just now New The woman who waited on us was very personable and sweet to my family. The food was excellent! She was very attentive and seemed to be the hardest working employee in the place. We were passing through town on vacation and not from the area. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face and enjoy a hot meal. Salad bar was excellent! read more

Changed ownership a few months ago. Went in for the first time in a while and was a bit confused with the whole dining experience. After taking our order, the staff disappeared into the back. They brought out our food and then disappeared again. Food was mediocre. They never came back out to offer refills or check how the food was. We had to make noise in order for them to come and give us our check. As someone who used to wait tables in this establishment I was extremely disappointed in the service. So much, we were inclined to not tip. But when they had us pay at the cash register, the staff stared us down. So we felt obligated to tip. We should have taken the hint when the entire dining room was empty during a noon-1 hour, but we wanted to give them a chance. We will not be returning. read more

Have been told by staff to carry out order online. We did...our unexpected guests waited at our table at home a total of an hour and a half because the online order evidently didn't go through. When questioned in person they didn't check. After 25 minutes and questioning again they thought they'd better check. Nope. No order. Pushing the order button three times and finding out it really doesn't work we ordered in person for carry out. $25 more after a 20% discount (can't honor online orders ) we ended up with mediocre tasting pizza ( the thin was like eating cardboard (I can only imagine)). The Hawaiian had mushrooms instead of pineapple no packets of cheese or pepper flakes. We find out after a friend brought the pizzas home that is evidently extra. The restaurant is usually smelly dirty although I didn't pick up the pizza so can't say for sure on this day and haven't been there in months. Will I go again? Probably because as mentioned it's the only place for lunch besides subway...on sundays. Weekdays Nebraska coffee and the grocery deli saves us. Would I go there if I were passing through and it was the only place? Nope. Good restaurants in towns close by. Keep driving. read more

Very friendly staff and hard workers, have had good meals! I feel it's ashame the place could really use a deep cleaning inside & out & it's sad the owners don't invest in this place as they should! If updated inside with new flooring & lighting, & decor it could go a long way! read more

Pizza was absolutely disgusting, texture was terrible, and the stuffed crust was even more atrocious. The wait staff was friendly I actually would say a little too friendly, I mean it's nice and all to make everyone feel like they belong but actually having a convo more than taking the order and it takes 20 to 30 minutes to finish the order feels slightly ridiculous. The guy in the front at the register very rude to the point my fiancé and myself did not want to ask for anything due to the fact anything we asked for seemed to be a problem. 0/10 would not go again read more

this is the worst Pizza Hut in the country. Don't eat here. You will get bad customer service and food poisoning.

Pizza was undercooked and soggy. One item I got was the big new Yorker. Should be cut into six large slices. Instead was cut into 8 oddly shaped slices. The slices were over lapping each other. This caused the toppings to be stuck to the bottom of other slices. Was barely warm. My meat lovers was anything but. Had a few bits and pieces of each topping sporadically placed on top. Honestly the worst pizza hut experience ever. They are not busy at all. I do not understand why they can't take the time to do it correctly. read more

Very kind people! Recognized we were from out of town (place only has 2500 residents, so they must know each other) and went out of their way to make sure we had plates, napkins, and utensils to take back to the hotel. Pizza and garlic knots were both superb. Salad bar was good, but not perfect (read "small town in the middle of nowhere"). Would definitely suggest this place. read more

Typical Pizza Hut. This and subway are the only place to eat after 3 pm in this quaint town. I feel sorry for anyone working in tips and hope no one is here. They did a good job. Fast friendly service. We ordered pizza to go. Nothing negative. It was hot! And they had a good deal going on do the price was good. read more

Brooke is a great manager and our pizza is delicious! Thank you for great customer service!

Really seat all your friends as.they come in. Leave others waiting at the door. Food was marginal as well as the service.
