The lady who made my sandwich is the gold standard for sandwich artists. She took her time with every topping and ensured nothing fell out of the sandwich upon wrapping it. Furthermore, she selected only the elite pieces of veggies for my sandwich and wrapped that thing tighter than a new born baby. Every bite of that sandwich was a like little slice of heaven and because of her exceptional wrapping skills nothing went to waste by falling out. I've been to a lot of subways but this one is the Bentley of Subways. GO Big Red! read more

OK, so I lied... a day and a half later I did indeed roll though Kimball again on my way home, and wow! what's worse than the old school liquor store/ hunting license place - the subway with the surly workers who not only didn't want to serve us, but rolled their eyes after I asked for iced tea instead of the mud flavored coffee, one of the girls was kind enough to warn us would need to be watered down in order to drink. I couldn't drink it. I could barely smell it. My sandwich was the poorest version of a subway 6 inch steak and cheese, on what I assume was asiago cheese bread, but was inaudible by the counter girl, who did not give two f*cks what I wanted , on any kind of bread. TOGO please...at least the bathrooms were clean. Fack! worst city in America...sorry Subway. read more

The workers were super friendly and responsive, but at present we are in the middle of a pandemic and cases of COVID 19 are rising. They had plastic sheets of what seemed to be saran wrap up between the customers and the food but the workers were not wearing masks nor were any of the other customers. What is with the plastic sheets, Subway? If there are no masks on either side, the plastic is not protecting anyone/thing. Very strange. None of the customers were masked either, and one of them came up on me so close with her head near enough to breathe into my face mask that i was getting a "Deliverance" vibe. We were so hungry though. We were glad to eat but i felt queasy after, but it could have been the dueling banjo scene playing in the back of my mind as we ate in the car. read more

Amazing customer service with two of the sweetest ladies ever! We stopped on our way today passing through on a road trip from Cali to Michigan and they were outstanding. GIVE THEM A RAISE! I wish I would have caught their names. We passed through on dec 21 around 1:30pm. The sandwiches were so yummy and it was so refreshing to have such friendly people to chat with as they made our sandos. Thanks again ladies. Xo read more

Never has everything in stock to where they can't make half the sandwiches you want. Staff is friendly for the most part but your sandwich is good or terrible by who is working to where you pretty much roll the dice on if you have a good sandwich. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst Subway I've ever been in. Obviously, you know what you're getting with a Subway-most of the time. Here, I got half the meat there was supposed to be on my sandwich. Even though I never get dessert, I decided to get a small ice cream cone. The employee, who acted as if I was bothering her to be there, put a single tiny scoop on top of my cone-we are taking an inch in diameter-and called it good. Empty cone + 1" ball of ice cream = over $2 somehow. Contacted Subway via website, no one will do anything about the terrible food I got. I mean, at least a partial reimbursement since I didn't even get what I paid for. The response was that employees will be re-educated. That doesn't help ME. Ridiculous. read more

I am only giving this place two stars because the sandwich miraculously turned out ok even with the most terrible customer service I've ever seen. They were advertising a Caprese sandwich. I asked the blonde girl working behind the counter what it had on it. She just rudely and bluntly said "I don't know" as if it was the most inconvenient question she had ever been asked! She basically told me that she wasn't trained on that sandwich and had this look on her face like she just expected me to order something else because she had not bothered to learn how to make the sandwich they were advertising all over the store. So basically I told her I was going to get out of line with my four kids and look it up online, which I did. It was a very simple sandwich. The brunette working on the other end of the counter was very friendly and actually told her for us that it had vegetables and fresh mozzarella on it. I had to look up online to find out about the rest of the sandwich (particularly the new basil pesto sauce). The blonde girl didn't even know if the meatballs (for another sandwich one of my kids ordered) were made of beef or not. It was just ridiculous! She wasn't sure if they were pork or beef. She was extremely determined not to smile at us even after I paid and thanked her and smiled right at her. I smiled multiple times, just being friendly. I don't know why she is working there when she clearly is being tortured and enslaved in order to serve customers. I can't possibly think of another reason why she would be so rude and literally know NOTHING about the sandwiches being advertised. PS I did notice that she was friendly to a cute guy in line ahead of us, (who we let in front) so I guess she picks and chooses. We should have been the ones getting paid for having to put up with her. read more

It's a Subway so I don't expect the most mind-blowing food ever. I do, however, expect to be able to get a quick sandwich and have it be good. The sandwiches made here were decent, but a bit below par for Subway. There were 3 folks working when my BF and I decided to get dinner here since it was the only place we saw in town that was open. We picked up 4 subs - 2 for dinner and 2 for lunch the next day. The one guy who was making the sandwiches was doing the best he could. The other two girls working were standing around and chatting and didn't lift a finger to help, even though he asked several times. I guess when you're in a small town and the place is run by local teenagers, they don't worry too much about the service. read more

One employee was up to par on sanitation and very accommodating. The other was absolutely not. She was eating a sandwich with gloves on that she was going to prepare our food with and extremely visible to customers. We had her change her gloves and she put food on the counter where the sandwiches are prepared. No thank you. We took our pizza the one gal had prepared with proper sanitation and that was it. Very disappointed especially since we're were traveling after a tournament and my kids are tired and hungry. The store manager did apologize when we discussed the he matter with her and tried to recitify the situation. Unfortunately, it's not enough to sway from leaving a review not will we be going back if we pass through the town ever again. Sanitation,sanitation, sanitation and cross contamination is not ok. I hope everyone else has better luck than we did if they stop in. read more
