Won't answer the phone, I've been waiting well over an hour on an order, what an awful Wendy's. This is so frustrating STAY AWAY.

This Wendy's is HORRIBLE. when it comes to delivery orders. they're always missing food, and half the time they always "never get" the order that was placed. I waited over an hour and 4 dashers went to this Wendy's. only for them to tell us at the end that they aren't taking any more orders?! What crazy mess is this? I know first thing you're thinking is the first thing I'm thinking... I was an idiot for sitting in that drive-thru 37 minutes being the third car in line but my kid was hungry. I have yet to find a Wendy's in the last 2 years that is fast food or has employees that seem to care enough to give you your food. I used to think customer service was key to a businesses survival but I now realize it is now the shut up and take your food that has replaced it. If my schedule wasn't so busy I would have went home and cooked my own food at least I know how disgruntled that employee is LOL. As I sit in the drive thru and read the reviews, I regret stopping here more and more. All of the reviews about this place being extremely slow are extremely accurate. I'm now ten minutes in and the only reason I am still in line is to write this review. It's horrible. Wendy's on Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston is one of my favorite Wendy's in the area as they have quality food prepared efficiently. I like the convenience of the location as you can get to it easily from the interstate and all other directions. I really like the burgers here as they are well prepared. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you get your food fast. read more

Came in today ordered a combo 8 and an extra burger patty for my dog nothing on it. I got home all I had was burger on my number 8. They forgot the burger patty for my dog when I called to speak to the manager she started arguing with me on the phone telling me she made the burger how I wanted it and she weren't gonna make it again! Will never come back to this location horrible management horrible customer service and horrible listening skills on the managers part! Do NOT go to this Wendy's! They are disgusting and slack ; unless you like to eat paper! I ordered a $40 meal and the whole thing was WRONG and I ended up eating wax paper from the cheese on my chicken sandwich! I called the manager who told me she couldn't help me and to talk to the general manager. I called for 2 days with no response from the general manager and she told me that they rush sometimes so that's why there was paper in my sandwich . I am disgusted and this is horrible customer service. This Wendy's has the worst customer service and food time. I did a mobile order and when I got to the window they told me to pull around that it was ready but in fact it was not ready was told to pull up to the door they would bring it out and two cars that were behind me left way before we did. Its a nice, clean and standard Wendy's which you can expect from any other Wendy's we had fries, chicken spicy go wrap and chicken biscuit. The drive through is a bit slow. It took me 10 minutes to get through completely with my order. By the way I ordered only fries. read more

Ordered off of DoorDash tonight, 3 meals and a frosty. When it got delivered, only 2 meals and the frosty showed up. Unprofessional, late driver from DoorDash. Smoking in the car with my food, dirty, rude person. Had to drive to Wendy's to get them to fix this problem, not only did I not get any money back, free food, etc but they also messed up my order THREE times while I was standing right there. They claimed it was their crew forgetting to ring up my 3rd order and tried telling me they could talk to the general manager when they close. This was at 8:30pm. I am not going to sit there and wait until closing because the night manager wouldn't do his job. They only made excuses, terrible service. Practically had to make them do their job and they wouldn't listen. Other customers were frustrated with them the whole time I was in the the restaurant also. I would not recommend this location. I have had other locations treat me and others really well, very professional & clean. This one is definitely not one of those.
