I've seen so many reviews focusing on "no paper menus" but here is a pick showing they do in fact have paper menus. That was such a weird reason to give a negative review. Food is what I'd expect from a sports bar. If you are expecting fine dining this ain't the place read more

Host: 1.0 Bartender: 1.0. A lot of attitude, ordered a popular cocktail and he immediately said, we don't make that. Waitress/manager: requested a popular TV channel: was told they don't have that in their directv lineup. Food: 2.0: it's hard to mess up a smash burger Property/ambience: 0, newly remodeled for the worse. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would, had been sitting for almost an hour and had ordered within the first 10-15 minutes we sat down, we couldn't even get the waters we ordered along with our food. During that time about other 4 family's also left for the same reason!! Very upsetting. I'd understand if the restaurant was busy but it was not!! People were waiting to be seated crowded at the entrance not one employee would offer to seat them! Well over 10+ tables were available! read more

Terrible management. Can't blame it all on the staff. 30 mins for a drink. OUT of drinks. Served OLD/DRY chicken. The worst I have to say is the manager is walking around not checking on tables or helping direct. We'll NEVER go there again. DON'T GO!!!! read more

good service. paper menues but you don't honor the lunch special prices for the 10 bone in chicken wings (price difference is about a buck fifty). was I simply duped or is that a real thing? read more

The service was very poor, we never got the right order. Very long wait when there was many open tables then when we did get seated we were stuck in the corner where it was crowded. Food was ok at best read more

Why is this place still open? The wait to be seated is ridiculous considering it's always half empty. Absolute most terrible service ever. Terrible wait for food... 1hour! And still we never got everything we ordered. I went once when I first moved here and decided to give it another try and it was so much worse than the first time. Never again. I contacted corporate and everyone should. read more

There are establishments in Hobbs, NM that offer a better experience than this Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is below expectations: drinks are infrequently refilled, and food is sometimes served cold. Online orders are unreliable -- customers may receive their order promptly, or face a 30-45 minute delay after the stated pickup time. On the positive side, the interior is well maintained and attractive. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst... On 9/26/2022, I placed a mobile order for carryout. I don't like how I tipped them, and yet I was told to check my bags for all my items. As I am checking my bag, said employee walked away without following-up with me. By the time somebody got back to me, I remembered to ask for the carrots & celery missing from my order. Then I got home & realized that neither of the kids' meals had their milks or fries. It was just mac & cheese. What a lousy takeout order considering it was only 4 items: HAND-BREADED CHICKEN SALAD = $13.29 MAC & CHEESE KIDS MEALS (Xs 2) = $6.29 each TRADITIONAL WINGS 6 (lemon pepper w/carrots & celery on the side) = $9.79 SUBTOTAL = $35.66 On top of all this, nobody smiles or promptly welcomes patrons as they come in... No. Never again at this location in Hobbs, NM. read more

Told us there was a 15-20 minute wait when the place was pretty much empty, the wait took an hour. None of the food came out right, plus it came out cold. The beers were flat and the wait staff didn't care about anything read more

Our server Bri. Could not remember who's drinks where who's to save her life. Half of our tables never got refills. Our food got to us over an hour later. The other people in our group didn't get their food u til over 30 minutes after our first plates were brought out. Our food was cold. More than half of the beer orders were wrong. The server had a very two faced attitude and almost never came to our table asking for refills. The only people who got refills tonight were the ones getting beers. Not to mention people were being charged for beers we didn't even get.I have heard from multiple people to never come here and now I can say I am one of them. DO NOT COME HERE read more

Spend 43 dollars and had the worst burnt wings,. Could barely eat them. Will not be back. Wing stop it is. Should of had a hot pocket!!!!

