This team is on it. Kind and knowledgeable with suggestions . Thanks yall. It's our regular ice cream spot.

Cold Stone a classic franchise all over the country that serves ice cream mixed with as many toppings you desire because that's the freedom we have here in the U.S, hooyah! Haha jokes asides service was awesome shoutout to the worker who accommodated with my peanut allergy and offered to be the sprinkle waffle cone. He was patient and friendly as I was quite indecisive since it's been a while since I've been to a cold stone. Ice cream shop seems pretty neat and tidy. I got the banana ice cream with Nila cookies and sprinkles mixed in it. Overall it was very yummy and refreshing as South Carolina started to warm up. read more

Ice cream was melted- "Love it" size was really a "Like it" size. Extremely disappointed. Should have read the reviews before I went.

Came minutes before closing and staff was friendly. Gift card worked and everyone was happy with their icecream. read more

The line was really long but the lady with the puff didn't have any attitude and moved the line as fast as she could. She was nice and the inside of the establishment was cleaned except for the restrooms. The ice cream was delicious and I would definitely come back for dessert again. This is family friendly! read more

The place Smelled horrible, they were out of cones and the waffle maker looked like it never been cleaned.

They lied about not having the birthday taco ice cream and laughed about it when I asked for chocolate ice cream they also lied saying there wasn't any I asked the other employe and she gave me chocolate ice cream over all they acted like they didn't want to be there wouldn't recommend this place the tables were also dirty and there was no napkins that I could use to clean it I'm very disappointed read more

Ugh what a disappointment. I worked at a Cold Stone in high school and have been going to them since then and this location was the saddest one I've ever been in. The last few times I've been there, the store has been dirty. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, checkout counter has stuff all over it. The counters are also overcrowded and you cannot see anything being done. That's part of the experience. There was never anyone there to greet me. I always had to say "hello? excuse me?" before someone emerges from the back and acts as though I've ruined their whole day. Once I paid, the employee disappeared again. I tried to get their attention for five minutes last time to order another thing to go but she never came back up. The ice cream is good, which is where the stars come from. This location honestly doesn't deserve any at all. read more

Asked if they had any allergy information as I need gluten free and the employee looked at me like I was an alien. Had no idea what I was requesting or care to find out; even though their menu board says they have allergy information available if requested. The employee clearly didn't feel like working, not a single soul was in the facility either. We left immediately and went elsewhere. Would not waste your time going to this location. read more

It's not like the Cold Stone I remember 15 years ago. This location smells like sour milk and isn't very clean. The ice cream is ok but nothing really special. If the place had a real good cleaning and offered some seating inside it would be a better choice for ice cream. read more

Should be called warm stone. So runny it spilled all over. We used to go to cold stone in AZ. They can keep the ice cream old there but not here? Tasted good but was like soup. read more

Stopped in here yesterday for lunch with the family. Kids were not disappointed that we were having ice cream for lunch (and honestly, neither were we). They weren't too busy and service was quick. I got the cake batter shake and it was exactly what I needed. We also got a birthday cake for my son which we ate later in the day, and we still have a few leftovers that I may have for lunch today. read more

Absolutely disgusting. My daughter and I walked in and it smelled like hot throw up, we immediately turned around and left. The floors look like they have never been cleaned, I can't imagine what the back of house looks like if your front has a putrid smell and looks that dirty to guest walking in. read more

This is really a nice place to sit down or hang out as well. Nice located, we were able to find the Sugar Free Ice-cream as well. She was quick and provide the sugar free, fat free ice-cream. Way to go. Good Service by Amy Branch. She is outstanding and great service personnel. She really cares and goes out of the way to help and provide an excellent service read more

Update: myself, my husband, and my son all had a stomachache after eating ice cream from here. The place did have a horrible smell...should have clued us in. Go elsewhere for ice cream, unless you enjoy having diarrhea. read more

Holy shit. I have never In my whole entire life been to a place so absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The second you walk in it smells like rotting milk and if you have ever been to a cold stone they all smell amazing. First red flag. This store was so nasty the cold stone they mix your ice cream on is covered in old cups and random stuff from the store and they had like two places on it that weren't covered with items to mix your ice cream on. We ordered an ice cream and a milk shake and I'm the time they were making both we realized we were not taking one bite of anything from that place. The whipped cream they put on the milk shake was in a piping bag on the fucking counter not even in the fridge if I was to use one thing to describe this place it's DONT EAT HERE. I don't even know why they are still open. read more

This place is a disgrace to the Coldstone brand. It smells absolutely disgusting. The countertop's and tables weren't clean. Floors were dirty. I will not be going back. read more

Waited a loooong minutes just to get our orders. We just order a simple one but most of their stuff is out. Smells bad. Tables are not clean. Most especially unsanitary thing ever are the spoons. This was my first time at the Cold Stone and it was a busy evening. The line was long but the 3 workers there were great. They worked very fast and still were able to keep the line moving while being professional. There are lots of choices here and it was hard to pick but I had plenty of time in line to choose. The only down side are the ridiculous things they make the workers sing when they get a tip. They're trying to help people and take orders but can't do that singing songs about tips. Corporate makes them do it and it's silly. Overall, nice place and nice employees. read more

