Then she proceeded to help other people after me while I'm in the drive through waiting. 5 minutes later I'm watching her just standing in front of the counter counting her money. I honk my horn quickly to remind her I'm there STILL WAITING. The looks at me from inside, she Mouthed "WHAT" at me and SLAMED the tray she was in front of then came to the window. She asked me "what?" I asked her what her problem was and I'm just waiting for a cup of ice for 10 minutes now. She said she's trying, but clearly was just standing there counting her money. I asked for a manager and the manager mocked me, had me wait another 5 minutes until the sweetest girl that usually helps me, black girl with blonde ends. She apologized for the situation, because the other employee OR the manager just chose not to. The manager did nothing and was apparently saying something funny bc both girls were laughing. Regardless, I always tip this sweet black girl. And I apologize for her for having to work with such trash, no customers service ignorant people. Please show this to your GM. I will post this everywhere.

The burger was nice for the price & honestly competes with the best of them for fast food burgers. Fries remind me of McDonald's - definitely good. I heard that the double whataburger is the right move because it balances all the flavors the perfect amount, and since we got the single, I could see where a 2nd patty would be the right call. We also got a vanilla milkshake & it was delicious. Funny enough we actually ordered a chocolate shake, but instantly regretted it. Then they happened to get our order wrong and gave us vanilla, which we were happy about. It was massive and way more than we thought we were getting.
