Not difficult to find with the purple and white stripes. I know it happens, but it's gross to see a rat trap in front of the building. And hoards of pigeons hang out above the covered parking where I had to position my trusty Jeep to wait for my food. I stopped him. "I'll take one of those without ketchup and mustard. Add mayo." When I got it, it was smaller than anticipated for it being $10.70 with a small drink. I tried to clarify that I wasn't asking for "extra," only for the drinks to taste as they normally do. Given that this location has been known to make frequent mistakes, we honestly assumed the cherry may have been left out. The conversation became unexpectedly tense. She was behaving absolutely ridiculous and nasty. When I asked about a refund instead, I was told that refunds were not given. I also requested the owner's contact information and she told me she wouldn't give it to me. This review isn't about cherry, it's about the customer service experience. Small issues happen at any business. What matters is how they are handled. A more solution-oriented and courteous response would have made this a simple fix rather than a negative experience.
