The McDonald's of yesterday is gone. The new modern one is so slow and never get orders right. The staff is very unresponsive to the customer. The food is wrong. This trip after 25 min after placing our order from the table the finally called our number. The mayo sandwich with side of burnt chicken was well let say disappointing. Our bus full of 42 people stopped on a weekday right at noon. They had us all in and out in less than 50 minutes. Food was hot & fresh. Servers were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the great service! read more

Had use kiosk to order. No receipt available so we didn't know our order number. No one taking orders at the counter so we couldn't ask. Waited over 20 minutes until we saw someone bring food out for someone. Had to take pictures through slats to see if anyone actually was working there. Stay away. I ordered at the kiosk. The guy who does the ordering seems nice, he wished good day to someone leaving. Our wait was pretty long though- probably because they had to make a fresh batch of the chicken strips- the girl apologized though. My chicken sandwich in which I added lettuce for 50 cents came with 2 tiny pieces of wilted and soft lettuce that half of it got stuck to the paper and when I took a bite just fell off- so that was kind of disappointing. This guy came to order ice cream and the girl said they aren't serving any. When the guy asked why she said "I think they are fixing the parts or something ..." sadness for the guy! Clean bathroom, there was a guy on the floor cleaning- wiping the corners where the counter meets the floor with a towel and soap. read more

You pull up expecting to get through drive-thru fast and have hot food ready to eat. But at this location, don't get your hopes up. We spend on average 5-10 min waiting in line for our order. Then receive mediocre food, expecting hot, fresh outta the fryer goodness. To get home to find a soggy sandwich squished and missing ingredients. Don't get me wrong though. Some days are better, faster times and warmer food. But more often than not, it's bad. The manager at the time was good about replacing my sandwich with no hassle, but she seemed unapologetic about the whole ordeal. read more

Probably shouldn't have even stopped, but traveling with hungry kids and quite a few miles until next town, we did. Went through drive through, didn't really order too much that they could mess up. I did forget a beverage order so ran inside to purchase. Filthiest McDonalds I have ever stepped foot in!!! Not sure we should have eaten the food....I guess we will know shortly if it was a mistake. Guy asked me what I wanted, asked for a large soda, he handed me the cup and said "there you go". I asked how much I owed him and he said "you're all good to go". Poorly managed. Nothing is fast. Plus 2/3 of the restaurant is blocked off because of the pandemic, but that means everyone is waiting for their food in a much smaller area, which makes social distancing impossible. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Traveling from out of town & received the worst service of my life. Your job is pretty simple & couldn't even complete the very basics of taking an order. We attempted to order everything as meals, while she cut me off early, got one single meal & told me we have to order the rest at the window. I work for door dash and went to this McDonalds to pick up an order. I was waiting for my order and a young kid wearing a beanie and a black sweater came out and asked if I was door dash. I said yes then he asked for my order number and I told him. He then asked to see my phone and said he wants to make sure. I said do you think I'm trying to steal someone's order and he got offended and started arguing with me. And all I said was Don't imply that I'm lying again and he just kept going. Finally I said look just walk away cause I'm getting the store number and your name and going to file a complaint. He turned and started arguing again. I had to tell this kid four times to walk away before he finally did. And while I'm waiting the manager came out and handed another door dash his order. Never asked to see his phone or anything so I waited till she wasn't busy and I told her exactly what happened and she totally stood up for this young kid. She said it is their policy to ask to see the order number. There is no way the is policy. I have never been asked that for as long as I been doing this. That's just rude. This is the worse McDonalds I have ever been to. Not only this experience but every time I go through drive-thru they always mess my order up. No matter how large or small they forget something, every time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I can't gage their food because we just bought coffee however their drinks are great. All sized drinks are only $1.00. Coffee is hot and very delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We ordered 3 coffees, milk and a coke and we were back on the road within minutes. Way to go on the speedy and friendly service. read more

Horrible managers degrading the staff by yelling at them with a crowded lobby. Food was horrible. I actually had to stand up and yell at the managers to get them to stop yelling at the staff. Most people in the lobby thanked me or gave me a thumbs up. Worst McDonalds in all the land. read more

The first thing I notice and it been this way about the last 5 times I stopped, when they open the door where they collect the money, there is this STENCH that comes out from the window. Now to this order, I ordered 4 McDoubles and 2 Hot n Spicy's came to 9.38. I used my app $1 off of 7$ I went to the pay window and had her scan the app. It was still 9.38. I asked her FOUR times did she take the dollar off, I never got an answer. she ask me to pay so I did and asked for a receipt. while she was taking my money she asked if I wanted a receipt, again I was ignored. They never took the $1 off so I told her, she called the mgr he just grabbed a $1 gave it to her she gave it to me, I told her with the tax it should be 1.07, but was ignored again. The 7 cents didn't kill me, it's the being ignored the no apology and the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. These are the people who want to make $15 an hour. This has to be the worse McDonalds I have ever visited. I went through the drive through the other morning. I had 45 minutes before my shift as a Paramedic. I ordered a breakfast sandwich the menu without any modifications. As I waited, It looked like the line wasn't moving very fast. In fact, it hadn't moved along for over 15 minutes. Finally, I moved up to the window to pay. They told me to pull over to the curb and they would bring my food out ( Im sure you all have been there before!) well, all the spots were full of folks waiting. After another 15 minutes, I called the store where I got the manager. I just wanted to take a rain check because I needed to get to work. To my amazement, the manages didnt even let me explain, and started railing on me saying I shouldn't call in because it was just making the line take longer. He further told me that if I had any complaints I needed to call corporate than hung up on me. Wow! Didn't expect that! So, I called corporate. To no surprise, I had to leave a message. It has mow been 3 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone. Well back to reality, I have less than 5 min to get to work. Order that, but was told they didn't have it no more, that it was a mistake and they couldn't honor it. /// fast forward to 4 dec 17 went thru drive thru and still had the sign for 2 for $5, ordered the big mac and qtr pounder, they said the big mac was no longer included. hmmm sign show a big mac outside on the screen and when I went inside to complain it showed a big mac on the big menu video board. Again since this mcdonalds has changed ownership, it has gone from a normal 2 1/2 star mcdonalds to the worst. The people working there just seem to not give a hoot. read more

We got to this location about 9:20am and got in line at the drive through. We didn't leave until 10:00am by the time we ordered and got our food. We watched 7 cars drive by and the car behind us parked waiting for food get thier food before us. Once we finally got our food they didn't even have everything. And we only ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. Apparently don't come here unless you have 40 minutes kill. And you call yourself a fast food chain. read more
