When talking to a manager about our order she informed the cashier they can exchange pieces for a small cost. The cashier obviously didn't know how so she invented a LIE. There was a new manager or someone wearing a suit, visiting with a couple of staff. That's probably part of the reason, was the visiting that was going on. Macclenney restaurants have a pretty bad reputation, but this is one of the worst. I agree with everyone else, just close the doors like many local restaurants are doing here. Unfortunately a 1 is the lowest rating, this should be a -2 or worse.
