After I ordered food came out in about 10 minutes. Very happy as to the wait. I normally don't care for corn tortillas for my enchiladas, but there was so much flavor that I didn't mind. The beans were good however didn't care for the "extras" with them. Was expecting a corn nibblet for my side and was pleasantly surprised with a whole ear of corn. The waitress kept warning me about the hot sauce she brought. While very spicy I found both to have a good flavor. I can say that the next time I am in Hobbs I will come back to Maria's.

The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. This isn't just "good for Hobbs" -- this rivals some of the best Mexican fusion restaurants I've been to in Cancun, Punta Mita, and Cabo San Lucas. Every dish tasted fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they care deeply about quality and flavor. Hands down the best Mexican fusion food I've had outside of an oceanfront restaurant in Mexico. A hidden gem that deserves national attention.
