What a great experience. First time when ordering was excited to find out that the kids meals get ice cream and include it. I want to give a great things to who took my food order ¡Mokea! She gave me great recommendations and I went with one of her by putting marinara sauce and one of my chicken sandwiches it was so so so good Thank you so much for this great first time experience :) read more

This was my first time going and I was very surprised with how fresh and delicious the food was The wait was a while but the food was worth it. I was astonished with how amazing the onion rings were and the double Swiss and mushroom burger was. The Diet Coke could have tasted better as I think the syrup in the fountain or the co2 needed to be changed. Other than that the food was the best fast food I have ever had honestly speaking. When I am back down here I will definitely be coming back read more

I wish that we could add half stars. If I could I'd give it 3.5 stars. The food was okay and filling. Would I go out of my way for a Culver's burger probably not. I tried their limited time Colby Double Burger. It had Colby cheese, fried onions, and their A-1 pepper sauce. For a speciality burger I was a little disappointed. It tasted well and was a good burger and very filling. The service was excellent the cashier at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The dining area was kept very clean. The dining area attendant was spot on. Every time a table became available she was on it cleaning for the next customer. The drink and condiment counter was stocked and clean. I'm willing to give them another chance with a different burger. Their milkshakes look rather tasty too. read more

I'm so extremely sad to report the absolute PATHETIC scoop of custard that I've ever gotten. If you look at all of my previous pictures then look at my most recent, how PATHETIC and sad is this?!?!?!? I was so disappointed and very surprised that they would let something like this be given to a customer that I went back the next day to get the custard I wanted. And I didn't wanna spend more money but I don't live near a Culver's so I wanted to treat myself. But that scoop is NOT OK!!!!!!! DO BETTER!! read more

Culver's has become a regular stop for my crowd. It's considered fast food but they always deliver beyond expectations. When ordering at the counter the staff is knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions. The fish and chips is always an excellent choice. On my last visit it was a late night stop just for their custard and it was so creamy and delicious. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always personable. We're lucky to have Culver's as a quick and easy stop without long waits and no reservations needed. Sometimes you just need a quick meal without a plan where you know you can count on the quality. Culver's has proven to be this perfect stop for us on many occasions. It's a great choice when friends and family are visiting because they always have something for everyone. read more

This. Is one location that I was hopeful would be as good as the Summerville location... Nope... When we arrive , the young lady that was at the front counter seemed to only understand we can't do that as her answer for everything that we normally do when we go to the other locations. She seemed incredibly bothered that we were asking her questions about the ice cream choices for the kids meals but seemed helpful when she said it was cheaper to build a burger versus ordering what I was ordering. I guess she just had a fluctuating day lol... I will say the food was good and the natives were happy, but they need is to up their game on hospitality. read more

Very nice staff, friendly and work as a team. Food was nice and hot and di not take long. Great flavors and seating for individuals and families, will be back and recommend. Will try the cheese curds next time, the onion rings were tasty. read more

If I had seen the huge roach running towards the soda machine before I ate, I would have given them ZERO stars! My pot roast sandwich was fatty, dry and stringy. Fries were okay but room temp. And now, I'm grossed out that I drank a soda from the soft drink machine! read more

We usually LOVE Culver's but unfortunately this location was very disappointing. The service was not friendly. We waited 35 minutes for 2 food items. My husband said it was the worst sandwich. And my food was mediocre. The atmosphere is hectic and honestly seemed like too much for the employees to keep up with. read more

People are friendly and spot on knowing what they have to offer. Knowledge, smart. Single burger was very small, but taste. Onion rings fantastic. Service for lunch was slow after ordered. Worth the visit.. Frank G read more

Culver's is amazing! Their food is so fresh and the menu is pretty impressive. Best of all, the staff is always super friendly. It's not hard to tell that the staff enjoys working there. Speaking of staff, Sharon is sooo nice. I've only been to Culver's 3 times, but she was there during all my visits. And during each visit, she asked if I was enjoying my food and if I needed anything else. She literally asked the same to everyone she made eye contact with. Culver's should be the standard of how all fast food places should be operated. read more

