Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 - used the "any 2 or more for $6.99 each" deal. First was a medium hand tossed pizza with sausage and bacon on one side and chicken and mushroom on the other. The pizza was already cooled by the time we got it (3 min after pick up time). The breading was a bit dry and a bit lacking in sauce and cheese. Could have used more topping. Disappointing pizza overall 8-piece Stuffed Cheeasy Bread with Bacon & Jalapeño is a disappointment. It wasn't sliced in any way so you had to tear off random pieces and hope for the best. The top had a pool of oil and it was soaking through the bottom of the box. The edge pieces are burnt with no filling so it's just really dry and sad bread. As you get closer to the center of the bread, you do get a bit of cheese and filling but "stuffed" is an exaggeration. The cheese is an odd blend that we couldn't exactly identify since it's just salty and a bit gooey overall. While you can see the large chunks of jalapeñ, the bacon doesn't really taste of bacon and could be ham in our opinion... Ambience: n/a - online ordered food for pick up. Restaurant was under construction and they look like they're advertising.... lightbulbs? Ordered at the counter on 19Sep and was told it would be 20 min wait. After the order was placed the board showed 50-55 minute wait time. I went to the counter to cancel order and manager apologized and said they got very backed up, but would expedite my order. I got my pizza withing 20 mins. This is a very busy location and this gentleman was going above and beyond to help customers and communicate accurate timelines. Kudos to him and the entire staff. read more

This place is very hit or miss. When it's good, it's amazing. However, they often get the order wrong (or send 2 of the same order with 2 different drivers), etc. Many times we've paid for double the toppings and not received them. We ordered pizza over two hours ago, online it states that the pizza has delivered. We have called 4 different times, they said that the driver had car issues an hour ago and they said they were remaking the order, they said just 30 minutes ago that it was about to leave, it's still not here. There really needs to be an option to give them zero stars. I put my order in online, arrived 30min later to pick up my pizza at the drive thru, paid and waited more than 30min in the drive thru, had 7 different employees come to the window and ask if I had been helped and what my name was and that they would go check and see if my order was ready. Same employee returned twice claiming that a 30 second power outage that happened 20 minutes after I arrived had caused the issue. No one would simply just answer the question of if my order was ready or not. I finally had to ask for my money back (and I had to ask 4 times!) and they grudgingly refunded it to me. In the past few years I have taken to using the Online ordering apps over calling into the store directly; as it's so much easier and carries less distraction on the ordering. There has only been two occasions my order was messed up, one just being the box lid pushed down enough that it had pizza toppings on it. The other occasion being my order of 8-piece BBQ Wings showing up as Hot Wings (food allergies makes me unable to eat those) so when I called the store up and told them what happened they sent me out an upgraded order of BBQ wings free of charge. Ordered here several times, always been great food quality, Orders correct, even have called after the initial order to make changes, came correct. Extra sauce, wings well done, etc. Back home the franchise pizza places tend to be garbage so it's a nice change getting great good and service from a franchise in a small town. My issue is that Domino's is not up front about times, online ordering is typically unavailable so no points accrue, and calling an order in is a joke. Should you succeed in placing an order and you call to inquire why it has been over 30 minutes "in the oven" you get attitude rather than customer service. I ordered a pizza at 6:33. They didn't even come close. It took two hours to get a pizza that we didn't order. When I called to ask for the manager, the person who answered the phone said they were busy and couldn't come to the phone. Then that person just stopped talking. I knew they were there or at least that I was still connected because I could hear everything going on in the background. They either just put the phone down or just stopped talking. I asked questions..."Can you explain this?", "Are you going to try to make up for this?", "Are you having a seizure?", "Should I call 911?". The response was just background noise. I've seen some awesome pizza-delivery-failures in my time and this one takes first prize, not because of the wrong pizza but because of the silent reaction of the person who answered the phone.
