Terrible. Service was so poor. Had to go find a waitress. Then had to get a kitchen staff to take our payment. Worse Pizza Hut ever.

When Steve Nettles was a pizza delivery driver for the Pizza Hut in Sidney Nebraska, I had ordered a pizza and when he delivered the pizza to me, I handed him a 100 dollar bill and he refused to give me my change and then to make matters more worse after I opened the pizza box after Steve Nettles left, there was a couple slices of pizza that was halfway eaten. read more

Food was good. Pizza was ok but nothing special. Enjoyed the stuff crust but rest of the pizza was just ok. Boneless wings were surprisingly good. Service was, "what you see is what you get." Brenda was one an onion, she has layers. I mean that in a very nice way. She was very attentive to our needs and was a very fun person to be around. She shared so much knowledge with me and my buddy about the area that we left with an air of excitement and enthusiasm. However I could see how Brenda's directness and assertiveness could rub others the wrong way. The restaurant was clean and food was made quickly. I would come back and would love to spend more time visiting with Brenda and eating the wings. A true Derek and Eric experience (adventure at every turn). read more

I got a pizza for pickup, not long before closing. I ordered minced garlic as one of my toppings. It looked like they took a very large spoonful of minced garlic and just glopped it on the middle of the pizza. It was pretty gross. read more

Ordered a pizza for take out. Started to eat the pizza back at my hotel room with my wife and noticed that they left off two vegetable ingredients from their Super Supreme pizza. I called and was referred to the manager, Molly. She was a total "B". Talked over me and said I would have to call the manager tomorrow. I called back three times and she hung up on me. So non-professional on Molly's part. Such a bad representation for Sidney NE. I am from Wichita KS where Pizza Hut started out. Frank and Dan Carney would be very disappointed in the lack of customer service from Molly. Oh by the way I left a nice tip too at the pick-up window. Wish I could have gotten that back. We dined in this evening. Great service. Great food. The draft came in a nice tall chilled mug. Salad was fresh and chilled. Chicken wings were very good and when our waitress said, "We have the best french fries in Sidney" she was right on. Highly recommend. read more

I know everyone has an off day, so I hope that's all this was. I was uncomfortable the whole time, I didn't feel welcome. They made me the wrong item and I had to wait an additional 20 min for the correct item, which wasnt very good in the end.The communication between staff and patrons was lacking and came off as rude/snappy. She charged us for the incorrect order, so the receipt was wrong. Overall this experience was almost worse than puberty. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Came here on our stay in Sidney and was actual surprised at this location, it looks and feels pretty new. Employees seemed nice when we went in and ordered a medium pizza to-go. While we were in there, decided to get a salad (from their salad bar), and a cup of their soup of the day (never new Pizza Hut had a soup of the day) Took about the average time you'd expect a pizza to be made and cooked, and then we were given a to-go container and said we can fill it up and make our own salad which was cool. We ordered via phone the Big Box meal which includes two medium pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. Online it says $21.99, the total was $34 and Ali told us call in orders cost more. Oh..? And no delivery Ali says, we stopped doing deliveries. Ok, Pizza Hut. We ordered no cheese on one pizza, none, 'zero cheese' my husband says a third time to Ali. He gets there and there is cheese all over all the things. He waits 25 minutes for another pizza to be made, meaning Ali had plenty of time to ensure they didn't make any other mistakes and they still forgot the breadsticks. ‍‍‍ read more

I have never had Pizza Hut before I started on a trip across the United States. I have had it 3 different times now in 3 different states. Mainly because it was convenient and they deliver. I travel with dogs so it is fast food drive thru or delivery to pet friendly hotels or Rv parks. I have enjoyed the same things at all three... pizza, cheesy bread and hot wings and they gave all been good but this particular Pizza Hut was hands down the best of the 3 of them. Delivered piping hot and fresh and fast! My favorite are their hot wings. They are delicious and spicy. Give these guys a shot their wonderful! read more

Service was ok , our waitress didn't go back to our table to see if we needed anything , I had to get her attention once , and at the very end she did come but we were done . my cup was empty throughout my whole dinner service , (not one refill) . My daughters salad didn't come with her meal was no extra plates for our pizza since we ordered a large , for me and my son . The fries were not seasoned like we asked and no marinara for our cheese sticks . For being our first time at this location I wasn't impressed. More likely I won't be stoping by again. read more

