Most times FH is spot on. On deliveries, is where they sometimes fall short and the order is not correct. At least when I dine in, if there's anything missing I can go to the counter and get it. First time having Firehouse at this location and I had a pretty quick and seamless experience. Service was friendly and accommodating considering I came in during closing hour. There's plenty to choose from and they have three different size options - which is nice. My go-to is always an Italian sub, so needless to say that's what I ordered. I subbed out the ham for turkey and I believe it was an extra $1 and some change. The Italian made for a great sandwich 8/10, even for the next day as I intended to have it for my flight back to LA. I ordered all of the condiments on the side to prevent sogginess. It was filling and meat portion was fair. As a pickle lover, Vickie's Spicy Dill chips immediately caught my attention and felt like I needed to try them! There wasn't much pickle flavor to them and spice level was low. Not sure I would get them again. But I will say that they do have that nice crunch / texture that you look for when having a sandwich. They had a hot sauce bar with great unique options - the only downside was that the tops were crusted up and not adequately cleaned, leaving residue which was less than appealing. LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB They offer four kid's size sandwiches. Hot meatball, hot ham & provolone, hot turkey & provolone, & hot grilled cheddar cheese. I posted a review a couple of weeks ago, but it mysteriously disappeared. I ordered the Cuban BBQ sandwich to go. When I opened it up back at home 1/2 the sandwich was missing-- there was no ham or cheese. I posted a review stating this; corporate got back to me and said they'd refer it to the franchise owner. Been here several times and the sandwiches are delicious! I have yet to stop by inside as I have only been thru the drive thru. Every time I have stopped by though, I always get good customer service. I wasn't aware that they also sell soups and will definitely try out there loaded potato one next time I come around. Prices can be a little high but in my opinion, it's well worth it. read more

Staff ALWAYS start making the order when I show up to pick it up. My order was placed at 2:24, it said it would be ready at 2:45. It's 3:05 and IM STILL here waiting for my order. The store is completely empty, no customers inside nor the drive thru!!! This is not the first time this happens to me. It's been like the 3rd time. I had been patient and didn't want to write a complaint but this is ridiculous already! Considering the fact the the order was placed at 2:24!!!! Tried to speak to the manager but she hid in the back as soon as she heard me asking another staff member why my order was taking so long, I was very polite, not rude in anyway and she just looked at me and went to the back and sent this girl to talk to me about the issue. I heard great things about this place and I was excited to try it but I believe that it was the main manager (who smelled like cigarettes) was unprofessional at her job. She was rude when I asked her about my sandwich (they got the order wrong). The employees were nice about it though. The service was very slow nearly 15 minutes for salad and it wasn't busy. Got part of the order wrong, not worth the money.

I really love their subs and the staff is so courteous. I got the wrong order but they were generous enough to delivered correct order with a smile. The manager was amazing and the gentleman (Devon) who brought the sub was very friendly. I will be back soon :) read more
