THE GRUB Their pizzas come in two sizes: 8" (4 slices) 12" (8 slices) I opted for the 8" "New Mexican" ($11) which was their green chili chicken. It was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it; however, it was the perfect size for my ever-slowing metabolism. There was a bit of black residue on my fingers from the bottom of the thin crust that made contact with the wood fire oven, but I liked that smoky flavor and didn't mind that minor inconvenience. Even the culinary hub of the Greater Los Angeles area where I lived for 10 years. Also, their dough itself was not very flavorful or enjoyable to eat, so I dug into my brother and sister-in-law's kitchen to create my own dipping sauce. Maybe they've created some since I tried them last summer, but I haven't heard about it.