Ordered all flats in three flavors, got mixed wings in two flavors completely different from the order. Also ordered tater tots. They were cooked to the consistency of Pringle's. It was like chewing bricks and there were a shit tons of overcooked French fries in there too. They really just don't care. Worst bdubs in the country. Don't come here. Get wings from Big Cheese pizza. read more

What a genuinely dreadful experience--truly a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. Despite being mostly empty, they somehow managed to have a line out the door. Our waiter didn't know what beers were on tap (minor detail, right?) and had ZERO clue what "bourbon" even was. The bartender was no help either- we didn't even receive half of the drinks we ordered. The entire restaurant was decorated with trash scattered like confetti. I am jarred that this place is still operating. read more

Was scared to stop by after seeing all the horrible reviews this place has. We did want wings though so we decided we were going to risk it and try it out for ourselves. When we arrived Friday for lunch it wasn't at all busy. The hostess sat us down and left us the menus. I hadn't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while and so I was confused as to why the menus are now on clipboards. The menu was small and did not have as much of a selection as to what I remember it being before. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger with all the fixings and he also added bacon. I decided to go with the wings combo that came with 5 traditional wings, 5 boneless wings, fries, carrots, celery, and ranch. Our server Pablo was the best. He was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole time. He was not only very nice to us, but we also heard him being nice to his other tables. Our food didn't take too long and we were excited to dig in. When ordering my combo our server did ask me what sauce it was I wanted on each of my wings. I decided for lemon pepper on my traditional and for buffalo mild on the boneless ones. Of course when I received my food, they did the complete opposite. It was not a big deal but I was annoyed that they didn't do what I had ordered. I then also realized that my dish only came with fries as my side, and with 4 cups of ranch. I was not given any coleslaw and or any vegetables. Bummer. My husband thought his burger was good but unfortunately the bacon was dry and over cooked. My boneless wings consisted of a lot of breading and not enough chicken, so I was mostly stuck eating dry breading. Service was great though and I'm glad we didn't experience poor customer service. The food could definitely use some help. The cook though, needs to learn how to maybe read orders right and or follow pictures.. 5 stars for our server but minus two because umm yeah they need to do a little fixing.. read more

I love the wings and fries at BWW but this one has terrible service. I wanted to order but was new to ordering with the QR code. I asked the only waitress in the restaurant that was working and not playing on there phone for help and she looked at me and kept walking. I got up and left. That's the last time I go there. read more

You are no longer able to order with the waiter/waitress like any normal restaurant in the world. You are now FORCED to order through the QR Code. Be prepared to spend plenty of valuable time trying to figure out how to order and then waiting around bc system will not allow you to order what you want. Absolutely the worst idea/system ever. Be prepared to get absolutely frustrated just to simply place your order. Then system will ask/recommend if you'd like to tip 20% for going through the ordering nightmare. Next they have customers cooking and serving the food as well. Horrible idea BWW headquarters!!! read more

This place was awful. The server was so rude. Definitely do not pick this place for any type of outing.

We went last week and the food was good but the waiter was excellent. His name was Adran or Adrian and he provided the best service. He was super efficient in getting our drinks to appetizers to serve the main course in a great timely manner and with a smile and easy relaxed attitude. What a great attribute to Hobbs customers. I was impressed with his ease and ability to handle all concerns. I highly recommend that you keep this waiter. I will visit again soon. Yes the food was great too! Thank You ;) read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - This table behind ours looked like this the whole time we were seated. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hobbs, New Mexico

I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hobbs, New Mexico. I ordered a sprite and a chicken sandwich. When my order came out I asked for some silverware to cut my sandwich. The first set which she handed by hand no napkin had sticky food stuck on it. She just handed me the silverware and I asked again for another set. While I waited I took a drink of my sprite and it was soda water. I asked for a Pepsi instead and it ran out after just a half of glass. Finally, I get my silverware and I cannot cut my sandwich, it was hard as a rock. I asked for the manger (VIRI) she said she had to charge me for it since I ate more than half. (I am sending you a photo) That was a prevarication and was so untrue. I didn't have a bite, I couldn't. I asked to pay my bill just to get out of there and the GM said to pull up the ticket by the number, which didn't work and she said the only way I could pay was with my phone number. That did not work as well. Finally, it went through after the bartender said I could pay up front. This GM seriously is in the wrong business. After a horrible experience and then forced to stay and pay a bill for a half coke for $7..23 was unbelievable. The GM VIRI was so rude and condescending, I will never eat in BWW in Hobbs again. EVER!!! I usually eat at BWW every week from Texas to Washington state and always have a great experience! Do not go to this place in Hobbs and if you have the privilege of running into VIRI (if that's her name), RUN! I ate there 4/9/23 at 5:38pm. Ticket number #30013 Sabino Milner 801-638-1875 read more