My husbands birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to ask about getting a cake. They said they needed 24 hours which I understand. It's currently 3:30 and I wanted to put an order in. Unfortunately I wasn't able to because as I said "okay, it's simple" I was hung up on. Needless to say we won't be getting ice cream or cake from this nasty place. read more

Well that was probably the quietest, most depressing Cold Stone I've ever been in. No hello when I walked in, their store was dirty, the counter was messy (full of display items, trash etc), I couldn't see them make my ice cream, and I def didn't get the full-serving that I ordered. Same good ice cream, so I can't fault that... But maybe I'll just get a pint at Target next time. read more

The sign near the register states you'll encounter a fun, energized, enthusiastic staff serving you ice cream...instead you'll encounter one red head that loves to count how many m&ms she wants to put in your ice cream and another in Christmas pajamas with headphones in complaining about how many guests are coming through the door on a busy Saturday night....and you'll probably have to wait a few minutes to pay. no wonder everybody prefers the cold stone in Summerville. You can get ice cream, cookies and a better attitude. read more

Extremely disappointed with the quality, service, and product of this Cold stone location. My poor experience started with using the restroom. The bathroom was not clean, the floor, the toilet, the sink, everything needed bleach. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. The entire lobby was littered with napkins and trash. The employees looked so extremely unhappy and overwhelmed. Water flooded behind the counter causing them to slip and slide all over. I observed multiple instances of cross contamination between touching trash, floor, and food. It was disgusting! When a customer asked the girl to change gloves she appeared very unwilling. The workspace for preparing ice cream was a mess. Utensils and food were littered everywhere on the counters. Multiple empty ice cream tubs were left in the case and on counter. They were out of multiple items that we requested: vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and waffle bowls. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and unhappy. One girl disappeared despite the long line out the door. She could be seen standing in back room on her phone. The other girls were also checking their Apple watches and phones once again returning back to preparing food. Sometimes they wore gloves, sometimes not. We waited 35 minutes to be told they were out of multiple items. After observing the significant health code/food preparation concerns we decided to leave. I sincerely hope for health of your customers and staff you take care of all the issues noted. Very sad we love Cold Stone! read more

I came in to redeem my birthday order. I've been there before. But this time, oh my gosh!!! I ordered 2 gotta have it's. One was butter pecan, but when we got it home it was not !!!! But even before that after our ice creams were made I looked at the counter and at the register it was nasty. I am truly disappointed in the appearance of this place, never have I ever seen it like this before. i understand it was closing time, but looking around the whole place wasn't clean. read more

By far this is the best chain ice cream shop around. I've been to this location (and other locations) many times and always enjoy their ice cream selections. The ice cream tastes fresh and has great texture. I love watching them mix in the toppings into the ice cream. The staff is generally friendly although some are friendlier than others. On this trip I tried the Churro Caramel Crave with a scoop of banana ice cream. The churros were served warm and were nice and crispy. They were coated with sugar and cinnamon. Personally, I could have done without the cinnamon. It was topped off with whipped cream and caramel sauce. I really liked the banana ice cream. It had a nice flavor and was not cloyingly sweet. Final Thoughts: Love the delicious fresh ice cream! read more

My family ordered a cake for my birthday, but when they went to pick it up the kids working said they never received the order although my husband had been charged for it. It was refunded. My daughter filed a complaint and someone called her back and left a message on Easter Sunday, however, he has yet to return her 2 phone calls. We did go the following week to use my coupons and the young ladies were nice and did the best they could with the line, but there was nothing in the cooler and the store looked dirty. Just so disappointing. The store used to be great and it isn't like we have a lot to choose from in our area. read more

Will never come here again placed order so many times and they never look at the online orders so waited for over hour for something so simple kids always have a problem when u ask for something or will look at you while working and put their heads down and ignore u so if u like to be bothered by some idiot kids who won't serve u come here read more

Very poor treatment of employees by management and training is basically non existent.

I mean it's ice cream...who doesn't like ice cream. We randomly stopped here to kill some time before a movie and the place was actually pretty busy. The 2 employees were very nice and handled the line the best they could. I mean they have to make and fold every order by hand. But it still did take quite some time. If we didn't have so much time to kill may have walked in and out. I kept it simple with some sweet cream and cookie dough. Man this sweet cream ice cream is simple and delicious. I just wish she had done a bit better job chopping up my cookie dough but just a minor thing. You scream, I scream, we all scream... read more

Good icecream but pricey. Manager was excellent! Something was missing but they fixed it really fast.

They weren't sure what they were doing. I ordered ahead of time and they had no idea what I was talking about. By the time I got my cake, they didn't know how to ring it up. I spent well over 45 minutes in there while they tried to figure it out. read more

This is the worst ran ice cream shop I have ever seen. They are always out of everything, the workers have an I don't care attitude and they had the nerve to charge me full price for a half filled cup of ice cream. I have been there twice in the last month and this behavior is consistent. I don't know who the manager of this store is but they are apparently not keeping up with inventory. The location needs to close down or get an entire new crew of workers. Maybe the owner is the problem. If the owner doesn't care why should the employees? read more

Don't bother with this place. They will serve you a milkshake with 75% whipped cream and 25% being the shake. happened to my boyfriend and I and told my sister about it and she said the same thing happened to her when she went.Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

As soon as I walked in it smelled like sour milk + dirty everywhere literally everywhere.
