Fries are really good and decent wings but nothing to go insane about. Service is usually really good you get your food usually quickly.

Place is disgusting. I agree and soda spilled over the floor and for over an hour no one cleaned it up. I ordered food for me and my family. 38 minutes passed by and they kept serving other people who came after. I go and ask and my food is tossed on rack in corner with grease coming through bag showing me it's been sitting for a while. The young lady at register has an attitude, and rolling her eyes while eating at the register and they didn't even know what came with the meal nor did they know how the $10 meals worked. Very disgusting environment to eat food, service was horrible and some of our wings were not even cooked fully. Machine was out of ice for about 15 minutes. I have no clue who manages this restaurant but please re train your employees, yourself and please do better! 1/5 stars. Seems to me everyone in Carlsbad just has no choice but to eat here if they want wing stop. This establishment needs a review and the FDA to come and check this place out. I usually don't leave reviews but this is just absolutely horrible service and everyone behind that counter needs to be replaced. Even the "manager" was so nonchalant about everything and was like oh your food must've just came out as I saw my bag sitting there for a while but not knowing it was mine as I thought it was takeout food since my family and I were dining in. read more

I don't ever do this but I feel I have to. I LOVE wing stop but my food tonight was garbage. The blue cheese had the consistency of water and the wings had no flavor. I ordered mango habanero and couldn't taste either flavor. read more

This has been about a month ago. I went to visit family in my hometown and was shocked to see a Wingstop. So decided to order a family meal the worst $55.92 spent on terrible tasting wings. After this long not be taken care of such as getting refunded after putting in a complaint to the afternoon manager Amy. About 2 wks had my brother who still lives in Carlsbad go and spent with the night manager don't remember his name, but he said he was going to call the owner and they were going to get back to me and they never have. Bottom line is this Wingstop made me not like Wingstop wings. Now I refer to it "Do 't Stop For Wingstop". Nasty tasting wings!!! They are luck to get 1 star because I had to otherwise I would give them 0 stars. read more

Put in a delivery order - food arrived in an hour and lady dropped it off at the wrong apt - she grabbed it from the other apt and brought it to us - opened the order and there's no sauce at all even though we ordered extras - we won't be ordered from this place again read more

They refuse to answer the phone, instead forcing you to listen to a message telling you to order online or on the app (both of which are disabled by the restaurant) until they hang up on you after 15 minutes, leaving you to go inside and be told it'll take over an hour for your order.
