The place was dirty and dingy. The server had on plastic gloves and dug into the salad ingredients without using any utensils. He touched other areas and I got queasy and declined the salad. The tables and chairs were so close together that we couldn't pull out our chairs because people were seated at the next table. My husband's pizza had burnt edges but was uncooked in the center. The store is in a small strip mall with a couple other businesses including a Panera Bread. I didn't have a problem finding a spot and walked right in. The store is tall with a grand feeling. Open space and nice and clean and bright. I've looked at the menu for MOD a few times so I was excited to start making my personalized 5 star pie! This is my first visit and so far so good. It's sort of like Subway, you pick your pizza size and you get unlimited toppings. The sizes are for one person. My son has chicken and sausage and I had the Dillon James. The wait time for the pizza to cook wasn't very long. The ingredients look really fresh. The red sauce is a bit tart, the crust is crunchy but soft and the cheese is good. I don't think I like basil on my pizza. They have all of the regular toppings plus some extras most traditional pizza places don't have, for example sweet and spicy peppers and spicy chicken sausage. All of their toppings are very fresh and tasty. I have never stayed to eat here but it seems many people do. They even have beer if you'd like pizza and a beer! One thing to remember is you can always ask for more topping amount if you'd like more BUT the more toppings a pizza has the soggier it will be! This is because their crust is a thin crust pizza. Last time I went I went a bit overboard and to make up for it I just specified extra well done and it wasn't too bad. The staff is always friendly, and the GM Cheyanne (don't know if I spelled that right) is great. The pizza has a good thin crust and there are so many options for toppings, so you literally can get just about anything you want on it. You can get white sauce, red sauce, or pesto as a base. You can create a true new pizza experience on every visit. The berry lemonade is soooo good. It's can be too much berry for some like myself, so I mix it half and half with the regular lemonade.
