When we entered the restaurant, an employee mentioned that it was only him and his manager working, but his manager would come out to talk with us. So, we waited. For about 20 minutes. I willingly drove from NE Minneapolis to Lakeville for one reason: this is one of the last places where you can still experience a real dine-in Pizza Hut--and yes, it was worth every mile. The food hit exactly the way you hope it will, the service was genuinely great (shout-out to Jessica for being kind and helpful), and the whole experience felt like stepping back in time in the best way. Great food! Definitely gives you the old classic dine in Pizza Hut experience. We had a friendly server as we dined in at a table. I love that they have Pepsi zero and a large menu that offers everything. The Cajun rubbed wings were our favorite. My son of course loved the breadsticks. I did find it odd that the prices weren't listed on the menu at all. They had a large screen and tv's, so it would be nice if maybe something was on them or music playing. There is something undeniably nostalgic about eating inside a standalone Pizza Hut, so we were a little surprised to walk into a very modern interior where the classic stained-glass lamps and iconic seating were completely gone, and honestly, that did take away a bit of the old-school prestige. That said, the food absolutely delivered: the pizza and bread were super fresh, everything tasted spot on, and the customer service was genuinely great. We would definitely dine in again the next time we get a hankering for the Hut, even if we have to imagine the lamps ourselves and whisper, "this booth used to mean something." read more

I must say that this is by far my favorite Pizza Hut and I travel out of my way to get it !! From the customer service to the food , Dennise and Jessica make it a fun and good environment to be in and get food from . While over the years Pizza Hut has went extremely downhill , they've made sure that this one continues to go up !!! Unfortunately , this specific location might be off the grid for most and definitely not promoted and pushed enough , we need to do everything we can to make sure it's the last one standing !!! You knew your small town was up and coming when it had two things: a McDonalds and a stand alone Pizza Hut. Ah the early 90's... Not so much the case anymore. Lakeville still has a stand alone store which I was surprised to see. Remodeling efforts have brought Pizza Hut into the 2020s. The store is a hybrid. You can either grab carryout or eat in. Pizza and service were good. Staff are friendly and pizzas come out fast. Can't beat their pan pizza and bread sticks. read more

My order was never delivered. The store used Grub Hub and the employee claimed Grub Hub picked it up and it's not Pizza Hut's problem, I needed to contact Grub Hub. I paid Pizza Hut for the delivery not Grub Hub. I asked to speak to the Manager and the employee said "the manager does not want to speak with you" and then hung up. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank. Buyer beware, if you order from here you might not get your food but you will be charged for it. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery... The phone girl kept talking over me when I was trying to ask questions. Get my delivery, tip the driver and I start to walk off. I look at my pizza and it's not the right crust and I paid extra for it. Asked the driver whats up with it and he starts arguing with me and says"Don't know what to tell you" really asshole???? Called in an order for half pepperoni, half pepperoni with black olives. Sadly, they didn't take the time to make the pizza and just sprinkled the olives on top of a pepperoni pizza. Their ordering service is terrible. The people you are ordering with are not onsite, so any specific questions or requests are not communicated effectively to the person making your actual food. Went to pick up the pizza and it was not the same order we told them over the phone. They also don't do thin crust small or special customizations. They actually don't have any variety for a small pizza. To be honest, it's over-priced and they under-deliver. We will be looking for a more localized pizza place for the future. read more

Angela was a good and friendly waitress but that is where the positive experience ends. The restaurant is freshly remodeled but they still seem to have the same issues as the old place. Poor management and poorly run. How many places have 7 tables full and they ran out of cups. Because they aren't washing them. Go figure. The menu has items on it that they do not offer. Why? Salad bar, no. Wine, no. Beer lines frozen, no. Go to Green Mill instead. read more

This is one of our favorite Pizza Huts. We stop here often when we are traveling home to Iowa. Very friendly and excellent pizza!

Great pizza place in Lakeville! The food delicious, especially the wings, they were fantastic, definitely real chicken! The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. The best part was the service though, we are in and several times the server came to our table to top off our glasses and check on our satisfaction with the food. The pizza is always good. Not one employee was wearing a mask and the pick-up counter was crowded. Even if someone does curbside or no contact pick-up, your employees have been leaving droplets on boxes. Please get your mask situation sorted. Protect your employees and your customers. read more

Service is slow wait staff seems to be clueless on guest service. Ask for a soda refill you are told sure and they never return with your soda. A friend and I went to this Pizza Hut one day after going to the nearby Fleet Farm. Firstly we noticed the salad bar had only lettuce, shredded cheese, and maybe some olives. Other than that all the items had covers over them. I am not accustomed to digesting pizza from a chain restaurant and it was very hard on me. We had a waitress who I think was on a work release program from prison. The road signs and frilly things tacked on the wall are all inauthentic. For example there is a license plate that is not real but says something like pizafan1. We got the Cheezy Bites pizza (like stuffed crust but the crust in made into puffs of crusts and cheese) and the medium size Spicy Asian Wings. Medium size is 8 wings. We got 7.