We were in the area and decided that we wanted ice cream. Pulled up to the drive thru to order and got a medium concrete mixer and a small mixer, but they rang it up as 2 mediums - whatever, not a big deal. Got the the window to pay, they put a tag on the mirror assigning us a number, but told us to just stay there and not pull around like the other care before us had. The staff was young. They weren't rude, but you could tell their age. Ice cream/custard is tasty and they put plenty of the mixers in there, so you could certainly taste them. read more

After roadtripping from VA Beach to South Carolina, I recommended to my partner that we grab something quick to eat so we can properly rest in anticipation of the weekend activities (the family reunion). I recommended Culver's and let him know it is a regional fast food chain. He was surprised because he knows I am an eat-local girl. I told him I heard good things, and well, the hype was real. We ordered made-to-order burgers (mine including a handful of pickles), cheese curds, fries, and fountain drinks. My partner raved about their root beer; the toasted butter buns on the burger were so good. But our favorite was the signature Culver's sauce. It was so good that we put it on everything - our burgers, fries, and cheese curds. Shoot, even on the last night of our trip, we went back with my mother-in-law, and I put the sauce on a salad. read more

I've now been to Culver's a few times so I feel like I've got a better idea of what they're all about. While they are considered fast food, I feel like they are a level up on most fast food experiences and quality. The burgers are great and my friend loves the fish platter which I've tried and is surprisingly good. What sets them apart is the extras! I love cheese and they take cheese seriously. You can get a cheese sauce to dip your fries in that is so good and their cheese curds are more flavorful than any other fried cheese bites I've had. Most of all it seems that I can't leave without getting a cement mixer. My go to is chocolate ice cream with heath bar and peanut butter cups... so good. I just realized recently that they have a drive thru that I used on my last visit. What I've found is that whether you go inside or through the drive thru, the wait is still longer than standard fast food, but I have to think that has to do with making things fresh so I'm cool with it. read more

It's 7:57 pm, Sunday , December 7th, and our dine-in order was placed at 7:13pm. The cars are wrapped around the drive-thru, at least 5 people waiting in the carry out area. No one is cleaning the dining area, floors are a mess. The staff is in the weeds. Customers are driving away without their orders because they have been waiting in the drive thru for so long. Ownership needs to take a long look at how this Culver's location is being mismanaged. A surprise visit by regional management would be time well spent. I usually love Culver's, but would never recommend this location to anyone. Still hungry at 8:04, Shannon G. read more

Our first time here because the 13 year old girl said it was amazing and we must try. Note to self and all of you-DO NOT listen to a 13 year old. We waited 45 minutes for the food to come out. And, it was mediocre at best. Awful was the husband's word. Never again. Not the staffs problem, just a Culver's problem. read more

Tried Culver's for the first time and it was a pretty average experience overall. The place has a classic burger‑spot feel, and the staff was friendly when I walked in, which made a good first impression. The restaurant looked clean and the service moved at a steady pace. I ordered a burger and fries, and while everything was cooked correctly, the flavor didn't really stand out. The burger was decent but a little on the plain side, and the fries were good but nothing memorable. It definitely hit the spot, just not in a way that made me think "I have to come back for this." The prices were fair for what you get, and the portion sizes were solid. It's the kind of place that works when you're craving something quick and simple, but it didn't quite reach that "wow" factor for me. read more

Literally waited 16 min for my food to be "freshly prepared " like the signs there say only to get a large COLD onion ring. The patty melt wasn't much better(luke warm freshness i guess). Bag brought out with Absolutely no napkins so I guess I have to use my shirt. Decided to stop because I used to love this place in Kansas City but never again. Thanks read more

I was number 30 and number 12 was ahead of me waiting for her order. After someone came in from drive through saying she only ordered 2 shakes and was the 1st car in line waiting at the drive thru they came out the back with some melted shakes and she just took them causing the lady with number 12 to ask where her carry out order was. She had ordered in ahead of me. The crowd started to gather around the front causing some confusion. I got my order after number 12 had asked several people where hers was. I left and wished her luck. read more

