Loved the customer service here! We were out of town and didn't have great luck at the local places in town, they were dirty and lacked customer service. this place was clean and friendly and pizza was just how we ordered. Really good! Keep up the good work, guys! read more

Everything was burnt and SOAKED in oil. It wasn't even edible and left grease on the counter from leaking through the box read more

Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 - used the "any 2 or more for $6.99 each" deal. First was a medium hand tossed pizza with sausage and bacon on one side and chicken and mushroom on the other. The pizza was already cooled by the time we got it (3 min after pick up time). The breading was a bit dry and a bit lacking in sauce and cheese. Could have used more topping. Disappointing pizza overall 8-piece Stuffed Cheeasy Bread with Bacon & Jalapeño is a disappointment. It wasn't sliced in any way so you had to tear off random pieces and hope for the best. The top had a pool of oil and it was soaking through the bottom of the box. The edge pieces are burnt with no filling so it's just really dry and sad bread. As you get closer to the center of the bread, you do get a bit of cheese and filling but "stuffed" is an exaggeration. The cheese is an odd blend that we couldn't exactly identify since it's just salty and a bit gooey overall. While you can see the large chunks of jalapeñ, the bacon doesn't really taste of bacon and could be ham in our opinion... Ambience: n/a - online ordered food for pick up. Restaurant was under construction and they look like they're advertising.... lightbulbs? Service: n/a - food was ready by the quoted time, he was friendly but a bit confused initially since the order was partially paid for online Value for price: 1/5 - we understand upping the promotion price with the current market but the food has gotten worst... too bad since we usually greatly enjoy Domino's read more

Domino's Pizza - cheese pizza with green peppers - Pizza Near Me - Carlsbad, New Mexico

Staying at a nearby hotel, we decided to have a pizza delivered. Pizza arrived exactly when the app said it would, was hot and delicious and our delivery person, Robin was super friendly. Not really a Domino's fan but am so glad I decided to this time! read more

Ordered at the counter on 19Sep and was told it would be 20 min wait. After the order was placed the board showed 50-55 minute wait time. I went to the counter to cancel order and manager apologized and said they got very backed up, but would expedite my order. I got my pizza withing 20 mins. This is a very busy location and this gentleman was going above and beyond to help customers and communicate accurate timelines. Kudos to him and the entire staff. read more

Fast and safe service. They will bring everything out to your car once you arrive. Great.

Terrible pizza, Ordered a large cheeseburger pizza and I got a large pizza with rabbit poop. 1 slice was burned and another had nothing on it! WTF??? ‍ No quality put into it! read more

Domino's Pizza - Burned, missing ingredients and just pure garbage! - Pizza Near Me - Carlsbad, New Mexico

Awful pizza it's soo dry and looks super old god awfu service,, no cheese at alll .... They shouldn't stay open that late if they're gonna mess things up because it's late in the night .... I wouldn't take my chance ordering from them read more

Walked in. Order 2 small pizza's. Was to the wait is 50 minutes. We waited went inside and was told it will be another 30 minutes. Went in at 25 minutes. Was told another 1/2 hr wait. We CANCELED our order Staff was very childish and there was no direction. Will never go back. And that is sad when there are only so many places to get dinner here in Carlsbad read more

Gone a few times the staff is really friendly it's like a 45 minute drive for me and I keep going so they're doing something good

I wish I could give a 0 star rating I called for 20 minutes multiple times Set on hold 5-10 minutes and each time when they picked up They laughed and hung up When I drive by there was no customers there and the employees were just ha gong out inside They all should be fired for gross negligence and derelict I'd duty Outrageous read more

This place is very hit or miss. When it's good, it's amazing. However, they often get the order wrong (or send 2 of the same order with 2 different drivers), etc. Many times we've paid for double the toppings and not received them. Many times it has arrived burned or with tons if air bubbles in the crust. I realize this is a busy location, but I wish it was more consistent. read more

