This staff was SO rude. We ordered through the drive through, and the whole time, the woman through the speaker would just say "is that it?" After every single thing we asked for. When we received our food, we say "thank you!" And the woman at the second window just stared at us. I had forgotten to order my coffee, and they had forgot our sauces, so we ordered through the app, and the girl that brought us our food looked at us like she wished we were DEAD. All of the looks were almost comedic, because how can this many people hate us? We were kind, and thanked them for everything they gave us, even though the order was wrong! read more

Some McDonald's were good. Some McDonald's were bad. This one was extremely good. French Fries were perfect. Not overcooked, not undercooked. Great food. Great service! I wish the service like that in my hometown. Well, that's another story. I would give this 10/10! read more

One of the best McDonald's out there. Extremely clean all through the restaurant. Service was fantastic especially since we came through at 5:45 am on our way back from Disney world. The service was very comparable to the cheer from Disney cast members. Food came out quick and perfect. read more

If you want a frappé or smoothie, forget about it. This location's machine is always down. I mean ALWAYS. I drive through Lindale on I-20 about once a month, usually in the evening. My hubs wants a frappé. I want a smoothie. For at least two years, every. Single. Time. The machine is "down." EVERY TIME. Every other time, we've ordered something else. Sure, the fries are good when they're hot but for the love of God, either "fix" the frappé machine or employ (train) someone who can use it properly during evening hours! What's the point of adding these items to the menu to cut into Starbucks market share if you can't even get one when you order it? Corporate really needs to know about the frappé problem. Maybe Ronald McDonald can bring over a new machine so I can get my darn smoothie next month. read more

I been going here one and off for a couple years since moving to the area. The breakfast is typically fine. The rest of the day and night seem to suck. I get a Big Mac meal a couple times a month made a certain way. Many large fries because the kids love them and nuggets. Almost every single time I get the Big Mac they mess it up or get the order wrong. And when I order more then three large fries the boxes are not full. The amount is for a medium fry and if you go to medium they still are not full. Sometimes the nuggets are over cooked or shall I say to crunchy. I can go to other locations and get what I want but this is the closest one to me for lunch or a grab and go home for my teenagers and over half the time it's not right. read more

We stop here from time to time driving between my parent's house and home. This time we tried a mobile order (and that is an awesome feature, btw). The McDonalds restaurant at 3511 S. Main St, Lindale, Texas, has some serious issues needing to be resolved. The issues are as follows: 1. Poor Management - It is obvious this store lacks leadership; the ability to keep employees motivated; manage employees, teach employees, work with employees, and/or fire those employees who refuse to do the job, or simply can't learn to do the job. 2. Poor employees - It is very evident employees do not take their jobs seriously when orders are filled incorrectly (as it happened (again) this morning), or take enormous amounts of time to fill the simplest of orders...e.g.,the lady in front of me waited 15 minutes to get two cups of coffee (she ended up parking her car (next to me), going in the store, and retrieving two cups of coffee). My order was missing an item, after I asked the employee, "is everything in the bag?" She said, "yes". As usual, I parked my vehicle, went back into the store, and retrieved the missing item. I'm convinced the poor customer satisfaction my wife, myself, and many other visitors to this McDonalds experience, on an all-too-frequent basis, and the resultant negative reviews such as this one, are not what the Corporate leadership wanted when developing their Vision and Operational Concept for this company. read more

Service and employees suck on a whole 'nother level! I have only had about 25% order correctness in the last 7 or 8 visits. They don't listen, some look high/stoned/still hungover/still drunk. They take the order from the "A" lane five times in a row and I'm always in the "B" lane - or the other way around. Even after they finally get around to taking the order it takes on average 10-15 minutes to get a dang happy meal ready. In the odd case that you are a glutton for self-punishment... the food is actually pretty good after you get them to get it right. read more

Drive thru is slower than molasses and they have NEVER got my order correct. I end up having to get out and have them fix it the last 4 times I've been or just deal with it! What's even more frustrating is that they do not apologize for messing up. They usually fix it, but think of the time they would save if they just listened carefully and repeated the order to you the FIRST time!! We spent almost 20 minutes in line for 1 Happy Meal. That's ridiculous for "fast" food. Plus the guy at the window acted like he didn't care and was high or hung over! read more

I've been to McDonalds in Paris. I've been to McDonalds in Tokyo. I've been to McDonalds ranging from the west to the east coast. This is the best McDonald's I've ever had. First of all, I pulled in and there was a line. I was skeptical but trusted it. I ordered quickly and got my order. These workers wrapped my juicy, well seasoned burger in wax paper. How thoughtful! I was able to capture the juices before they ran down my arms. The fries? OH THE FRIES. Freshly fried and beautifully salted. If you are passing through and get the chance, stop at this McDonalds location. You will love it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered breakfast and asked for mayo on one of the sandwiches and the women taking our order laughed at us for requesting mayo! How disrespectful it is to laugh at a customer for requesting sauce. read more

Amazing food, but I went yesterday and ordered a huge meal. My husband checked it & said everything was there but when we got home they had forgot to put my order in there. By then it was way too late to go back and get it. Hopefully y'all do better by checking & making sure everything is in the order. read more
