outside... I could only imagine what people cannot see. read more

Absolutely disgusting!! The restaurant is gross and the restrooms were literally overflowing with piss onto the floor. Multiple bugs crawling inside including large cockroaches. The connected gas station was putting up signs that it was McDonald's restrooms because people keep complaining. I can see why this McDs has such a low rating in Yelp. Not the company's best example of quality. I'll admit they were pretty busy around 1:00pm, but it wasn't that bad and took about 20 minutes to get our order for two people. I saw a family with several kids waiting for at least 30 minutes. I will say the staff was friendly, even if slow filling orders. Now the food: My deluxe chicken sandwich would've been good except they burnt the chicken patty until it was dark brown. Tasted burnt too. Anyone with any level of decency wouldn't have served that patty, but would've thrown it away. My gf got a double cheeseburger that looked like a steamroller had flattened it to fit through a paper shredder. At least the fries were fairly good, although a little lite on salt. read more

Service is non-existent here. We sat down at the one and only clean table available. Placed our order on the app for table delivery. Fifteen minutes later I hear mobile up. Waited a few minutes walked up and realized our order was the mobile up order. I asked the lady why is it not on a tray and delivered to the table. She said we do not use trays here and it's a mobile order to her as far as she is concerned. Was told if I had any issues to call corporate, I in turn asked if she was even a corporate store or independent. She acknowledged independent. So that there is the problem. No accountability for not following policy and procedures. You might wear the same clothes but your standards are not the same. Trash on tables and floors, saw many customers turned away by closed doors well before closing, sounded like junior high chaos in the food prep area. Looked like junior size meat on QP and Big Mac. Went to the drive thru. Waited 7min just for someone to answer. Placed my order and drove around. Waited another 5min just to pay for my order. Drove forward, worker dropped my drink on the ground and just laughed. Then stood like a deer in the headlights, complete mental failure. Was given my bag, which was completely wrong. Rude and incompetent staff. If you're on a road trip, it might be easy to stop by here but DON'T BOTHER. The restaurant wasn't even busy at that time. No one called out our order for at least 20 minutes until I walked up to ask where it is they said "we've been calling out your order for 15 minutes" and laughed. I really wish you could leave zero stars. What did I expect it was McDonald's. Middle of nowhere I-10. I ordered ahead in the app to mitigate having to wait in the drive thru line. The app let me order inside, so I went to the door. Locked. Fine so I get in the drive thru line and it takes them about 4 minutes to acknowledge me. Now I'm currently sitting in the line after ordering at it hasn't even moved one car ... and I'm at 18 minutes total and counting. If I hadn't already paid on the app I'd be BOLTING. If I had read the reviews prior to pulling in I may have just driven a few more miles down the road but my experience was a pleasant one and that may have been due to the owner reading the reviews posted here hopefully that's the case but probably not. I ordered a few sausage egg and cheese McMuffins a ice tea and a coffee with a few hash browns. The sandwiches were assembled perfectly, the hash browns were hot and the coffee was fresh and made to my liking. The service at the drive thru was as good as I have ever experienced at any Mickey D's so I was happy. We all know these fast food joints can be very erratic when it comes to service I guess I caught them on a good day, and I'm very patient when dealing with these types of places and that usually returns positive results. read more

2 of the 4 self serve kiosks were out of order. The person at the counter disappeared after taking the order of the person in front of us and by then several other people that came after us got to the kiosks before us. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I told one of the employees, they did nothing to address it except to acknowledge the fact that there was no soap. Even after placing order at kiosk, it took a long time to come and then there were only French fries in the bag. Also, the kiosk makes you take a number to put on the table, but they don't bring your food to the table - you have to go and pick it up. So, why do you need to put a number on your table? read more