I'm gonna get real right now... I understand that some locations (of several different establishments) require the QR code to order, which, in and of itself can be inconvenient. (Stating this because we complained to the manager and I want the point of this review to be clear). HOWEVER, my issue today was this.... Myself and my bf went to sit in the bar AREA, which we were told was open seating. The entire place had MAYBE 7 tabletops TOTAL. So, we sit at a table in the bar and a few minutes later get told, and I quote, "We're worried that the sever might feel a bit overwhelmed by you two sitting here when she's two tables ahead rn. Again, not all 7 tables were in her area. We said we totally didn't mind waiting ANY length of time, but we had just made a 1 1/2 hour drive SPECIFICALLY for BWW. We were told we still had to go back to the host and give our info and WAIT to be seated. Couldn't they have just told the server we are patient and kind and don't mind waiting? Anyway, then after several minutes of STILL not being seated, we just went and sat at the bar top, where we had to do the QR process to order. Look, that's annoying all by itself... but, the seating situation made by poor management decisions that they blamed on corporate are the reason for this review. When it's EMPTY and only 2 people have a seat with a conversation about being okay with waiting, and then being tossed around the restaurant unnecessarily, leaves me furious. I love BWW, and I know they're not gonna miss out on money us not coming to this location again, however, y'all could absolutely treat patrons better and with respect and basic courtesy. We were spoken down to like idiots by the manager (we were very kind, btw). Anyways, this location is doo-doo (service wise) and definitely won't be back :) Btw, the photo is another bar because we were so sick of the poor management that we wanted to spend our money ANYWHERE else :) read more

Holy smokes this place is bad. I get it. Hard to find good service around these parts. Especially with the oil boom and the influx of people who don't know how to tip, let alone how to read or write. Totally understandable. But at least be thankful you have a job? Cmon y'all. Get it together. read more

Food was Ok, but unless you enjoy data entry, you might want to look else where. No menus, only QR codes, which is fine I guess but the whole "My manager would like me to take your phone number so I can text you your receipt and then pay online is a bit much." So what they do is text you a link and then you have to type in all the info like you are buying something on the internet. You put in your name, 16 digit CC number, date, 3 digit code etc. What harm is a swipe and a signature? Then I go to the restroom and both urinals are busted and laying on the floor. Must be a rowdy crowd that frequents. I just know I won't be in that crowd anymore. Wingstop is just down the road. read more

Waited over 10 minutes. No sign of any waitress or hostess. We went to go sit in the bar area at a high table, bartender yelled over that we couldn't sit there and had to wait to be seated. Happy late night trip to Buffalo Wild Wings turned into a disappointment but saved by the manager Dustin. My friends and I went to get some boneless wings, fried and cheese sticks. Everything looked great except the fries were cold, old, burnt and greasy. We went to ask for fresh fries and the waitress was rude and very condescending. Management had to step in and fix the situation. Dustin was nice, professional and extremely friendly. He had the kitchen redo the fries which should have happened from the beginning. Worst. Bdubs. EVER. Every single time we have came we've had to wait with wait staff standing around talking to each other, ignoring customers. This last time we came, 14 open tables. 4 family's waiting at the front with children waiting to be sat, while wait staff stands behind the counter talking and giggling and on their phones. No one is clearing the used tables to turn over to new customers, managers are standing around as well. This is the worst couple of experiences I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
