We've given this place numerous chances. For this chain and restaurants in general their service is subpar at best. Our latest visit had two tables in the entire restaurant and we had to flag the staff to get anything. The food is 4 out of 5 encounters warm to cold. Food and service is very inconsistent!!! Sometimes food is nice and hot other times it's like did you even cook it? Service is ok. Don't EVER expect a check back once food is delivered and trying to get a soda refill. Not so much. I just go up yo the bar and ask for one now. A heck of a lot quicker. The decor is what you expect from this chain. We were seated immediately, they seemed to not have a lot of staff, we ordered with our phone and the waiter came by and verified it. He was friendly and helpful. I ordered the street tacos and my wife ordered the chicken wrap both were very good. Food was great once it came. We waited over 20 mins to place our order, had to ask for our drinks ( one of which was incorrect), and then two of our orders were delivered to the wrong table. I loved coming here on Tuesdays!! My favorite side items are the beer battered onion rings, potato wedges and the deep fried pickles! If you've never tired the onion rings, you are missing out! They're very delicious, especially with the thousand islands dipping sauce! I prefer traditional wings over the boneless wings. I always come here whenever I want some wings. The service is great and I usually never have a problem until lastnight... I ordered my usual, traditional wings & my bf had ordered at the same time as me. My wings came out right after I ordered, I knew there was going to be an issue knowing it came out immediately after I ordered & my bf's didn't come out for a good 10-15 minutes. I ate them regardless, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then I realized my wings were a little cold and tasted like it's been sitting in the heaters or bins where they keep the cooked wings in. I told my bf I have a strong feeling I'm going to get sick from these. We paid our tab, left and went home. 2 hours goes by and I'm feeling nauseous. I'm drinking water, trying not to vomit, and now I am so sick, I can't even keep water down. My stomach is just turning, I am just sick and I don't think I need to go into details on how sick I am ... this has probably done it for me as I've gotten food poisoning in the past from a different location. I will probably never eat at this location let alone at a bdubs in general now!! Slowest BWW in the country. Horrible service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in... employees walking around, a guy at the register don't even acknowledge your presence. Then finally a server comes to seat us. The manager even walked by and didn't acknowledge us. This is the second time this has happened to us. The last straw is when they wouldn't let us sit on the patio with our well behaved dog on a leash?!? Really? What restaurant doesn't allow well behaved dogs on an outdoor patio? Seriously? And they used the excuse that it was the city's rules. But yet every other restaurant in the area with an outdoor patio allows dogs! This lie was told to be by the manager. I have been going to this play for like 5+ years a decent amount of times, and one thing I can say is that they're super inconsistent. One day you'll go there it's pretty good then the next time you go there it's absolutely terrible. Tried to do the curbside pickup. Arrived at the restaurant and clicked on the link to let them know I was there. Sat there about 10 minutes. In the meantime, another vehicle pulled up and someone came right out with their order. I thought OK, mine must be running a little behind but they definitely saw me out here so they know I'm here. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes I go in. I stand at the counter for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. When I finally ask about my order they say "Oh, sorry, here it is." It was the same girl who had brought the other person's order out and saw me sitting in my car waiting for my order. Get the food home - ordered 20 wings with a large fry. Ordered wings for the super bowl. Ordered them at 6:30 in the morning. Showed up at 5, which is what my pickup time was. Was told to wait in the dining room and that they were only running 10 minutes behind. 45 minutes later, still waiting there. There was about 40 of us in the dining room waiting.. during COVID! 3 girls were standing around. Only 1 was actually going to get food. NEVER ONCE SAW THE MANAGER COME UP TO HELP. I did, however, see him standing where the kitchen was staring at the huge crowd. Once again, during COVID. The other people standing around said this happens every year and always when they order. We've been coming to this location for years. The service has always been great and the food quick. Unfortunately, the last few visits have left a lot to be desired. The food and the quality are the same. Hard to mess up when everything is just frozen and deep fried. Lately though, it's taken forever to get our food. Most recently, the restaurant was only a little over half full, we had a party of 3 and it took over 30 minutes to get our wings. Why?!?! Our server was still great but what's happening back in the kitchen? This has pretty much been par for the course lately. Geez - if you read the past reviews you'd think this place was a dump or a Walmart bathroom serving wings. Let me assure you, this place is just fine. It's not fine dining, and it's not McDonald's, it's a Buffalo Wild Wings... the service is fine, the happy hour beer prices are decent, and it's a bunch of fried food to scarf down when you have a buzz. I'm traveling and wanted to stop in for a beer, grab some wings, and watch some College Basketball, but I almost skipped this B-Dubs because of how bad the reviews are. Rude staff!! I placed an order on the app, and I didn't realize the coupon I was using was only for specific days. App still let me place the order. I get to the restaurant and they say if I continue to use promos on the wrong days then I will no longer be allowed to get food from their location. It was not said it a nice way like maybe it was an accident. It was rude. So they were accusing me of doing it on purpose! This was the first time I've ever used a promo! I had no idea that I was doing doing anything wrong, it was an accident. I just wanted some food and placed an order quickly then I'm pretty much being called a bad person. Really not cool to accuse someone when they didn't have any idea anything was wrong. The app should have said it wasn't allowed. Maybe you shouldn't accuse people of scamming you when your app is the one who told me about the promos and specials. Then they only gave me 6 of the wings but I paid for 6 and paid 50% for 6 more. Not particularly happy with this location. Have had issues 2 times in a row with items made incorrectly and delivered via doordash. So I call in and ask to speak to a manager to give them my feedback and am given the shaft by Brandon the gentlemen who answered the phone. I don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings often but I was picking up food for a friend and I waited at the front counter for 8 minutes before anyone even said a word to me. Lots of TVs, busy on Thursday nights, full of kids. I don't expect much when I goto a BWW / Buffalo Wild Wings. For some reason its the place that most high school and jr high kids like to hang out while they are together. If you can get buy that, its a decent place to watch sports and have a beer. Usually they have tons of staff on hand, some might have an idea what they are doing, others not so much. Considering about 75% of people order wings, the job they have is basically making sure I don't run out of beer. Another disaster at bw3. Sports my butt! We called to see if they would have ufc that night. We get there as a large group and are told to wait, despite multiple open seats. Why does bw3 do this???? 7 pm rolls by and still no ufc. You are a sports bar, right? Obstinate waitress says ufc is on at 9. We assured her it was on at 7 and was not a ppv.
