    This is my go to location because of work. I typically eat out once a week for lunch. I always go to Jersey Mike's! Everyone that works there is always smiling and friendly. Take advantage of the points club they have. You get free food, coupons, and a free sub and drink for your birthday! It is so worth it. They have a daily special as well that is great to take advantage of. I like how everything is made to order, and even the meat is sliced to order.

    Not the chicken chipotle I ordered! Highly disappointed what a waste of money!

    Make sure your hot sub is correct before you leave. Also, I asked for a side of peppers and got attitude for it. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

    Jersey Mike's Subs on Rivers in North Charleston is a well managed Jersey Mike's location that is a consistent place to get a quality sandwich. Everything here is delicious and fresh and I enjoy coming in here for a quick snack when I am in the area and need something fast. They are well worth stopping in for a good sub.

    I love Jersey Mike's subs. They're always delicious. So, when I had to book lunch for a group of 15 people for 2 days of work meetings, I immediately thought of them. I've booked catering through them before and they are always accommodating to my needs & requests. My first snag was I was unable to place the delivery online. I thought it was odd since I was able to order catering orders online before but no problemo, I just gave them a call. I was put in touch with Dan, who I assume is a Manager. He was great, telling me exactly what I needed to do in order to place the order online for delivery. I made this call on a Monday, telling him that I would need 15 box lunches on Wednesday & Thursday, the same exact order for both days. Dan informed me that I would either need an 11:30am delivery or a time after 2pm due to their lunch rush. I've worked in F&B before, so I totally get the need to adjust times due to the lunch rush. So, no issues on my end so far. I went online to place the order but the way their website is set up, you can only place a same day or a next day order. No worries, I made a note to log on the next morning (Tuesday) so I could place the order for Wednesday. I wanted to give them as much time as possible. The next morning rolls around and I place the order online, following Dan's instructions and all is well with the world. About 2 hours after I place the order, Dan calls me. I had indicated that I wanted the condiments on the side, and he was calling to ask if that also meant the oil & vinegar. I said, "yes put those on the side too since I'm not sure if everyone likes oil & vinegar on their subs". I assumed he was just covering all his bases to make sure that he had the order correct on his end so I didn't think much of the timing of the call at the time. About an hour later, I did question myself "I hope he isn't making the order today for delivery because I don't need these lunches until tomorrow" but I just shrugged it off. Looking back, I should have called him to confirm but my order very clearly stated Wednesday at 11:30am. Well wouldn't you know, 11:30 rolls around on Tuesday and here comes Dan with the delivery. I walked up front and said, "hey, those lunches are for tomorrow, not today". He adamantly shook his head "no" and I said, "yes, I specifically selected Wednesday. I need lunch deliveries for Wednesday & Thursday" for meetings. He argued back "when you called you said Tuesday & Wednesday". I said, "no, I said Wednesday & Thursday when I called and when I placed the order this morning, I selected Wednesday at 11:30". Again, he was adamant "all my paperwork says today". He had a receipt in his hand but wouldn't show it to me and just handed me the box of cold drinks he had in his hand telling me "well you can take these today". I told him that I almost called to confirm that he had the correct day but didn't since my online order was very clear on the date & time. I then started to say "if you think the subs will be ok..." and Dan rudely cut me off before I could even get the rest of the sentence out shaking his head and said "nope they won't be" and then turned around and walked out. He honestly could have salvaged this by simply calling me later and apologizing for how he handled THEIR error, but he didn't. He could have delivered the order the next day himself so that he could personally apologize for being so rude, but he sent someone else to make the delivery. It was fine as the guy he sent was great. But I just found it very hard to fathom why he was just so sure he was right and even when he realized he wasn't, he couldn't try to make it right by offering a simple apology. So instead of placing a second order with them for my Thursday lunch, I contacted Chic-Fil-A and used them instead. I wont say that I will never eat at Jersey Mike's again because I am sure I will, but I will definitely think twice about using them for catering.

Today, I ordered "Godmother's Turkey" (turkey, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, spinach, mozzarella, garlic mayo). I think this was the best sandwich I've had in Mount Pleasant. Everything was fresh and perfectly portioned. I added a Caesar salad - and while very simple, it was made of crisp lettuce with crunch croutons. Dressing was the classic variety. The counter staff was very friendly and our order took only about 5-7 minutes to make. There's indoor and outdoor seating and a little shopping area where you can browse wines, oils, and more. Very casual atmosphere. No servers as it's counter service only. I recommend take out as they do a great job boxing and wrapping everything.
