Exercise heard of draining chicken. Apparently you just send customers out with greasy heart attack chicken. Yuck!!!

This is usually a typical fast food place. However this time: 1) the chicken was cold and stale and dry/chewy like jerky. 2) someone had literally eaten half of the mashed potatoes -- there were even fork marks left behind as evidence. Unbelievable. 3) cherry on top = I ordered a biscuit but got a roll. 4) I called to see if they would make it right somehow, but the phone rang and rang - they never answered. Yes it was during business hours. So, I'll not give them another chance. Too expensive for very poor food and service. read more

Place was very clean (even bathrooms). All the meals where freshly made. Kind, fast, and friendly service. Haven't had a bad experience yet, so they are doing something very right. Highly recommend the spicy chicken tenders and the delicious roll as a side. Great experience! Thanks! read more

I absolutely love Chicken Express, but I will never come back to the one in Lindale. Rude service, the rolls are almost always hard as a rock, the chicken tenders are super small... way overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the bathrooms are filthy and the tables are hardly ever clean. So word of advice, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to get food. This place is terrible. read more

Speaking that I Love Chicken express, I will never come back to the one in Lindale,Tx, I ordered a snack pack with an extra side which totaled $8 and some change. I only received one and a half chicken strips with mostly breading and very little meat. And, on top of that, my food was cold. My wife called in a pick up order. When she arrived home some of our order was missing. She called back and they said we could drive the 7 miles back to the location and they could give us a few rolls. Now looking at yelp should have just cooked at home!! read more

Great service, friendly staff, and the chicken was so fresh it almost burnt my mouth. The rolls were nice and fluffy and the corn nuggets were delicious. The spicy chicken definitely has a kick! We were able to get a combination of spicy and regular. Definitely get a jug of tea! read more

Very poor service. Worst experince here ever. Multiple staff in the dining area, yet I had to wait at the register for a long period of time. An off the clock staff going behind the counter and getting whatever he pleases. Finally got to order and the young lady was very unfriendly. Received the food in a torn up Togo box. Incorrect. Went back to counter to get the rest of my food that was not in the box. While the rest of my food got cold I was having to stand at the counter waiting for potatoes. When I asked for ranch the staff rolled her eyes. Floors greasy and wet, with no floor sign except for one corner of the dining area on top of a carpeted rug. And my rolls were still dough.
