I hate leaving bad reviews but this one was earned. I ordered online for delivery for my family since I was sick with the flu and could not cook. When the pizzas arrived both were wrong and one of them looked like someone tore it up a little. I attempted to resolve this in the chat feature on the website. That was unsuccessful because they would not refund my money. So, I called the store directly and after explaining to them calmly, they said that they could remake them or give me a credit. I told them that they could remake them and redeliver them. Before taking any info, I was hung up on. So, I took my sick self Pizza Hut. When I arrived, the lady looked at me confused as returned the wrong order (so they would know that I was not lying). I informed the lady that I was the one that they just hung up on and I am here for my refund and returning the wrong food. She looked at me confused. She said she could not refund the money. I said here are your pizzas, I want a refund, I am sick with the flu, paid for delivery and now had to come up here because you wanted to hang up on me. She called the guy that was cooking pizzas over. I again repeated myself after he stared at me blankly for about 30 seconds. He then told her to refund my money and throw the pizzas away. The only amount not refunded was the tip. read more

I used to love this location. In fact I left a 5 star review a year ago. I put an order in today at 5:47pm. The order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes according to the app. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes instead! They marked my order complete but it was not ready. I heard 3 others say theirs was marked ready as well but they were told they were still waiting on items so it actually wasn't. Not sure if they were doing this to make themselves look good for corporate but it was completely inaccurate. Then once it was ready they never called my name. I kept hearing other names called and when some people would walk in and they would get their food right away. I started catching on that it was only black people getting their food after a while. I have never experienced something like this in my life. There were 4 others that had been waiting around like I was and they just so happen to be white. I hope I'm wrong but this certainly felt like racism and not a coincidence with the number of people getting their food that were black and the white ones not. I heard one family say they had been waiting for 2 hours. In addition, my email receipt showed the total was $33.79. They tried to tell me I still owed $7. How would $7 magically not come off of my card? I checked my bank account and $33.79 was charged which matched my emailed receipt. I refused to pay the $7, which they let go easily. Seems very suspicious. I had also already left a tip on my original payment which I regret. As I stood around my shoes were sticking to the floor which I never recalled in the past. This location has gone downhill significantly and this staff is very responsible. I didn't recognize anyone from when I left my original review a year ago. I was so disgusted I didn't even eat the food. Highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location. read more

1 other couple in the restaurant. Thought we could eat within the hour we had for dinner. Big mistake. Waitress seemed like she'd never taken an order before, and pizza came out 1 hour and 10 minutes later. One large deep dish pepperoni pizza. Never go here if you want to eat in any kind of time limited situation. read more

This is the first time we have been back in a Pizza Hut . Where we actually have a server, locally, since before covid. The one is goose creek still is pick up only. Anyways, my husband wanted pizza for Father's Day. Specifically Pizza Hut. We called ahead to make sure and she was like come on in! We arrived and was greeted by a sweet employee. We were the only ones in the restaurant. A nice fella came and shook my husbands hand wishing him a happy Father's Day. We ordered the big dinner box The breadsticks came out piping hot and delicious and the pizzas were perfectly cooked. Our garlic parm wings weee so good. They tossed in some extra too. Everything was perfect. Almost reminded me of the old timey pizz hut experience I noticed little handwritten thank you cards on the tables welcoming people back into the restaurant for dine in. Do these folks a favor and go visit them. They really are trying and the food was good! read more

I ordered a Large pizza which was supposed to come with free cheese sticks. I arrived at the store and the lady said to me that it didn't go through and wasn't on the receipt. Meanwhile, on the app it literally said it did and I have a screenshot of it too below. For someone who works at T-Mobile and literally works in tech support, that issue that occured is ON YOU not on me. I put the code in and literally it shows I'm getting free cheese sticks. I wouldn't have placed the order if I wasn't getting those because Dominos is much better and cheaper. It's not the money that matters it's the concept. Then they're talking out loud like I'm nuts and saying I'm discriminating. What am I discriminating about?? I ordered food and didn't get what I ordered. I guess the 2.2 stars that this place has is discriminating too. It would be completely different if the place had great reviews and didnt have many more negative then positive. The only person that was nice was the man. He deserves a raise because he was respectful and actually cared. He came and made the situation right instead of screaming from across the store like the other 2 girls. She kept talking about being pregnant and dilating too. Some stuff should be kept personal honestly. With all due respect I hope her pregnancy goes well and she finds a job that better suits her needs. However, I just don't see how I'm the one who's wrong when pictures speak for themselves. I DID PUT THE CODE IN ON THE WEBSITE TOO! IT LITERALLY SAID REDEEMED. I showed them it too! read more

only reason I gave them one star is because zero wasn't an option. ordered online and was notified time of pickup. After driving 20 minutes, our order hadn't even started cooking. There was a long line all getting refunds. Some of which had been waiting 2 hours. read more

Took my daughters on a date. Our server made it really special by surprising the girls with a small toy a piece and delicious, warm brownies. The pizza was perfectly cooked. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Our server made it a really personalized and special "date" for us. If you haven't been back since this restaurant has changed management-give it another go! It's a whole new restaurant; cleaner, efficient, tasty and friendly. read more

This place is horrible. Wouldnt eat here if I had too. Management has been horrible since Dwayne was there. Nasty food prep. Ignorant staff

My Name is John Sellers, I want them to know who they were trying to fool with a hand tossed pizza crust when I ordered a Pan! I called and told them what was going on and they said I needed to bring them the pizza to prove they were ripping people off. This is criminal because they charged additional $1 for pan and used hand tossed crust. I used to work at Pizza Hut and know the difference. I shouldn't have to prove myself to anyone. What ever happened to the customers always right, or the former employee knows your secrets???? read more

While the food was good and the people were friendly, the restaurant was falling apart on the outside and disgusting on the inside. They had already cleaned the table off, but we had wipe it down as my arms stuck to the edges. We waited 45 minutes for two pizzas. The bill was wrong, they added two drinks that we didn't order. They also up-charged us, not alerting us to $1 up-charge per pan pizza. We counted 12-15 employees and yet the service was slow and the restaurant was down right disgusting with what looked like years of grime. There was literally pizza sauce on the ceiling. read more

I have come to this restaurant a few times, in the hopes that the experience will not be as unpleasant as the last time. I am always wrong. And disappointed. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice the odor of what I will describe as an old locker room. Musty and mildew. The smell alone, makes you not want to eat anything. Especially pizza. The carpets need to be removed and the building needs to be remodeled. It's dark, dank, and just feels dirty. The service is slow, even when no one else is there. The food may be good, but I'm never going back there. read more

Terrible. Came in for lunch buffet. There were 5 empty pans, and half a pizza that looked gelled over. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to order 2 mediums and still are waiting after 35 minutes. (Writing this as I sit here.) also, the cook has not put his cell phone down the entire time he has been "making pizzas". Last time here. read more

The server was sweet and took our order in a timely manner. Food was delivered promptly!

Whomever runs this place is a slackard! They've been skimping on sauce and cheese (guess they have mismanaged and can't budget well) so we ordered online and requested extra sauce and extra cheese. THEN I called them to remind them right after placing the order. Guess what??? Hardly ANY sauce or cheese after being charged for extra of both!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! IT'S MISMANAGED! WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS BOTH DINING IN AND DELIVERY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
