Was scared to stop by after seeing all the horrible reviews this place has. We did want wings though so we decided we were going to risk it and try it out for ourselves. When we arrived Friday for lunch it wasn't at all busy. The hostess sat us down and left us the menus. I hadn't been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a while and so I was confused as to why the menus are now on clipboards. The menu was small and did not have as much of a selection as to what I remember it being before. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger with all the fixings and he also added bacon. I decided to go with the wings combo that came with 5 traditional wings, 5 boneless wings, fries, carrots, celery, and ranch. Our server Pablo was the best. He was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole time. He was not only very nice to us, but we also heard him being nice to his other tables. Our food didn't take too long and we were excited to dig in. When ordering my combo our server did ask me what sauce it was I wanted on each of my wings. I decided for lemon pepper on my traditional and for buffalo mild on the boneless ones. Of course when I received my food, they did the complete opposite. It was not a big deal but I was annoyed that they didn't do what I had ordered. I then also realized that my dish only came with fries as my side, and with 4 cups of ranch. I was not given any coleslaw and or any vegetables. Bummer. My husband thought his burger was good but unfortunately the bacon was dry and over cooked. My boneless wings consisted of a lot of breading and not enough chicken, so I was mostly stuck eating dry breading. Service was great though and I'm glad we didn't experience poor customer service. We went last week and the food was good but the waiter was excellent. His name was Adran or Adrian and he provided the best service. He was super efficient in getting our drinks to appetizers to serve the main course in a great timely manner and with a smile and easy relaxed attitude. What a great attribute to Hobbs customers. The first set which she handed by hand no napkin had sticky food stuck on it. She just handed me the silverware and I asked again for another set. While I waited I took a drink of my sprite and it was soda water. I asked for a Pepsi instead and it ran out after just a half of glass. Finally, I get my silverware and I cannot cut my sandwich, it was hard as a rock. I asked for the manger (VIRI) she said she had to charge me for it since I ate more than half. (I am sending you a photo) That was a prevarication and was so untrue. I didn't have a bite, I couldn't. I asked to pay my bill just to get out of there and the GM said to pull up the ticket by the number, which didn't work and she said the only way I could pay was with my phone number. That did not work as well. Finally, it went through after the bartender said I could pay up front. This GM seriously is in the wrong business. So, we sit at a table in the bar and a few minutes later get told, and I quote, "We're worried that the sever might feel a bit overwhelmed by you two sitting here when she's two tables ahead rn. Again, not all 7 tables were in her area. We said we totally didn't mind waiting ANY length of time, but we had just made a 1 1/2 hour drive SPECIFICALLY for BWW. We were told we still had to go back to the host and give our info and WAIT to be seated. Couldn't they have just told the server we are patient and kind and don't mind waiting? Anyway, then after several minutes of STILL not being seated, we just went and sat at the bar top, where we had to do the QR process to order. Look, that's annoying all by itself... but, the seating situation made by poor management decisions that they blamed on corporate are the reason for this review. When it's EMPTY and only 2 people have a seat with a conversation about being okay with waiting, and then being tossed around the restaurant unnecessarily, leaves me furious.
