Wingstop is the best. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Better wings, better flavors, and the best ranch. One time we had b dubs but used wingstop ranch and it made bdubs better. I'm not even a ranch fanatic but something about their ranch is top tier! Anyways, I'm glad they opened one south of the suburbs. Still far but closest to me. The building is very small! So small there's no dine in and is for take out orders and pick up only which sucks. But you know what sucks more? They never include any napkins with your orders. But we will still continue to go because wingstop is period! So that's why I knocked down a star for the size of this location. It's not convenient and always busy. Our usual orders consist of bone in wings : in lemon pepper and Cajun. For tenders we love the hot honey rub. We wish it was permanent. Also we get Cajun fries and Cajun corn. read more

Hoping that the Manager and Franchise Owner see this review. I LOVE Wingstop, but this location is struggling. Chicken is extra salty, fries have no seasoning and no crisp, and wings are always DRY. Unfortunately this location doesn't have tables to sit, but still a nice location to have a Wingstop at. I recommended Wingstop to so many friends, but this location ruined their experience. My friends now think I'm crazy for hyping Wingstop so much. PLEASE learn from Roseville and Brooklyn Center locations as their food comes out great! read more

I have been so excited to finally see a Wingstop close by! I've been here a couple times already. There is no place to sit inside, Togo only. I have placed my orders on the app for a specific pick up time. Both times they haven't been ready for at least 15-20 minutes after the selected time. It's frustrating but I know they are busy. I did get a free brownie my most recent time because it was almost 30 minutes past the time. CALL FIRST to confirm pickup time!! I arrived a few minutes past my pickup time and still waited 40 minutes among a crowd of people having the same experience! It was heavily staffed, they were friendly and worked as quickly as possible, but I think the capacity of the equipment couldn't handle the volume. I'm not sure how long the Savage location has been open for. But everyone did a great job! The guy working the front was very communicative. I will say that the wait was a little bit longer than what it said on the app. But this is a "fast food" like place. It's expected to be a little bit busy. I spent $28 dollars so you don't have to. I was so excited that Wingstop finally moved into town however, that excitement was very short lived. First, it's an overstatement to call this a "counter service" restaurant. It's a closet. I'm sure it's a matter of time before the strip mall neighbors start to complain about the drug den appearance of its new neighbor. That was my first impression as people were huddled about on the sidewalk, and the garbage over flowing. The only thing missing was the fire in a 55 gallon drum. Now on to the food. The fries were cold, mushy and devoid of any seasoning & flavor. The wings, while hearty, were under cooked and again, devoid of any flavor. Super disappointed for what we paid and surprising from a WingStop franchisee. I get that it's a new location, but that's what soft openings are for - to test the people, the process and the product. Stopped at Savage Wingstop for first time yesterday. 16 people in the tiny closet sized place waiting for their food. Seemed like mostly high school and 20ish year olds. It was 9 pm. Every one of them looked unhappy or even angry. I think their wait for food was much longer than promised. Didn't like the atmosphere so I left. I won't wait an hour for simple fast food. Some flavors are good some are not. All I wonder that they have a lot of staff but they would only focus in the kitchen. The cashier would not go into the back to help the gal to bag orders, he was too busy talking with his friends that came in there. Waited another 10 min for my order.
