Great small town bar and grill! Comfortable, friendly, and great food! We all had hamburgers and they were fresh and my guess is hand patted. I had a single, that was plenty -if I would have had a double I don't believe I could have finished it. Great onion rings too. The bartender/waitress was quick and friendly! We were traveling through and glad we yelped to find a good spot. It's a bit off the exit, maybe 5-7 minutes-just keep driving it's worth it! read more

Pickin's seemed slim in this town in terms of a good watering hole but Silver Dollar came through in spades. - SD sports a long, sittable bar. The local dive for trucker food. The burger was good- got a hassle when I asked for a grilled bun, fries are good. The place comes with flies, no swatter to be had. Customer service- needs help, but if your a local your in. They had an IPA on tap- that was a welcomed surprise. read more

Our stop was at the start of lunch hour approximately 11:30 a.m. The restaurant was way understaffed The server had probably 9 or 10 tables and just didn't have time to even go back and pick up meals that were waiting to be delivered to the customers table. The special of the day was double cheeseburger and fries. Cheeseburger was very good and quite a lot to eat. The fries from setting too long were cold. The lady server did a great job but she just couldn't keep up because she was the only one there. Again, this was not the server's fault it was however scheduling and or ownership. read more

Food here is so delicious and service is very nice. We ordered Tuesday special cheeseburger and fries for $8.50 and it was so huge and juicy. They used double patties. This place is mostly filled with locals, but they are nice and friendly. I ordered a cheese-burger with onion rings. The burger tasted delicious! The meat was fresh and tender to which it just melted in your mouth. I was surprised that my burger didn't have lettuce but it was still delicious without it. The onion rings were also solid, not too greasy. I would come here again for the burgers as I can't get anything like this back home for the price that it goes for. This place was a golden find! The double cheeseburger was so big I couldn't get my mouth around it, and it was juicy and delicious- especially with the double pepperjack cheese, cheddar, and thick, bacony bacon. The jalapeño burger and shrimp bowl was also awesome. Everything was cooked to order with a homemade charm, and the service was wonderful. The bartender joked around with us and made some great suggestions for food and beer. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through town to come here. read more

This is the HOLY GRAIL! I walked in the restaurant with 0 hopes because I mean, look at it. I went in there and had a delicious, juicy, mouthwatering hamburger. If I could give this place a zero I would! The service was terrible, we waited 20 minutes to get a beer. First we sat at the bar and we never got served. The bartender stayed at the opposite end of the bar and never came to our side. The bar back wouldn't talk to us or offer to get us a drink.