New Culver's location in N. Charleston in Centre Point shopping center, sitting across from Walmart. Restaurant is new and was clean during our lunch visit. Staff was friendly, but the order taker spoke so softly we couldn't hear most of what she said. You order/pay at the counter, get your own drink, then sit down wherever you like. They'll bring your food. The double butter burger was very good; love the thin crispy patties, which gives a nice char flavor. Note that everything comes a la cart; you can make it a meal with one side and drink for additional cost. Even some of the burger toppings cost an extra 30 cents, like tomato and cheese. Most toppings are free. The wifey said her bacon mushroom single patty burger was also really good. The fries are large cut and pretty standard flavor. The onion rings were good, actually better than I expected for a fast food place. They have several other side items if you want to branch out from the standard fries. They also have other items like chicken sandwiches, milkshakes with many options, and some seafood if that's your preference. Overall a really good burger place and I'll definitely be back. read more

A few locations of Culver's have popped up in my area, so I figured I'd give them a try. Otdered from the drive-thru. Had to pull up and wait for my meal. Bought a Double Butter burger cheese with ketchup & mustard and side of crinkle cut fries. They say the burgers are made to order. It did take at least 5-10 minutes to receive my food. I could've used a little more mustard & ketchup. There wasn't anything that stood out about the meal. Crinkle cut fries ate my favorite, but these were meh. Could've used some seasoning salt or something. I might return to try their chicken sandwich or custard. read more

So happy to see Culver's closer to CHS. I have missed this WI-based company's food...but I am still reserving final judgment. Great food and friendly employees, but... Just walking up to the counter when there's no one in line to get a single scoop of custard, should be a two minute thing when there's no one waiting. I've never been to a Culver's where the custard is back where the kitchen is. I waited nearly 5 minutes for a single scoop of flavor of the day. There was nothing for them to add or make up, during this time I watched three employees all chat and hang out. They've just opened so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'll be back for the food if nothing else. read more

I love Culver's as a brand. The friendliness and promise of fresh products is a win for me. This location is no different, greeted friendly asked if we needed time. Then they promise to bring their delicious food to our table. Imagine Micky D's doing this? Food as always was some of the best fast food we've had. One tiny complaint is... the layout is a little confusing. The ordering counter is behind a walk from when you first walk in. So you've gotta go around a corner. First time I've seen this. Usually you walk in and the counter is right there. No biggie though... read more

Yummy frozen custard, hello yea!!! I can only find Culver's in the Mid and East Coast, so when we saw one by our hotel, I asked hubby to pull in the drive thru. He got the vanilla shake, I got a concrete- so rich creamy deliciousness! They have other sundaes and frozen treats, their frozen custard is the best. This looks like a new location, and they also have other burgers and such. Great service in the drive thru. read more

I never heard of Culver's and had worked out, showered and my husband and I had both kids in tow to go to the outlets and if ya know ya know that's a workout in itself, so as soon as we got them in the stroller, I was like ok I'm starving!!! lol! We didn't even make it to one store. When we were riding by I saw that this was new to the area. I am usually not one to eat fast food chains, but my Husband asked for me to give it a shot, I guess having one to many drinks the night before, helped in this decision making process Anyways, he got the Double Culver's deluxe (Wisconsin cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, sweet red onion and our signature mayo with a lightly buttered, toasted bun) with crinkle fries and I got mine with onion rings! They were both really good!! If I was in a jam for time I'd for sure go back! We didn't try their shakes and my toddler was asleep in the stroller or else I would have ordered one. I know they are known for those too. read more

This place is great but expensive. I order two meals and was shocked by the total. But I did have two shakes as well. I'm not going to lie. It was worth it, it just wouldn't be my first stop for a burger and fries if I was a everyday craving. The service was A-1 and they explained some things on the menu for us as well.