Hopefully management reads this! You're employees suck!!!! I've called in trying to order a pizza and your employee puts me on hold and then 15 minutes later still on hold. I called back and he said he was so sorry and then instantly put me on hold again. I can only imagine the level of incompetence at this location. Overall very pleasant experience. The pizza took a little longer than it should've, but it was worth it! Cooked to perfection; with a delicious balance of cheese and sauce. It's been a while since I had Pizza Hut pizza-and I have to say I was impressed! read more

We stopped in Sidney overnight while driving through from Portland to DC. A lovely winter storm escorted us into town and promised to dump snow on the area and our road ahead all day. Decided to play it safe and stay an extra day to let the weather clear. We stopped at this Pizza Hut because we're both reasonably fond of the Pizza Hut menu and it was a short walk from out hotel. We arrived at about 1:30pm and the place was pretty empty. The door advertised a lunch buffet that runs until 1:00 and that had been completely cleaned up, the buffet stand left looking spotless. The interior was definitely the modern Pizza Hut look and not the old, rundown, ancient look you sometimes still find in small towns. A friendly server, with a real smile greeted us promptly (my receipt says "BRITT"). We asked to see a menu and took a few minutes deciding what we wanted. She checked in with us a couple of times while we took forever to make up our minds. We wanted to get the new "Big Pizza Sliders" and they were out. She explained that they had not expected to need as many of them as they had and apologized. Having worked in a Pizza Hut years back, I know their dough takes time to be ready to bake, so it's not surprised that they didn't have any ready. We got the medium stuffed crust (I honestly could not believe finding a place that still sells the medium stuffed crust, it's been years since I saw one). We split it between Hawaiian (with extra ham and the BBQ beef super specialty. The latter of these was completely new to me. I imagine it's a more local flavor. We also picked up a P'zone and some of the boneless wings (Lemon Pepper and the sweet Asian). They were kind enough to let us have a bag to cover everything in to keep it out of the horrific windchill. The food was appropriately delicious. Everything was wonderfully fresh, the wings were nice, the two sauces both excellent. I was impressed with how delicious the BBQ Beef was and hope that it finds its way to a Pizza Hut near me soon. The folks at this Pizza Hut are doing an unexpectedly excellent job. They very much deserve a shout out for the good work. If you are traveling along I-80 and have to stop in Sidney, I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. We stayed at the Comfort Inn, so it was only a 0.3mile walk which, even in 15 degree weather, was a fine walk. The only downside was that their delivery stops most weekdays after lunch, through the afternoon and picks up for dinner. Given how busy a town like this is, I can't fault them for this. This place is so hit or miss. Haven't really had any issue with food quality but the service ranges from fine to absolutely terrible. Order take out online and avoid dealing with with all the rudeness. Most of the delivery drivers are friendly and they seem to have a better rate of correct delivery orders, so we usually just get it that way. read more

Came in here for a carry out as their website said they are not deliver today. Ordered one medium pizza and 18 wings. Well needless to say pizza was undercooked, and they cheated me out of 6 wings. I paid and tipped before hand for a carry out...Won't come here again. They can count money but can't count wings... useless. Going to Sam&louie's pizza from now on. read more

Worst service ever at anyplace...servers too busy texting to take my order...no customers in the place except me at 4 o'clock on a Saturday...finally called from inside Pizza Hut and ordered to go...was told I could not have double pepperoni could only have pepperoni lovers then once she plopped down the pizza on the counter and said your pizzas ready she picked up her cell phone again and walked away as I was asking for napkins...never got any and when I looked at the pizza there was one!!! Pepperoni per slice on the pizza. I double checked the receipt and sure enough I was charged for pepperoni lovers and not double and got 8 pieces of pepperoni...horrible horrible ...never go there...really minus 5 stars but had to give one to write review. read more

The service is just terrible here. This is our third time back. Plan for an hour to get 1 large pizza. It has been consistently about 45 min to an hour. The wait staff needs training. Once the pizza was great once it arrived, the second time we received the wrong pizza told the server but decided to eat it because we didn't want to wait for another hour. The third time the pizza was good, it was just the hour wait. All three times have been with only 2-3 couples in the restaurant. read more