Called like 20 times and the phone just rings and rings. Finally decided to come in to the store to order and there's 7 idiot kids talking and had to wait another 5-7 min before anyone acknowledged me. I asked if the service was this way all the time and the girl just laughed and said they are understaffed in a sarcastic way. Domino's is fucking up. Wish I could give y'all a -5 as a score. Don't recommend this shit hole. Fucking kids probably can't t wipe their asses right yet! How can we expect them to operate a business! read more

I called And was waiting on the phone for five minutes. I go to the store to order there and there is five people just hanging out talking with each other while the phones are going off. This is unacceptable, customer service is shitty as fuck all these little kids should get fired and hire professional people read more

In town visiting for 2 nights and ordered Dominos 2 nights in a row lol consistent excellent service, pizza and chicken delivered really quickly! Pizza was delicious, hot, toppings evenly spread. Chicken was delicious, you could Taste what flavor it is supposed to be and was presented really well. Both times the delivery driver was quick, polite and friendly. Kudos! read more

The app keeps having errors, the website doesn't work and they don't pick up their phone. I wasn't even able to order anything. This is an ongoing problem but in typical Carlsbad fashion, no one gives a crap. Worst. Service. EVER Edited to add: Their "gluten free" pizza is not gluten free and can be contaminated. It is clearly intended only for fad diet followers, not those with celiac disease or wheat allergy (you know, the people who actually NEED gluten free foods). read more

Best service I had the only bad thing I would say about it is how long it took them to get here but they were very kind and their food was very good and I really recommend taking delivery out read more

Ordered from here twice. Asked for meatlovers pizza, no sausage, add mushrooms. Both times order was wrong. Called and when I politely let them know, I was hung up on. Thought maybe an accident so I called back and asked to talk to a manager and was told he was too busy and it would take a while. I said I'll wait. 3 minutes later was hung up on again. read more

We normally love Dominoes but the delivery took FOREVER! Sat and watched the tracker say our pizza was Quality checked and over an hour later we got an old luke warm pizza. read more

We read some bad reviews, but the service here exceeded our expectations. Our order was fairly complicated but they got everything right and had the food ready on time. Would recommend. read more

We ordered pizza over two hours ago, online it states that the pizza has delivered. We have called 4 different times, they said that the driver had car issues an hour ago and they said they were remaking the order, they said just 30 minutes ago that it was about to leave, it's still not here. Do not get pizza delivered from this place we had a $60 order and still have no food ordered at 5:30... and it's now 7:40 horrible service, came out over three hours later didn't even offer a refund and got the order wrong read more

There really needs to be an option to give them zero stars. I put my order in online, arrived 30min later to pick up my pizza at the drive thru, paid and waited more than 30min in the drive thru, had 7 different employees come to the window and ask if I had been helped and what my name was and that they would go check and see if my order was ready. Same employee returned twice claiming that a 30 second power outage that happened 20 minutes after I arrived had caused the issue. No one would simply just answer the question of if my order was ready or not. I finally had to ask for my money back (and I had to ask 4 times!) and they grudgingly refunded it to me. No apology for the ridiculously awful service. Worst experience ever!!! read more

One of the better tasting pizzas in town. The crew did a fantastic job and even added a coupon to my order upon pickup. Thanks

In the past few years I have taken to using the Online ordering apps over calling into the store directly; as it's so much easier and carries less distraction on the ordering. There has only been two occasions my order was messed up, one just being the box lid pushed down enough that it had pizza toppings on it. The other occasion being my order of 8-piece BBQ Wings showing up as Hot Wings (food allergies makes me unable to eat those) so when I called the store up and told them what happened they sent me out an upgraded order of BBQ wings free of charge. I was so impressed, that I've not ordered from another pizza place in town since. Domino's here is #1. read more

I have always had great experiences ordering from dominos, the staff always makes my order to perfection. The drivers are always very kind and have good mannerisms. I would highlight recommend them when you're craving a good pizza, pasta, salad or more! read more

1 STAR only because they don't have -5! Ordered wings & pizza @ 6:15, called & canceled @ 7:50 (tracker showed order in quality control for 50 min.). When canceling, was told my order would be leaving for delivery in 15 min. REALLY, I know this is a high volume store but you SHUT the doors if you don't care about the CUSTOMER!!! This store just gets worse by the day, last week waited 1 hr & 45 min. for my order (tracker showed out for delivery for 45 min.). When it arrived 1 pizza had the wrong sauce & was cold. read more

