What a amazing little find! This is where the locals eat, and the food is hot, served with a smile and they treated us out of Townes's with two small children like royalty. Hubs had the French dip and he was thrilled. We ordered the Mac and cheese for the big brother and had to order a second bowl because the picky little sister ate most of brothers meal. The patty melt was just a nice solid sandwich. The flavors are classic flavor profiles, nothing fancy but just good ol solid food. Impeccably clean, the bathrooms Were very clean. If you are driving through on I- 80, skip eating in Cheyanne, WY and drive the extra hour here. Aaron, the server/front of house was so pleasant and nice and he even gave the kiddos a few packs of fruit snacks for the car. Go eat here, you won't regret it!

Chopped steak with mashed potatoes and Mac/cheese! So flavorful!

Absolutely phenomenal food! Found myself in Kimball overnight due to a car breakdown. The Sagebrush was a phenomenal dinner. Full bar and fantastic home cooked food. Everyone was so nice and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Yes indeed! What a wonderful place....great food! But the kindness of everyone is obvious and warrants a stop at the Sagebrush!

First, I would love to say that the Bartender was 100% awesome. She mixed drinks perfectly and…read moretended to everyone's needs like a champ! The way she was treated will come up further in my review. As a U.S. Attorney, I've traveled domestically and abroad for nearly 2 decades and been to countless countries and to 4 continents. Saying that, settling into a hotel's small dive bar is usually what helps relax my nerves from the week's work. On 17 May, I stopped in to see a band that I heard about through some mutual acquaintances. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the atmosphere that evening. I spoke to a couple of gals who were there and couldn't have felt more uncomfortable with that interaction. As I moved back to sit at the bar, the ambience was so pleasant with the bartender "Peaches". She was very busy, as I had stated, but she was a cozy welcome that I had come to expect from visiting Cheyenne in the past. As I was there, the locals embraced my presence and was made to feel like one of their own. About 5-6 songs into the band's set, the gals that I spoke with earlier approached the bartender at the rear of the bar. The older lady was very rude to her. That poor girls enthusiasm drained from her face. A couple patrons and myself later determined that the rude gal was the owner and her shadow was some sort of management. For the next several songs, I noticed the atmosphere change from a first person perspective as patrons became rude, demanding and refusing to pay for their drinks, siting the owners tab would cover it. What an embarrassment for a business that had a small crowd that fed off the owners poor attitude. This is unlike anything I've expected in Cheyenne or anywhere else in the world. I'd hope that was an isolated incident. As the next 15-20 minutes passed, several patrons left as a result of the tensions in the atmosphere. Several of us that decided to leave stopped to talk to several folks out on the patio who hadn't experienced the tensions inside. Amongst those folks outside, there were a couple bikers, veterans, a group of ladies that were all laughing it up at one of the bikers hilarious jokes. I asked where another place was that I could go that was casual, welcoming and had a great bartender. Collectively it was decided that we all would go to a place just south of the Wigwam several blocks, tucked behind a couple other bars, this atmosphere was very different and a breath of fresh air. The owner happened to be there and I mentioned Peaches to her. She was very nice! The Wigwam just seemed like some band groupies who were there to hobnob with the owner. The fact that their attitudes were what changed my opinion of the Wigwam was not of anything I'd say was bad. I found a new home away from home at I**'* surrounded by a multitude of lifestyles and experiences. In closing, I'd like to thank Peaches for her hospitality! Stay sweet!

To reach the venue, you must travel up stairs and I didn't see an elevator. The "box office" accepts credit cards but unfortunately their credit card machine was down so to buy tickets it was cash only. If you didn't have cash, their was an ATM machine right next to the entrance. As soon as you enter, you have the men and women's bathroom directly in front of you with the bar on your left and the stage on your right. The bartenders were very nice and if you're only drinking soda, you get free refills. They had a water cooler to grab water whenever you needed it without asking for it. The stage was quite small from what I've seen and been to. But that gave you an opportunity to be very close to the band aka Jboog! Lol. The merchandise booths were on the two corners of the floor. They also had a standing balcony and two levels with reserved seating. Overall, small but quite intimate type of venue. The price of tickets aren't bad either.