We usually LOVE dominos. The app, the pizza..... After the app said we were out for delivery, it was close to 25 min before we actually got the pizza to our hotel room. Pizza was cold. I'm not sure why they don't offer Parmesan cheese but will give you 15 crushed red pepper packets for 2 pizzas???? read more

The delivery ETA was 25-35 minutes. An hour late I called and it had "just left for delivery." Makes me wonder had I not called if my food would have ever shown up. Frustrating. read more

Ordered here several times, always been great food quality, Orders correct, even have called after the initial order to make changes, came correct. Extra sauce, wings well done, etc. Back home the franchise pizza places tend to be garbage so it's a nice change getting great good and service from a franchise in a small town. You can tell the crew cares about what they're doing and must have good management. Glad Dominoes has changed up their recipes from the old style. read more

Carlsbad you have it so good. We have a Dominos in our town (which is outside Los Angeles) and it sucks! We ordered a half and half from the Carlsbad D's that was delicious. The grass isn't always greener. Your Dominos rocks! read more

Much improved from the old days. The pizzas are much better. I use the dominoes app to order and except for one time the orders have always been correct. Delivery is fast and the pizzas fresh. Glad the chain changed the recipes. read more

In town on business for the next few days. This place is a mile from my hotel. Ordered chicken bites and a salad at 5:30. It arrived at approximately 6:00, but NO ranch dressing. I even specifically asked for extra ranch for the chicken bites. Called the store. They said they would bring it right away. At 6:50, I called again. The manager apologized and said he would send it over, and also include a complimentary liter of soda. It is now 7:30 and NOTHING. Does ANYONE eat a salad without dressing? THANK DOMINO'S. I will be skipping dinner tonight since NO ONE EATS A SALAD WITHOUT DRESSING. read more

I ordered wings and waited for an hour to get them. They were cold and the texture was inedible. How can you guys sell this crap? No more dominos for me. Disgusting, over priced and terrible service! read more

It's an hour before close and the person on the phone is playing dumb repeating what we tell them PERFECTLY FINE, we say "yes that is correct" so she then proceeds to repeat it... again... but WAY wrong, she's asking the same questions over and over, saying it correct then saying it wrong, dragging the phone call out until it's been 25 minutes, we had to call twice since we got hung up on the first time around, and it's too late to be ordering now. We were calm and polite but decided we just had enough of this game and hung up. I'm sorry I just wanted pizza for the end of my date night. read more

I understand that our town is full to overflowing with oilfield folk right now and this is not a review to bash folks for working for a living. My issue is that Domino's is not up front about times, online ordering is typically unavailable so no points accrue, and calling an order in is a joke. Should you succeed in placing an order and you call to inquire why it has been over 30 minutes "in the oven" you get attitude rather than customer service. I ordered a pizza at 6:33. It is currently 7:43. And tracker is still showing my order being checked by an expert. read more

The food is good and everything else is good, but my only complain is that I waited 50 mins for a Extravagantza and 8 bone in wings! Like please, make it faster! Theres like 20 employees working in there??? I would get PizzaHut, its way faster. read more

They didn't even come close. It took two hours to get a pizza that we didn't order. When I called to ask for the manager, the person who answered the phone said they were busy and couldn't come to the phone. Then that person just stopped talking. I knew they were there or at least that I was still connected because I could hear everything going on in the background. They either just put the phone down or just stopped talking. I asked questions..."Can you explain this?", "Are you going to try to make up for this?", "Are you having a seizure?", "Should I call 911?". The response was just background noise. I've seen some awesome pizza-delivery-failures in my time and this one takes first prize, not because of the wrong pizza but because of the silent reaction of the person who answered the phone. I imagine a millennial in a Domino's uniform soiled with flour and smudged with pizza sauce holding the phone and hoping their willpower to remain silent was greater than my willpower to care about a seriously screwed up order. I hung up. read more

One of two places I will order pizza from in town, Great service, delivery drivers are well mannered and always quick.
